He walked out of the office and came to the stairwell.

He fished a cigarette out of his pocket and bit down on it. A faint cheer echoed from the office.

He took out his phone and dialed Jin Huaiqian’s number.Full novel: Just Wanted a Flirtatious Fling — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

This was their first contact since they last parted ways.

The phone rang for a while before it was finally answered.

“Hello, President Jin, what are you up to?”

A familiar voice came from the other side. “What else could I be doing? Working.”

Xie Sui crushed the cigarette hard against the window sill. The body of the cigarette, unable to withstand the pressure, was squashed flat. “I’m going to your office to find you.”

There was a pause on the other end. “Now?”

Xie Sui said, “Yeah, why? Am I not welcome? Or are you afraid of getting caught playing office games with your little lover?”

“Come on over. I’m waiting for you.”

Hanging up the phone, Xie Sui threw the ruined cigarette into the trash can and walked back to the office.

The people inside were excitedly discussing something. When Zhao Shang saw Xie Sui come in, he hurriedly called out to him, “Brother Xie Sui, have you read the article yet?”

Xie Sui replied, “I haven’t had the time yet.”

“It’s fine. The click-through rate for that article reached a new high. I plan to treat everyone to dinner tonight, so you should come along too.”

His familiar tone made it seem as if there was no conflict between them.

Xie Sui looked at him with a half-smile. Although his gaze was not particularly sharp, Zhao Shang felt the illusion of being seen right through. “No need. You guys take your time and enjoy the meal. I wish you a prosperous career in the future.”

The corners of Xie Sui’s lips turned up slightly, and he then calmly bypassed him and left.

As soon as Xie Sui left, the residual polite smile on Zhao Shang’s face abruptly vanished, and his expression turned gloomy. He stood in place without moving, his eyes locked onto the receding back, squeezing out a cold snort from between his teeth.

Yiyuan Capital.

When Zhou Zheng saw him, he made a gesture as if to knock on the door to give a warning, but he was stopped by Xie Sui.

“It’s fine. I can just go in myself.”

Zhou Zheng was a bit conflicted and wanted to say something, but Xie Sui pushed the door open directly and shut him outside with a backhand movement.

Zhou Zheng: “…”

The person who had brought him in exchanged looks with Zhou Zheng.

“Assistant Zhou, who is he?”

Zhou Zheng said uncertainly, “A partner of sorts?”

After entering, Xie Sui first looked around. The sofa was clean, and the desk was neat.

Jin Huaiqian said calmly, “There is no little lover here.”

Xie Sui hooked his lips into a smile and walked straight toward Jin Huaiqian. He stepped past the desk and sat astride Jin Huaiqian’s lap.

Jin Huaiqian looked up at him. “What are you doing?”

Xie Sui spoke bluntly, “I missed you.”

Jin Huaiqian did not push him away, staring at the person who was close at hand. “Is Mr. Xie so free that he ran to my office specifically to miss me?”

Xie Sui wrapped his arms around his neck. “Why? Is President Jin not welcoming me?”

“Welcoming you is one thing,” Jin Huaiqian’s voice lowered a bit, carrying a trace of playfulness, “it is just that this thought of yours, isn’t it a bit too direct?”

Xie Sui leaned down, approaching his ear, his warm breath brushing over the auricle. “Then do you like it direct, or do you like it subtle?”

Jin Huaiqian’s hand stroked up Xie Sui’s back, moving upward slowly. “Either is fine. It depends on the person.”

Xie Sui pouted, pretending to be dissatisfied. “It seems like there are quite a lot of people around you. Sure enough, your scandalous news is all true.”

Jin Huaiqian raised his eyebrows. “Mr. Xie, you actually pay attention to my news?”

Xie Sui said, “President Jin, for someone this handsome, shouldn’t I spy around to see how many rivals in love I have? As the saying goes, know yourself and know your enemy, and you will never be defeated in a hundred battles.”

“Besides, as the crown prince of the dignified Jin Group, scandalous news flies all over the place. It would be hard for me not to pay attention even if I didn’t want to.”

