Wait, this was Miss Fortune?

Why was she nothing like the woman they had heard about?

The way Miss Fortune had spoken just now sounded like a sulking young woman throwing a tantrum.Full novel: LoL: I Can Learn Every Champion’s Skill — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

No matter how hard they tried, the people around them simply couldn’t reconcile that image with the infamous Miss Fortune.

Everyone stared over in shock.

Sarah swept her gaze across the room, and they immediately looked away, afraid of inviting trouble.

Levi rubbed his forehead and glanced at Sarah beside him, who was acting like a stubborn, spoiled girl.

Sweat practically broke out across his brow.

She’s had too much.

Definitely too much.

After several rounds of drinks and plenty of food, Sarah’s face had turned rosy.

She was already somewhat dazed, her entire body leaning against Levi.

Feeling the warmth of her body against his, Levi caught the scent of alcohol mingling with her natural fragrance.

Even as a decent young man from the twenty-first century, he couldn’t keep his thoughts from stirring.

“Uh, sir,” the attendant behind the counter said after glancing at the tipsy Miss Fortune.

“We have rooms upstairs where guests can rest. Would the two of you like one?”

“No…”

Levi immediately tried to refuse, but Sarah cut him off before he could finish.

“I do. Give us a room. What do you think?” Sarah raised a finger and pressed it lightly against Levi’s lips.

Her mesmerizing green eyes locked onto his, making his heart pound wildly.

“Sorry, we don’t need one. She’s had too much to drink.”

Levi forced himself to calm down and slowly exhaled.

After speaking, he took Sarah with him and started toward the exit, only for the attendant to call after them.

Levi turned back in confusion.

The young man gave him an awkward smile.

“You haven’t paid yet.”

Levi rubbed his nose in embarrassment before looking down at Sarah, who was still leaning against him.

Sarah rolled her eyes and tossed several silver coins onto the counter.

The two slowly walked through the cold night breeze.

The chill helped clear Miss Fortune’s head somewhat.

Feeling Levi’s warmth around her, her cheeks became even redder, and beneath the moonlight, she looked more captivating than ever.

“Levi, let go of me. I can walk by myself. I need to take care of something over there.”

Sarah slipped free of Levi’s supporting arm and walked off alone.

“I can go with you,” Levi said worriedly as he watched her slightly unsteady steps.

“What, you want to follow me while I pee too?” Sarah asked with a sweet smile, mischief written all over her face.

“I wouldn’t mind.”

Levi’s face immediately reddened.

He waved her off and kept watching until Sarah disappeared beneath the moonlight.

With nothing else to do, Levi found somewhere to sit and stared idly toward the distant coastline.

“What’s wrong? Miss me already?” Sarah teased, as if she’d been waiting for him to come looking for her and make a move.

Sarah suddenly wrapped her arms around him from behind, pressing herself firmly against his back, her huge breasts soft and unmistakable against him.

She was so light that Levi could barely feel her weight, while both of her hands gently caressed his chest before slowly drifting lower, toward the front of his hips.

“Sarah? What are you doing?”

Levi froze completely, his body stiff as a board.

Feeling the seductive presence behind him, his mouth instantly went dry, and he couldn’t help swallowing.

Levi broke free of Miss Fortune’s embrace and pulled her arms away from him.

“Sarah, clear your head.”

“Admit it. You missed me. You’re dying to taste my mouth, aren’t you?” Sarah purred.

“And I have a feeling your tongue isn’t the only thing you’d like to put there.”

She slowly ran her tongue across her luscious red lips, then let her gaze drift deliberately down toward Levi’s waist before lifting it again.

A wicked smile curled across her lips as she glanced down at her generous cleavage.

“Though maybe,” she murmured, “you’ve already imagined finding somewhere softer to put it.”

Her hand slipped toward him, fingers hovering dangerously close to the front of his pants, almost brushing him before Levi instinctively stepped back out of reach.

Levi instinctively stepped back.

“There you go again, leaving a woman all alone and lonely.”

Sarah put on a disappointed expression, withdrew her slender hand, and slowly approached him.

“No. You’re not Sarah. Who are you?”

Levi took several steps back, narrowing his eyes as he stared warily at the woman before him.

A bead of cold sweat ran down his forehead.

There was no way this woman was Sarah.

Something about her felt incredibly dangerous.

Levi immediately became fully alert, searching through everything he remembered about the champions of League of Legends as he tried to figure out who possessed this kind of power.

“Of course I’m Sarah. Who else could I possibly be?” She smiled seductively at him, her eyes overflowing with desire.

“Or perhaps I should say, whoever you want me to be, that’s who I am.”

“Sarah drank quite a bit tonight, but there isn’t even the faintest smell of alcohol on you.”

Levi kept his voice low as he studied the woman’s beautiful face.

It somehow seemed both familiar and unfamiliar at the same time.

The smile on “Sarah’s” face froze.

A moment later, she gave an even more seductive laugh.

“What a clever little thing. I only hope your suffering will be enough to satisfy me later.”

Her features gradually transformed, revealing pale blue skin and white-and-pink hair that gave her an otherworldly, bewitching beauty.

Her large breasts, wide hips, and the rest of her voluptuous curves were strikingly similar to Sarah’s, yet somehow every detail seemed refined and reshaped to match Levi’s tastes with unsettling precision.

Evelynn, Agony’s Embrace.

The instant Levi recognized her appearance and remembered the stories surrounding the demon, chills ran through his entire body.

This demon delighted in torturing others.

No matter how seductive or tempting she appeared, remembering how intimately she had pressed herself against him moments earlier now filled Levi with nothing but lingering fear.

She was the embodiment of seduction and evil, though perhaps calling Evelynn an “it” would be more accurate.

She was a ravenous spiritual predator that fed upon humanity’s most primal emotions and savored human suffering.

Anyone who fell into her hands could only struggle endlessly in an abyss of agony while she delighted in every drop of their blood.

“What did you do to Sarah? Where is she?”

Levi’s voice turned cold as he stared vigilantly at Evelynn.

His thoughts raced as he imagined what might have happened to Sarah.

Evelynn was an incredibly powerful demon, and Levi could only hope Sarah hadn’t suffered the worst fate he could imagine.

After all, if this were the game and an ADC ran into Evelynn alone, Levi knew perfectly well how that usually ended.

Of course, this wasn’t a game anymore.

“My, my. How heartless. You’re still thinking about that woman of yours. Am I not attractive enough for you?”

“Come here.”

Evelynn’s voice was dripping with temptation as she spread her arms.

A faint red gleam flashed through her eyes.

In that instant, Levi felt as though his soul were about to leap out of his body and throw itself into Evelynn’s embrace.

His mind flooded with wicked fantasies, imagining all the sinful things he wanted to do with her, and all the equally depraved ways she might return the favor.

He lost control of his body.

Against his will, he began walking toward her.

“Cleanse!”

Alarm bells screamed through Levi’s mind.

A burst of pale blue energy instantly erupted around his body, and Levi tore control of himself back from Evelynn’s influence.

He gasped heavily for breath.

Cold sweat instantly soaked through his clothes as he stared at Evelynn with lingering fear.

“What happened?” Evelynn’s expression changed.

She stared at Levi in surprise.

“Impossible. No man should be able to resist my temptation.”

Her astonishment lasted only briefly before her eyes once again filled with murderous desire.

“Maybe you’re just not as irresistible as you think.”

Levi sneered, even as his mind rapidly calculated what he should do next.

Were the abilities currently at his disposal really enough to fight Evelynn?

Levi had absolutely no confidence.

This wasn’t a game, and Evelynn was far too mysterious and unpredictable.
