Makoto’s eyes lit up.

‘So this really works.’ Still, a D-rank Talent wasn’t enough.

He needed to keep reinforcing the persona he’d created around the S-rank Talent, Great Sage.Full novel: Infinite Multiverse: Making Fake Become Real Starting from JJK! — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Sakiko studied him seriously for a moment before taking a deep breath.

“Kitano-kun, forgive me for being blunt, but I’m having a very hard time believing what you’re telling me.” “And I’m still confused.

What exactly do you mean by ‘my world’?” Clearly, Sakiko knew almost nothing about either her current situation or the Main God Space.

That was what a normal newcomer should look like.

Makoto calmly waved down a waiter and ordered two cappuccinos, acting as though their current life-threatening situation didn’t concern him in the slightest.

His composure helped Sakiko relax a little.

It was also one of the reasons she’d chosen to leave with him.

‘If Kitano-kun can stay this calm, then he must have some way to survive…

right?’ Compared with an armed thug willing to use people as shields, she naturally felt far more comfortable with the calm young man sitting across from her.

“Simply put, we all come from different worlds.” “This world is called Jujutsu Kaisen, while yours could be called Ave Mujica.” Sakiko frowned deeply.

“Ave Mujica?” Seeing her reaction, Makoto immediately understood.

At this point, Sakiko hadn’t even conceived of creating Ave Mujica yet.

In other words, she hadn’t been pushed over the edge by hearing MyGO!!!!!

perform Haruhikage.

That told Makoto almost everything he needed to know about her current state of mind.

“I don’t really understand.

Kitano-kun, can you prove what you’re saying?” Sakiko asked honestly.

“Sure.

Let’s begin.” Makoto lightly tapped a fingertip against the table, his tone as casual as idle conversation.

“Haruhikage is a pretty good song.” Sakiko shot to her feet.

Both hands slammed onto the table, making the cups and saucers clink sharply.

“Who exactly are you?

How do you know about Haruhikage?!” Her voice was extremely low.

Whatever politeness had remained on her face vanished, replaced by anger and alarm at having her deepest secret exposed.

The commotion immediately drew the waiter’s attention, and he hesitantly started walking toward them.

Makoto raised a hand to signal that everything was fine, then looked back at the pale-faced Sakiko without the slightest change in expression.

“Calm down.

This is part of my Talent.

I can see your past and present.” “I saw your family fall apart.

You couldn’t tell your old friends a single word about what happened, so you had no choice but to carry everything alone.” “You’re still far too young, yet your father spends his days wasting away while every burden of daily life has fallen onto your shoulders.” “Reality has crushed you so badly you can barely breathe.

There’s no one around you whom you can truly rely on, so you’ve been forcing yourself onward through despair.” “And then, after one desperate decision, you were pulled into this place.” Sakiko’s shoulders began trembling uncontrollably.

Tears glimmered in her eyes, and as her emotions surged, the light around her body started to distort.

Faint ripples appeared in the air itself.

Just as her emotions were about to spiral out of control, Makoto calmly continued.

“Work with me.” “We’ll leave this world together and survive in the Main God Space together.” “Then we’ll make both of our lives back home better.” Sakiko slowly raised her head and struggled to steady herself.

The pain of having her past exposed was still raw, but survival now outweighed everything else.

She had no choice but to push her personal feelings aside.

“Can I trust you?” “You have no choice but to trust me,” Makoto replied calmly.

“When survival is on the line, everything else comes second.” “Besides, I believe you can escape your current situation, find your music again, and build something of your own.” Makoto met her gaze.

“Remember what I said earlier?

Your world is called Ave Mujica.” “That’s the name of the band you’ll create in the future.

You’ll stand on the Budokan stage and eventually complete a nationwide tour.” The confusion in Sakiko’s eyes slowly gave way to shock.

She instinctively gripped the hem of her clothes.

“Is all of that really true?

You can predict the future too?” Makoto smiled faintly.

“It’s the future from your world’s perspective.” “But to someone like me, who’s observing from outside your world, it’s merely an already established storyline.” Sakiko had always excelled academically.

She immediately understood the worldview and temporal logic implied by his explanation.

After staring at Makoto with a complicated expression for several seconds, she quietly asked, “What about you?” Makoto answered without hesitation.

“I’m an orphan.

I grew up being looked after by people throughout my neighborhood, and I was basically the leader of the local kids.” “In the end, I died under the wheels of a truck while saving a little girl I knew.” “I didn’t want to die like that, so I accepted the Main God Space’s invitation and ended up in this game.” After hearing that, the tension in Sakiko’s eyes finally disappeared.

Someone children naturally trusted, someone willing to sacrifice his life to save one of them, didn’t seem like a person she needed to guard herself against so fiercely.

The last traces of hostility and resistance in her heart quietly faded away.

She had already chosen to trust Makoto to some extent.

If she hadn’t, she never would have followed him out of that room in the first place.

Makoto smiled.

“Looks like we’ve reached an understanding.” “We don’t have any formal proof yet, but I guess that makes us teammates now, right?” Just then, the waiter arrived carrying two cups of coffee and gently placed them on the table.

Makoto slid the cappuccino with a heart-shaped latte design toward Sakiko and raised his own cup.

“To our partnership, Partner.” Sakiko remained silent for a moment before lifting her cup and taking a sip.

It had been a long time since she’d last had a cappuccino.

Sweet, creamy milk spread across her tongue, washing away some of the bitterness that had accumulated inside her for so long.

Warmth flowed down her throat and settled deep in her chest.

The faintest smile tugged at the corner of her lips.

‘Teammates…’ ‘Have I finally found someone dependable?

Someone I can actually rely on?’ Her daze lasted only a few seconds.

Sakiko quickly regained her composure and looked directly at Makoto.

“What do you plan to do about our current situation?

How are we supposed to survive?” Makoto’s expression immediately turned serious.

“The easiest option would be to find some remote corner and hide until everything is over.” “But even then, there’s still a chance we’ll get caught in the aftermath of a battle.” He calmly began listing the major events that would follow.

“First, Gojo Satoru will be sealed.” “After that, the Cursed Spirits and Jujutsu Sorcerers will enter a massive battle.” “Finally, Ryomen Sukuna and Jogo will fight, and an enormous section of Shibuya will be destroyed.” “I don’t know the exact boundaries of the destruction, so I can’t tell you where it’s absolutely safe.” Makoto looked directly at Sakiko, his tone completely serious.

“More importantly, all the information I know comes from the original storyline.” “Now that outsiders like us have entered this world, I can’t be certain events will unfold exactly the same way.” “So I think our best option is to stay flexible and adapt as things happen.” …
