[Issue] ID’s New Male Idol Group DASE Members Revealed

ID, the idol powerhouse, is launching a boy group for the first time in about eight years since AIM. (It’s been four years since the girl group Rose Day.)
Their debut is confirmed for December, and the group name is DASE. I looked it up, but it doesn’t show up anywhere, so it seems like a coined name.

Yulmu pretended to brush his arms, and Jihan smirked.
Days had been living in the practice room lately, preparing for their not-so-distant debut stage.
The choreography, changed almost to the point of recreation, was now perfectly ingrained, and Baekya, who initially barely kept up, was now pulling his weight fairly well.
“Dun. Dun. Dun! Gotta enter here.”
“Hyung, before No Games starts.”
“Ah! Got it now.”
Baekya’s silhouette was reflected beyond the glass. Though the choreographer stepped out briefly, Baekya kept practicing. Thanks to this, Yuyeon and Cheong nearby were unintentionally forced into this grueling pace.
“Don’t you think Baekya’s dancing has improved?”
Minseong asked while staring at the three.
“Compared to the first practice, he definitely has.”
Jihan rested his elbow on his thigh and propped his chin up, watching Baekya. It wasn’t just improvement, but a big leap.
The debut song expresses the group’s identity. So boy groups usually have complicated, intense choreography, and Days was no exception.
It was a strong hip-hop beat-based pop dance track, with choreography and footwork changing relentlessly.
To be honest, Jihan was a bit embarrassed when he first saw Baekya dance. Though he wasn’t perfect himself, he worried a little if ‘our team would really be okay like this.’
“If he works that hard and still doesn’t improve, that’d be strange. I have to step up too.”
Yulmu patted Minseong’s shoulder and stood up.
“Baekya~ you might end up the main dancer at this rate.”

Cheong chimed in as if in agreement.

Everyone in the practice room burst out laughing at Cheong’s clumsy Korean. Yulmu praised the metaphor and gave a high five.

Still, reactions after changing skills were definitely positive. Since no one corrected his wrong word, the path ahead still seemed long.

The college student lying quietly on the dorm bed thought.
