To get a disciple without having to waste much, Chen Fang knew exactly what kind of place he needed to visit first.

So after a certain time, he finally stopped in front of a large gate which read [Cloud Pearl Sect Servant’s Quarters]. This place was located in the southwest part of the sect, where hardly anyone important ever visited, that too if they wanted the hassle of work that could easily be dumped on servants.

The damp air filled with sweat and a hopeless environment made Chen Fang feel as if he had seen this place in his last life.

Looking around, Chen Fang noticed dozens of servants dressed in black robes that highlighted the neglect they might have endured; as who in their right mind would try to invest resources on mere servants.

However, looking at those servants chopping wood, carrying water and washing clothes, Chen Fang felt like he was looking at some kind of treasure.

For a few minutes, Chen Fang’s presence didn’t bother anyone; however, as he continued to stand in the middle of attention, the servants finally couldn’t help but begin to talk about it.

“That guy? What is he doing here?”

“Don’t tell me, is he here to snatch our expenses? That Sword Cloud Peak is just a desolate mountain.”

“Leave him be. Elder Chen might have come here after getting bored being alone on the Sword Cloud Peak.”

In the eyes of these servants too, whose status was lower than anyone’s, Chen Fang’s presence could hardly demand any respect.

However, just then a pot-bellied man with a bald spot in the middle swaggered out of the servants’ hall, making everyone silent without even uttering a single word.

“Oh, what do we have here.” The pot-bellied man approached Chen Fang, with his voice raised high without any respect.

“Isn’t it Elder Chen from Sword Cloud Peak? Elder, what a lovely day today is that you grace us mere servants with your presence.”

The bald man, whose name was Steward Cao, cupped his hands and greeted Chen Fang with a fake smile.

Though Steward Cao’s words sounded polite on the outside, Chen Fang knew the venom coating each word; however, he completely ignored the steward, as he didn’t have time to idle around and pick a fight with this fatty who gobbled every resource of the servants and now had the physique of a pig.

Activating the skill Heavenly Dao Insight, Chen Fang began to probe every servant in his sight.

[Name: Liu Fu]

[Root bone: Low]

[Name: Li Xiao]

[Root bone: Low]

[Comprehension: Low to None]

One by one, many small translucent screens began to appear in front of Chen Fang; however, he didn’t stop and continued to search through the group of servants.

Steward Cao, noticing this, grew visibly irritated. “Elder Chen, don’t tell me you really are planning to pick up some garbage to protect your integrity in the Sect’s grand competition?”

“Don’t you know how all of these servants have the lowest of low talent? They aren’t even worth the smallest resources of the Sect.”

The servants, who earlier were trying to mock Chen Fang, hearing Steward Cao’s perspective of them, immediately realised that they were not in a good spot as well. Contrary to that, they weren’t even worth the single dust on Chen Fang’s shoes.

Faces red with embarrassment, all they could do at this point was curse at Steward Cao and their cursed luck.

However, ignoring all of this, Chen Fang continued with his search and finally stopped when his gaze fell onto a woman emptying a bucket full of water into a large pot.

The woman’s age seemed to be around his, or maybe a few years younger, around twenty years old.

She was adorned in tattered clothes. Her body, though thin, every other part of her body had grown quite literally. Looking at the woman, Chen Fang was immediately reminded of the model he had stroked to and died.

While that woman was covered in full makeup and had every resource under her feet, so she looked fit and busty. But this servant, with the scarce resources allotted to the servants, looked quite frail.

As she bent down, the heavy breasts immediately peeked out through her tattered clothes, while her round ass made a heart shape.

Looking at the woman, Chen Fang had already decided; however, to confirm something, he activated the skill Heavenly Dao Insight.

[Name: Su Qingxue]

[Root Bone: Chaos Yin Body (Immortal Grade) Unawakened]

[Comprehension: Divine grade]

[Current status: Meridian severed, required pure Yan energy assistance to heal the meridian]

‘Holy… Finally a treasure.’ Chen Fang couldn’t help but get a little startled.

Coming here he had hoped to rope in a beauty or something like that. Even if that person didn’t have any talent, he didn’t care, because with the system’s help he would have overcome any ordeal, but what he was looking at right now was nothing short of a treasure.

Everything he had either read in novels or manhwa, at the moment, he was seeing right in front of his eyes.

Though the woman had her meridians severed, which was quite a big deal, if it weren’t for his system, her talent in comprehension was quite good.

With divine-grade talent, whatever he threw at her, she would comprehend it in no time; and with her root bone being immortal-grade, her chances of encountering any major wall in breakthrough to minor realms were almost none.

Chen Fang, lost in thought, approached Su Qingxue, who was completely unaware of his presence.

Stopping right behind her, Chen Fang asked, “You, what’s your name?”

Su Qingxue, finally noticing a presence behind her and hearing an authoritative voice, immediately turned around, the bucket falling out of her hands.

She immediately bowed her head and replied, “Greeting Elder, this lowly servant’s name is Su Qingxue.”

“Su Qingxue, what a beautiful name.” Chen Fang muttered softly, picking up the bucket from the ground and then giving it back to her. He asked, “Su Qingxue, are you interested in coming with me to the Sword Cloud Peak?”

The moment those words were uttered, the silence was broken immediately as everyone began to murmur around, while their gazes fixed on Steward Cao.

Everyone knew that Steward Cao had his eyes fixed on Su Qingxue for a long time now, and had many servants killed in cold blood when they dared to approach with the motive to sleep in her bed.
