Originally, Cheng Tian's guesses about the Red Demon's skills were limited to basic reinforcements like spitting Fireballs, increasing Agility, and Double Jump. At best, it would be the ability to turn into a Stone Statue, which had very obvious pros and cons for the Red Demon.
Although the Red Demon was elevated to the status of a spin-off protagonist due to his popularity, and his Strength was far greater than that of the weakest creature from the *Demon World Chronicles* spin-off, the Penguin Organism "Prinny," the Red Demon was still the Red Demon. His foundation was set, and no matter how strong he became, he couldn't reach the level of his immediate superiors.
But Cheng Tian never expected that the Blueprint for the Red Demon he randomly acquired as a Skill would be the special Red Demon unit that appeared as a Hidden Boss in the fighting game *SNK vs. Capcom: Chaos*.
Moreover, strictly speaking, this was directly turning the Red Demon's Kill Easter Egg into a Skill.
In that fighting game, the vast majority of Opponents defeated by the Red Demon would be forcibly transformed into either Western Demons or Japanese Monsters.
For example, Mai Shiranui, defeated by the Red Demon, would turn into the "Akaname" Monster from the Hundred Demons Night Walk lineup—a Monster with an extremely outstanding figure, but one who dyed her teeth "noble" black, and who desperately wanted to marry. This fit her setting of relentlessly pursuing Andy to marry her.
And Chun-Li, upon defeat, would turn into a Qing Dynasty Zombie, ashen-skinned, with a talisman stuck to her head, hopping with her hands held out flat. Combined with Chun-Li's original Kung Fu girl appearance with her buns, it perfectly embodied the Japanese stereotype of Chinese people.
As for Iori Yagami, who hated violence the most... he would be turned into a skeletal turret retaining Iori Yagami's unique flattop hairstyle, having no limbs, only a spine and a Skull. It probably wouldn't look out of place in Castlevania.
Also, just as mentioned in the Additional Evaluation, besides the Red Demon, there were two other entities in this game capable of changing the appearance of others.
Those killed by Athena would turn into animals reflecting the stereotype of their Original Body.
Taking Mai Shiranui as an example again, she would be turned into a plump... dairy cow.
However, it is worth mentioning that this Athena, clad in a three-piece outfit and wielding a sword and shield, is not the popular singer Athena Asamiya from *King of Fighters*, but the controllable protagonist from the Arcade game *Athena*, released as early as 1986—a true Counterpart of the Goddess of Victory.
According to SNK's supplementary lore, the relationship between Athena and Athena Asamiya is like that of an ancestor and Descendant. In later King of Fighters installments, some of Athena Asamiya's special moves would cause her to briefly resemble her ancestor.
As for Dimitri, the Vampire from *Darkstalkers*, he possesses a Special Ability to forcibly transform any Organism into a female for a short period, and then aggressively Blood Suck all of their Bodily Fluid.
If there are no females, he turns males into females and then forcefully sucks them dry—a display of being completely indiscriminate.
But perhaps the greatest contribution of this character is that his gender-bending Skill led SNK to design corresponding female character designs and models for almost all male and non-human characters. The most famous among these is "Goenitz," who was feminized after taking the gender-bending ultimate move.
Because the demure nun appearance after the transformation was so popular, it even spawned a fan-created community derivative known as "Storm Girl."
Cheng Tian even suspects that the official all-female fighting game released by SNK in 2018, titled *SNK Heroines: Tag Team Frenzy*, likely originated from Dimitri's gender-bending Skill.
The great champion of *Fatal Fury*, Terry Bogard, was directly turned into "Terry-elle," possessing long, slender legs and elastic jelly. Her excellent character model is even occasionally seen in 3D communities... one can only say the game's developers must have been quite fond of it.
At this moment, although Cheng Tian cannot turn people into animals, nor can he perform Feminization, he possesses the ability to turn people into creatures from the Western Demon or Hundred Demons Night Walk catalog, which certainly maximizes the fun factor.
Thinking of this, Cheng Mouren is almost eager to meet the Cyclops at the end of this stage!
What if the Hundred Demons Night Walk Check Failed?
Wouldn't it be even more fun if Cheng Tian transformed himself!
...
Completely ignoring the two college students who were staring at him cautiously, Cheng Mouren continued to fiddle with his Panel.
As the Green Hundred Demons Night Walk officially joined his Skill Slot, the Panel provided Cheng Tian with the most necessary information.
He had 3 remaining Empty Skill Slots.
As expected, the maximum Skill Slot count for a novice Player being 4 was within expectations.
Although the practical effect of the Hundred Demons Night Walk is something to look forward to in the future, it is ultimately not a useless Skill and is quite promising.
After dealing with the Skills, Cheng Tian immediately poured all the Free Attribute Points he had just acquired into the Strength Attribute.
In short, boosting HP first is never wrong.
Including the 2 Agility points gained from the Red Demon First Encounter achievement, Cheng Tian's base Attributes became Strength 14, Agility 12, Spirit 12, Charisma 9.
He didn't feel any practical difference from the Agility increase yet, but the Max HP increasing from 100 to 140 was a tangible change. A 1.4 times HP increase certainly provided a great sense of security.
Because he was still wearing the Knight Armor, Cheng Tian didn't notice any change in his physique, but if he stripped naked now, he would discover that the slight paunch he had was now a defined chocolate bar, square and distinct.
Furthermore, although there was no visible change in muscle mass, Cheng Tian clearly felt that the Armor on him seemed much lighter.
He casually picked up the Two-handed Hammer placed nearby; since the basic requirements for the Equipment were met, gripping and swinging it became effortless.
The change from 10 Strength to 14 Strength was quite significant.
Cheng Tian glanced at the remaining time for the Main Questline; there was less than 7 hours left. However, considering the most threatening entity, the Red Demon, had been dealt with, the overall time for the stage should still be ample.
Incidentally, the 10 HP Cheng Mouren lost earlier from intentionally taking a slap from a Zombie had also fully recovered.
Cheng Tian was currently unclear about other Races, but he had a good grasp of his own healing rate.
The healing rate for an adult male Earthling was about 1 HP per minute. This translated to 0.1 HP per minute per point of Strength, and this was in a non-Combat State, with controllable energy reserves in the body.
Cheng Tian was very hungry and thirsty now; the food he had gorged on earlier at home had been almost entirely consumed by his self-healing.
As the saying goes, sharpening the axe doesn't delay the woodcutting. Having overcome the major threat of the Red Demon, Cheng Tian decided to rest briefly and take care of his physiological needs.
The two college students, who had maintained their distance since the Red Demon Battle was triggered, watched wide-eyed as Cheng Tian stripped down to only his Strawberry Underwear and shamelessly began urinating into the bushes.
Regarding this, they had only one evaluation:
His water pressure is strong!