“Is that so? How did you feel after reading it?”

“Terrible taste,” Xie Sui complained, “but your taste has gotten better now.”

Jin Huaiqian’s hand had reached the back of Xie Sui’s neck at some unknown point. Tightening his fingers slightly, he forcefully pinched the back of his neck, pulled the person toward himself, and kissed him.

Xie Sui paused for a moment, and then responded passionately.

Neither of them would give in to the other, their two tongues chasing and tangling inside the mouth cavity, carrying a momentum as if they wanted to kiss the other to death. The smacking sounds of water were exceptionally clear in the silence, sticky and ambiguous.

Xie Sui clearly felt the change at his crotch.

He reached out his hand to touch it, but before he could make contact, his wrist was grabbed.

Once the kiss ended, both of their breaths were heavy, and they were panting.

Their foreheads rested against each other, their noses rubbing together, and the scorching hot breath they exhaled mixed together, making it impossible to tell one from the other.

“What is the rush.” Jin Huaiqian’s voice was incredibly low and hoarse, carrying the desire that had not yet faded.

Xie Sui glared up at him, the rims of his eyes slightly red from the lack of oxygen and the emotional stir, yet his gaze was burning brightly. “You are still quite energetic. You don’t look like a thirty-year-old person at all.”

Jin Huaiqian stared at him for two seconds, then suddenly let out an extremely low laugh.

He did not release the hand holding Xie Sui’s wrist. Instead, maintaining this posture, his other hand slid down slowly along Xie Sui’s tense waist. Through the thin fabric of the clothing, he accurately pressed onto that similarly scorching hot and hard protrusion.

Xie Sui’s body shuddered violently, and his breath stalled instantly.

Jin Huaiqian leaned close to his ear, hot air puffing onto the sensitive auricle, word by word, slow and clear. “You aren’t bad either.”

Jin Huaiqian’s strength was shockingly large, and added to the fact that he was being manipulated by Jin Huaiqian, Xie Sui had almost zero power to fight back, only able to bear it passively.

Whether it was a problem with their posture or the amplification of the environment, Xie Sui discovered that his body was unexpectedly sensitive today.

Under Jin Huaiqian’s skilled control, he tensed his back, the roots of his thighs trembling slightly involuntarily, utterly unable to resist. At the final moment, he buried his head against Jin Huaiqian’s shoulder, and then his waist and abdomen shuddered violently, letting out a whimper.

The dense tremors slowly subsided. Xie Sui’s chest heaved up and down as he calmed his messy breathing. He heard what seemed to be a compliment from Jin Huaiqian. “Not bad, you have been very well-behaved these past few days.”

Hearing this, Xie Sui straightened up. The stray hairs on his forehead were stuck to it due to light sweat, and his entire body was lightly flushed, looking unspeakably enticing.

The corner of his lip hooked into a very faint, almost provocative arc. “Then is President Jin satisfied?”

Jin Huaiqian used his thumb to wipe heavily across Xie Sui’s lower lip. “Satisfied? This is nowhere near enough.”

The two of them continued their indulgence until Zhou Zheng came to knock on the door of the lounge.

Zhou Zheng stood outside the door and reminded, “President Jin, there are still five minutes before the meeting starts.”

Zhou Zheng did not know that his usually serious and earnest boss was currently like an ancient fatuous monarch, holding his beloved concubine and lying on the bed in the lounge.

Hearing Zhou Zheng’s voice, Jin Huaiqian’s movements paused. The dazed look in his eyes vanished instantly, restoring his usual calm and self-restraint.

He looked down at Xie Sui, whose cheeks were flushed and whose eyes were still somewhat dazed in his arms. He hooked the corner of his mouth imperceptibly, pecked his lips once more, and then said in a low voice, “Be good and stay here, wait for me to come back.”

After saying that, he released Xie Sui, arranged his slightly wrinkled shirt and tie, and only then turned around to pull open the door of the lounge. He gave a faint response to Zhou Zheng, who was waiting outside the door, “Understood.”

The door closed, and quietness returned to the office.
