As he said this, Xu Honglei took Su Wanying’s hand and said with a cheeky grin, “And you are my Spoils of Victory.”
Su Wanying pulled her hand free and pouted. “What do the matters between you stinking men have to do with me?”
Xu Honglei gave her a half-smile. “What do they have to do with you? If a man cannot protect his woman and runs off alone whenever trouble comes, do you think that has nothing to do with you?”
Su Wanying fell silent. She lowered her head and remained quiet for a while before saying weakly, “Don’t hold my hand in public. The Neighborhood Residents might see us, and it wouldn’t look good.”
