"System, begin the Void Trial, difficulty: Abyss!" Su Ye's voice rang out.
【Ding: The Void Trial has begun. Difficulty: Abyss. You have thirty seconds to prepare.】
Lilith, Thalis, and Ishtar, three hero-level units, simultaneously led their respective units and appeared around Suye's territory.
Su Ye looked at the crimson light at the edge of the territory. Countless crimson lights were writhing, accompanied by indescribable murmurs of fear.
One after another, fish-headed, human-bodied monsters appeared in Su Ye's territory, with huge, protruding fish eyes, holding long knives or spears, and some even holding scepters.
Besides the initial movement, there were also some twisted, fused flesh and blood creatures constantly wriggling and crawling.
Su Ye checked the specific attributes.
Name: Deep-Diving Murloc/Priest
Tier: Bronze 1-star
Rank: Fourth Rank
PS: A water-based familiar from an indescribable god, possessing infinite lifespan but relatively weak strength.
Name: Flesh and Blood Abnormality
Tier: Bronze 1-star
Rank: Fourth Rank
PS: Facing the existence of the indescribable, flesh and blood twisted, soul distorted, drowning in endless babbling and madness, instinctively destroying and merging everything.
"Both types of monsters are Bronze 1-star beings. I'm glad I didn't act impulsively." Su Ye took a deep breath and looked at the monsters that had appeared in his territory.
Let's check the quality first.
Lilith's eyes turned blood red. Although she had always been a charming and gentle woman in front of Su Ye.
However, Lilith is a true member of the chaotic faction, and her bloodthirstiness is ingrained in her very being.
The war scythe appeared in Lilith's hand.
With a flap of her wings, Lilith transformed into a black streak of light and appeared before the Deep One.
A dark purple halo appeared on the war scythe.
The moment Lilith swung her sword, a crescent-shaped slash shot straight through the air.
In Su Ye's eyes, the crescent-shaped slash directly tore several Deep Ones to shreds.
Su Ye frowned and sighed: "Rank reduction!"
Tier reduction refers to the reduction in damage dealt by higher-tier creatures to lower-tier creatures.
From Iron Nine Star to Bronze One Star, it may seem like just a small tier, but the damage Lilith causes has decreased significantly. At Iron Nine Star, Lilith's casual slashes could kill a large number of enemies.
However, a Bronze-level one can only tear apart a few Deep Ones; the difference is too great.
"Tsk tsk, this is more interesting." Lilith's eyes showed a hint of excitement.
Dark purple flames appeared on Lilith's body. Amidst the intertwining flames, her dark purple wings turned into a burning state, and her battle scythe was also covered in dark purple flames.
The Flame of Original Sin symbolizes the burning flame of original sin, born from the seven deadly sins and desires rooted in living beings. Anyone who touches it, as long as they possess the seven deadly sins, will not have their flame extinguished; it will burn eternally until utter death.
This was also the first time Su Ye had seen Lilith use her skills.
As Lilith wielded her battle scythe, countless flames of original sin fell like divine punishment.
Su Ye stared at this scene with his mouth agape.
"Is this your true strength?" Su Ye said with some admiration.
Other fallen angels of the original sin lineage also demonstrated their skills.
Aside from the Gene Guard, which is a rather special god-level unit, they have no skills of their own, mainly because they have not yet fused with genes.
It's in a state where its potential has not yet been unlocked.
However, relying on its own god-level unit strength, although it cannot eliminate the invading creatures on a large scale, it can still slaughter them one by one.
The massacre began.
Compared to yesterday, it seems there's no difference. The only difference might be that Lilith and the others didn't use their full strength during the previous Void Trial.
At least I used my skills today.
As for whether it would be all-out effort, Su Ye wasn't sure, but it didn't seem too difficult.
As the carnage began, the level of the troops under Su Ye's command increased rapidly.
The troops recruited today have all been upgraded to around Iron 3 stars, and this is just the beginning.
"It seems like I can upgrade the Lord's Heart level," Su Ye couldn't help but think.
The maximum number of troops is tied to the lord.
If the Lord's Heart is Black Iron 3-star, then Su Ye's level is Black Iron 3-star, the upper limit of his troop type is Bronze 9-star, and the difference in rank between his troop type and the lord cannot exceed one major rank.
If Su Ye is still at the Iron rank, then Lilith and the others will at most reach the Bronze Nine-Star rank.
At most, the troop level can be increased by one major rank. Unless the lord's level is increased, the troop level cannot be increased.
As time goes by.
Su Ye observed the changes on the battlefield, but it seemed that nothing had changed.
An hour has passed.
The Void Trial has ended.
The system notification sounded.
【Ding: The Void Trial has ended. Evaluation in progress...】
【Ding: Assessment complete, 0 casualties, 4000 kills, rating: SSS】
【Ding: You have obtained an SSS-rank Abyss Difficulty Treasure Chest!】
"It's alright, not a big problem. An SSS-level Abyss difficulty treasure chest, not bad." Su Ye thought to himself as he looked at the treasure chest floating on the battlefield.
Lilith and the others have all reached the level of Bronze One Star.
With the help of these four thousand invading monsters, all of Su Ye's troops, including those recruited today, have reached the Bronze One Star level.
Of course, Lilith's help was indispensable. After breaking through to Bronze One Star, Lilith focused more on defeating monsters and letting others finish them off to increase her own level.
Then, after the others are promoted to the Bronze rank, continue doing this, so that those who haven't broken through can start finishing off the weaker ones.
"You guys go and rest for a bit," Su Ye said to Lilith, Thalis, and Ishtar.
The three nodded and led their troops to cleanse the area.
"Disassemble!" Su Ye used his authority to disassemble the corpses in his territory.
【Ding: You have dismantled 4000 Bronze-level 1-star creature corpses, obtaining: Origin Crystal x1000】
"A thousand Origin Crystals? Not bad." Su Ye looked at his Origin Crystals, which were the eternal hard currency of the Lord World.
With a thought, Su Ye summoned the treasure chests that had fallen from the Void Trial and gathered in front of him.
"600?" Su Ye looked at the treasure chests gathered in front of him with a hint of surprise in his eyes.
Bronze-grade Abyss Treasure Chest!
"I should be able to get some good stuff from it." Su Ye looked at the Bronze-grade Abyss Treasure Chest with anticipation in his eyes.
"open."
