BOOM!!!

The two colossal fists collided, unleashing a shockwave like a surging tsunami that blew debris dozens of meters down the street.

The terrifying sheer force forced the Hulk three steps back, every single step leaving a crater half a meter deep in the solid concrete.Full novel: In The Marvel World: Something’s Not Right With Genshin Impact. — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Rumble…

The Abomination, however, was sent flying backward like a cannonball, crashing straight through two office buildings before finally coming to a halt.

Chunks of concrete rained down, and thick plumes of dust billowed into the night sky.

“HULK—STRONGER!!” The Jade Giant beat his massive chest, his roaring voice ringing so loud it made the eardrums of the distant soldiers ache.

The Abomination crawled out from the rubble.

With a twisted, malicious grin, he casually snapped his dislocated arm back into place and roared right back, “The fight isn’t over yet!”

He kicked off the ground with explosive force, cratering the street beneath him.

Using the massive recoil, the Abomination launched himself straight at the Hulk like an arrow fired from a ballista.

CRASH!!

The two behemoths collided, grappling and tumbling dozens of meters down the avenue.

Wherever they rolled, the thick asphalt was peeled up as easily as a living room rug, and underground water mains burst open, spraying geysers of water forty feet into the air.

At the very edge of the titans’ battlefield, a communications soldier knelt behind a wrecked armored vehicle.

He held a tactical tablet with shaking hands, the camera lens violently trembling as it recorded the two giant beasts brawling in the distance.

With a devastating heavy punch, the Hulk blasted the Abomination straight into a department store, causing the entire structure to collapse in a cloud of dust.

Hovering high above in the transport chopper, Betty Ross and General Thaddeus Ross stared grimly at the live feed.

The Abomination’s destructive capability had far exceeded their worst projections, and the Hulk appeared to be the only force on Earth capable of standing toe-to-toe with him.

General Ross pondered for a brief second before pressing his radio comms.

“All units, listen up,” he ordered, his voice cold and resolute.

“Concentrate all your firepower on the ugly one.

Create an opening for the Hulk!

I repeat, prioritize suppressing the ugly target!”

The moment the order was given, the entire dynamic of the battlefield shifted.

The armored vehicle gunners, who had previously been keeping their weapons trained cautiously on the Hulk, instantly swiveled their turrets toward the Abomination.

Snipers rapidly swapped to specialized armor-piercing magazines, and the Apache gunships banked to flank the target.

“Target locked!

Open fire!”

At the commander’s shout, twelve M1A2 Abrams main battle tanks fired simultaneously.

BOOM!

BOOM!

BOOM!

Amidst the deafening roar of the 120mm smoothbore cannons, armor-piercing shells traced blazing white paths through the air, scoring direct hits on the Abomination’s back.

A massive fireball completely engulfed the monster.

While the tank shells couldn’t completely penetrate his thick, mutated hide, the immense kinetic impact still forced him to stumble forward.

Seizing the flawless opening, the Hulk delivered a devastating, full-force uppercut squarely to the Abomination’s jaw, launching the massive beast into the air.

CRASH!!!

“Snipers in position!”

From the surrounding rooftops, Barrett M82A1 rifles fired in unison.

The .50 caliber armor-piercing incendiary rounds specifically targeted the Abomination’s eyes and the joints of his armor.

While the bullets couldn’t deal lethal damage, they were more than enough to severely harass and disorient him.

The pilot reported calmly, “Command!

Hellfire missiles are primed.

Awaiting airspace clearance.”

Besieged by the overwhelming torrent of military firepower, the Abomination flew into a blinding rage.

He grabbed the front half of a ruined city bus and hurled it violently toward the attack chopper.

But the Hulk intercepted it mid-air!

The two terrifying forces collided, and the heavy city bus was shredded in half as easily as a piece of paper.

Just as the Abomination was blanketed by another volley of tank fire, pinned down so heavily he could barely raise his head…

Standing atop a clock tower two kilometers away, Fischl’s right eye flared with brilliant Electro energy!

She drew her humble bow back to a full crescent, the arrow crackling with blinding purple lightning.

“Oz!” she cried out.

“As you wish, mein Fräulein.”

Oz instantly understood.

He transformed into a streak of lightning, soaring over the battlefield and raining down countless tiny Electro marks from his wings.

Swoosh!

Swoosh!

Swoosh!

Fischl released the bowstring.

The lightning-wreathed arrow splintered into dozens of individual bolts mid-air, tracking flawlessly toward every single mark Oz had laid down.

