“Phew.” I finished cleaning my room from the bed to the floor.

It took a while for me to start because Miyako wouldn’t let me go, but after she fell asleep, I got to work.

Ever since I gave her the ring, she was like a whole different person.Full novel: Life with A Choice System in A Mash-up World — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

She was still the same Miyako, but it was like she had some new resolution or something.

Whatever it was, all I knew was that it couldn’t be bad towards me with her “101%” affection level.

I admired my work a little longer before going to the kitchen to make some food.

My lovely girlfriend would surely be hungry when she woke up.

I had to make sure to take care of everything for her with her weakened state.

‘Ah!’ Something important hit me before I could start.

I took her phone and unlocked it with the password that she told me.

I found a familiar contact and dialed it.

The line rang twice before a sharp, knowing voice answered.

“This is Tatsuya, isn’t it?” “Yes, ma’am,” I replied politely.

“I figured.

So, she’s staying over at your place again tonight?” “Well, yes,” I rubbed the back of my neck, staring down at my shoes.

“It’s more like…

it would be pretty physically difficult for her to try and get all the way back home right now.” The line went quiet for a fraction of a second before her voice exploded with dramatic accusation.

“W-What exactly did you do to my lovely, innocent Miyako, you absolute beast?!” I felt a sudden, intense heat instantly flood my entire face.

“I-I just gave her exactly what she wanted, ma’am.” “Whoa,” her mother let out a sharp gasp on the other end, completely taken aback.

“To think you’d actually just straight-up answer that directly.

You better know that I am asking her for absolutely every single detail the second she gets back home.” “Ugh.

Please just don’t tease her too much about it,” I groaned, leaning heavily against the kitchen counter.

“Haha~ no promises, kid.

Honestly, you’re incredibly lucky that you’re talking to me right now and not her dad.

I wouldn’t be able to protect you from him if he found out.” “When that inevitable time comes, I’ll handle him myself,” I said, my voice becoming serious.

“But seriously, please go easy on her.” The other side of the phone fell quiet for a little too long, the previous playful teasing completely vanishing.

“…I think I can finally see exactly what she was talking about now,” her mother murmured softly.

“Uh?

Good?

I hope?” “Pfft~, see you later, kid.

Just take good care of my little girl, okay?” “Of course.

I’m actually making food for her right now before she wakes up.” A loud sigh echoed from the speaker.

“Why is it that you always seem to call my phone right when you’re about to cook something?” I blinked, finding myself completely speechless with absolutely nothing to say to that.

“Whatever.

Talk to you later, Tatsuya.” The call ended with a soft click.

I shook my head, a small smile pulling at my lips as I set the device down on the counter.

I had much more important things to focus on now.

**** I woke up slowly, my nose instantly twitching as the rich, mouth-watering aroma of home-cooked food drifted directly into the bedroom.

When I blinked my eyes open and reached out across the mattress, the comforting, solid warmth that had been there when I fell asleep was completely gone.

My chest instantly felt hollow and empty without him, a sudden pang of loneliness washing over me.

Testing my body, I carefully tried standing up, finding that it was much easier to move now compared to this morning.

The sharp, overwhelming pain from earlier had completely subsided into a deep, manageable muscle soreness that I could easily hold off.

My slow steps carried me out of the room, down the hallway, and into the kitchen.

Tatsuya was standing right by the stove, clad in a simple cooking apron with his blonde hair tied back neatly out of his face.

His hair was getting a little long lately, a detail he seemed to have finally noticed himself.

“Miyako!” he smiled warmly the moment he turned around, immediately setting his cooking utensils aside.

He walked straight over to me, wrapping his strong arms around my waist to pull me into a gentle hug before planting a quick, sweet kiss onto my lips.

The cold void in my heart was instantly flooded with his intoxicating heat.

“Did you sleep well, love?” “I did,” I murmured, burying my face into his chest, my fingers tightening around his apron.

“But I wanted to wake up to you next to me…” “Hahaha~ I know, I know.

But if I stayed in bed, then you would have had to wait even longer for your food, wouldn’t you?” Growl~ Right on cue, my stomach let out a loud, traitorous rumble, completely betraying me.

“See?” Tatsuya chuckled deeply.

He gently rubbed my back, but before I could relax, his sneaky hand suddenly traveled downward, his palm striking my butt in a playful swat.

Pa!

“Now go sit down.” I gulped heavily, a hot shiver shooting straight down my spine.

It took absolutely every ounce of my willpower to suppress the embarrassing moan that threatened to escape his throat.

Nodding dizzily, I completely submitted to his command, walking over to the table to wait patiently like a good girl.

“I made some hamburg steak with a very simple side of white rice,” Tatsuya explained, carrying the steaming plates over and setting them down in front of me.

“Originally, I was just going to order a pizza, but then I thought that might feel a bit cheap.

I mean, how could I possibly do that to you after you worked so incredibly hard for me last night, you know?” The warmth in my heart completely exploded into a supernova of overwhelming heat.

My grip tightened on my utensils.

I looked up at him, my eyes probably glossed over as the unfiltered thoughts in my mind slipped right past my lips.

“N-Next time…

impregnate me.” Tatsuya froze mid-motion, staring at me wide-eyed as the heavy silence stretched through the kitchen.

“So, last night wasn’t quite enough to satisfy you, huh?” he murmured, his voice dropping into a deeper tone that made my entire body tremble.

His eyes flickered with a dangerous, possessive look that sent a powerful wave of electricity straight through my sore limbs.

“Very well then.

If that’s what you want.” The tingling sensation from the garden that he had made completely his, alongside the vivid memory of his massive length stretching me out below, instantly snapped my mind back to reality, making me realize exactly what kind of shameless request I had just made out loud.

‘S-So incredibly hot.’ ‘Kyouko’s boyfriend, Izumi, could never possibly be as amazing as my Tatsuya…

no…’ I gently traced the sapphire ring resting securely on my finger, a blissful, deeply wide smile spreading across my face.

‘My husband…

hehe~’
