Bang!

When the door burst open with a loud noise, Yeonwoo was momentarily so startled he almost screamed. Fortunately, the only visible reaction was that he merely lifted his gaze from the desk and looked in the direction of the sound.

The person who entered through the door was Yeonwoo’s boss—and the same man he had had fiery sex with just two days ago. The heat of his body still hadn’t disappeared from Yeonwoo’s skin. Holding back the instinctive urge to swallow dryly, Yeonwoo stood up and greeted him politely, just as he would any other day.Full novel: Kiss Me, Liar — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“Mister Pittman, is there a problem?”

Even without a reply, he could already guess. Clutching his wildly pounding heart, Yeonwoo struggled to maintain a blank expression. Looking down at Yeonwoo’s cold, unchangingly beautiful face, Keith let out a twisted smile.

“Oh, there’s a fucking huge problem.”

Then he grabbed one of his ears and clenched his teeth.

“Some audacious son of a bitch left a mark on me.”

Yeonwoo almost shouted, “I’m sorry,” and collapsed to his knees without realizing it. But in reality, all that came out was a brief, “Oh dear.”

Apparently displeased with the response, Keith glared at Yeonwoo with a menacing look.

“Oh dear? That’s it? Just ‘oh dear’?”

Eventually, Keith began stomping and yelling in rage. It was the most natural reaction imaginable. Who would dare to leave a mark on that arrogant man without his permission? So brazenly, at that.

“You don’t remember?”

At Yeonwoo’s calm voice, Keith, who had just slammed the wall hard, turned to face him with a terrifying expression. Of course, if he remembered, he wouldn’t be acting like this right now. Yeonwoo, though afraid, felt a slight sense of relief.

Who was the culprit that boldly marked Keith Knight Pittman’s body and vanished without a trace?

Keith would never find out. As Yeonwoo tried to reassure himself—It’s okay—Keith, having just unleashed a hurricane of rage, exhaled deeply and opened his mouth.

“Call Whittaker.”

At the mention of the head of his personal security detail—someone Keith used like a limb—Yeonwoo flinched.

“……You’re going to look for him?”

“No.”

Before Yeonwoo could even feel relieved, Keith added coldly:

“I’m going to kill him.”

As Keith pushed back his fallen hair and flashed his sweet, killer smile, Yeonwoo could only feel as if he had been handed a death sentence.