KRA-KOOM!

A massive cage of crackling thunder violently erupted around the Abomination, completely shattering his hopes of retreating from the military’s suppressive fire.

The Hulk charged forward.

He grabbed the Abomination by the shoulders and delivered a brutal headbutt straight to his face.

A loud crunch echoed as the Abomination took the heavy blow, but he retaliated fiercely, his sharp claws and jagged bone spurs tearing into the Hulk’s chest.

Dark green blood splashed across the rubble, hissing and releasing plumes of white smoke.

The intense pain only served to stoke the Hulk’s fury.

His muscles bulged even larger.

Grabbing the Abomination by the head, he mercilessly slammed the creature into the pavement over and over again, thrashing him around like a ragdoll!

BAM!

BAM!

BAM!

While the Abomination was still dizzy from the devastating impacts, the Hulk locked his massive, steel-like arms around the monster’s neck from behind in a brutal chokehold.

The Hulk’s muscles swelled to their absolute limit, the veins on his arms bulging like coiled dragons.

The immense pressure strained the Abomination’s neck, emitting a sickening creak as he fought desperately against the lethal hold.

Faced with the genuine threat of death, the mindless Abomination descended into complete, unhinged madness.

His eyes went bloodshot.

The bone spurs across his body rapidly lengthened, and his muscles visibly expanded once more, somehow beginning to pry the Hulk’s unbreakable chokehold apart.

Cr-cr-crack…

The ground beneath the two behemoths began to completely give way, kicking up blinding clouds of dust and debris.

Bellowing in rage, the Abomination flexed his monstrous arms, forcing the Hulk’s grip wider and wider inch by inch…

A cold, clear voice suddenly pierced through the chaos of the battlefield.

Fischl’s silhouette appeared like a phantom.

She dove from the sky, her black-and-purple Gothic dress snapping fiercely in the wind.

Her right eye blazed with blinding lightning as she drew her bow to its absolute limit.

The arrow, swirling with the fury of a thousand thunderstorms, was aimed directly down the Abomination’s roaring, wide-open throat.

BOOM!!!

The instant the arrow left the string, the entire night sky seemed to dim.

In the very next fraction of a second, a colossal pillar of purple lightning crashed down from the heavens, striking the Abomination like divine punishment.

The terrifying, high-voltage current surged straight into his open mouth, tearing through his internal organs with the unbridled, devastating fury of the Electro element.

“Aaaargh!!!”

The Abomination’s massive body convulsed violently as blinding electrical light shone from beneath his skin, the sheer heat of the Electro energy completely overwhelming his cellular structure.

“Im…

possi…

ble…”

His raspy roar was abruptly silenced.

As an unfathomable amount of Electro energy flooded his system, the Abomination’s body expanded to its absolute physical limit, until finally—

KRA-KOOM!!!

With an earth-shattering boom, the Abomination’s overloaded body violently detonated in a blinding blast of energy.

The terrifying shockwave swept across the entire block, obliterating the monster and leaving nothing but scorched earth in his wake.

The sheer concussive force blew the Hulk dozens of meters away, sending him crashing into the shell of a ruined building.

Fischl landed gracefully on the scorched battlefield, the hem of her black skirt fluttering gently to a rest.

She placed one hand on her hip and used the other to dramatically touch her eyepatch, issuing her grand declaration to the smoldering remains.

“Hmph~ Beneath the Prinzessin’s Thundering Retribution, such a lowly beast is destined to become naught but ash.

This was merely a trifling endeavor for the envoy of the Immernachtreich…”

“Indeed, mein Fräulein.

Your power has allowed this tainted land to reclaim its…” Oz landed smoothly by her side, elegantly preening his feathers as he chimed in.

“An angel!” “A goddess!” “Is she a chuunibyou?

That’s so cute!” “Quick, take a picture!”

Suddenly, a massive wave of excited cheers erupted from all directions.

As the dust finally settled, Fischl realized that the surviving soldiers and civilians had poked their heads out from the rubble, and every single one of them had their smartphone cameras pointed directly at her.

Fischl completely froze.

The tips of her ears instantly turned burning red.

“W-Waaaah!

You i-ignorant p-peasants dare to…

Hmph!

Oz!

Let’s go, let’s go, let’s go!”

She frantically grabbed the giant raven’s talons.

In a blinding flash of purple lightning, the girl and the bird vanished from the street instantly, leaving behind nothing but a few playfully dancing arcs of electricity.
