Hearing what Ava had just said, Arthur was speechless that he couldn`t form a single word in his mind. Never in his life he thought that he would get married without even knowing just like that.
Though it was completely different from the normal marriage, it was still a marriage according to different race`s culture, and he was from that very race.
"Just how in the hell did that happen?" He said as he massaged his forehead in exasperation.
Beside him, Ava was all smiles as she enjoyed his reaction that was both funny and rare to see him expressing himself like that as he always displayed the image of the cold, indifferent CEO.
’He is really so cute~ I really can`t stop loving him~’ she said to herself inwardly as she licked her lips seductively.
"Well, after you woke up, you were so thirsty and pounced on me, then in the next moment I felt my blood being sucked from the source."
"That doesn`t explain it." Arthur muttered feeling a slight headache.
"Hehe I really like your reaction, it`s not everyday I see you out of your usual cold personality~" As she said so, she pressed herself against him making him feel the head of her body and the softness of her large tits against his arm.
This made Arthur look at her noticing her pink eyes that reflected his figure as if she was only seeing him, as if her world revolved around him, the heat and desire in her eyes were so overwhelming that if any normal man was in Arthur`s place, they would feel suffocated by the intensity, but Arthur felt normal and rather found her beautiful and cute like that.
"You know," then she whispered in his ears with her soft alluring voice.
"When you bit my neck to drink, I felt you forming a deep bond with me that it felt like you proposing to me, it made my heart flutter. The way you used to make that bond with me was special to us vampires~"
"How so?"
Ava leaned closer resting her head on his chest to listen to his heartbeat that felt like a soft relaxing melody.
"You tied your soul to me which meant an eternal marriage. This kind of way was considered dangerous because if either of us died, the other party would die as well." Her voice was soft and gentle filled with love, adoration, longing and other kinds of emotions.
Arthur looked at her as she smiled while resting her head on his chest feeling his heartbeat increasing which she noticed immediately.
Looking up at him, her smile widened and became dazzling.
"You don`t hate it?" This was what ran in his head at the moment.
In a similar situation but with a different person, they would look at him with anger and hate but he didn`t see that at all.
Love.
There was only love in her eyes while through their connection, he could feel her overwhelming feeling and emotions that were like a raging tide making him feel so warm.
"I don`t, I really don`t because.... I really love you more than anything, more than my life, more than my family, more than everything that I would burn the world for you I you just say so."
Arthur never felt this much love at all in his life, except his family, no one showed this much love to him, it was just too much by normal standards.
But did he hate it?
Did he not want it?
"I.....don`t either, Ava." Arthur said before he wrapped his arm around her waist pulling her to him which surprised her but nonetheless made her so happy.
She buried her face into his chest as they hugged inhaling his scent that made her feel so calm yet addicted.
’Finally! Finally, I could hug him all I want and inhale his scent whenever I want! Ahh Arthur~ my Arthur~’ Her thoughts were going crazy as her body shuddered and shivered from excitement and lust.
As a vampire, their feelings and emotions are amplified making them feel any kind of emotion twice or even thrice.
And Ava who loved Arthur from the depth of her heart, fell so deep to the point of obsession, and Arthur wasn`t someone who would reject her, or not that dense to not know that she loved him.
Even without the bond they shared, he would know as whenever they were alone in the office she would behave strangely like watching him working through some documents with fervent eyes, or breathing his scent deeply whenever she was close to him. Maybe she thought that Arthur didn`t notice but he did and didn`t expose her.
He found her so cute in a way.
They stayed like that for some time until Ava, though reluctant, went back home as she had some business to take care of.
While Arthur went to his sister`s room just to find her sleeping feeling mentally exhausted.
He could only smile warmly at her before feeling a kind of longing coming from her which made him not want to think about it.
’I hope it`s not like that.’ He thought before going out letting her sleep.

Time passed and a week had gone.
During that week, Arthur called an acquaintance that owned a well-known construction company to repair his mansion and make some improvement to the infrastructure to make it more rigid and coherent.
Also, the company had undergone some changes regarding the employees and positions to address the vacant place of those whom he fired himself last week.
Anyway, the relationship between him and Ava had significantly improved as whenever they were alone in the office, she would sit on his lap and enjoy a warm session of cuddling with him coupled with some kisses on the neck and cheeks looking so clingy.
But, Arthur didn`t hate that clingy nature of her as it made her look cuter that he couldn`t help but hug her tightly which she loved and enjoyed to her heart content.
Regarding the Blue company, the CEO had changed and, in his place, another one was appointed. It was a woman named Kares V. Blu, and it appeared to be John`s sister.
And that same woman, request an official meeting with him for some reason, maybe due to what had happened last time with John which Arthur was sure it was one of the reasons she had requested this meeting as it was so obvious.
Of course, he knew that she was a vampire as it didn`t require a genius to figure it out, just from the name and the sudden meeting he could guess.
But he felt that there was another deeper reason for that meeting, and he would find out once he met her.
In another place out of the world where darkness ruled.
The sky was red like blood with two blood moons, one small and the other twice bigger, hang up in the sky.
The stars looked so distant making the sky look eerie yet beautiful at the same time.
Inside a certain mansion, the living room.
"So, a mere human dared to defy the Blu family." Said a seemingly middle-aged man wearing a Victorian suit sitting on the couch.
The room had old antiques and painting that depicted an old war and a person with wide eyes and toothy sick grin that sent shivers down the spine.
it looked lavish and elegant yet ancient at the same time.
"That was what one of our people saw. The human, though had excellent martial arts, was by no chance someone who could stand against the young master." Said another man wearing black clothes from head to toe that concealed his identity kneeling on the floor in front of that middle-aged man.
"Then how can you explain the state of my son?!! He totally broken mentally and physically that his regeneration was so slow that I thought it wasn`t working!" The middle-aged man exclaimed loudly with veins bulging on his forehead from anger and rage.
His blood-red eyes were glowing dangerously as he gazed at the man kneeling in front of him.
"For that, young master broke that human`s spine and as you know he enjoyed seeing the despair on others, but that human didn`t show it, so he tried to turn his sister to a slave right in front of him before hearing a sudden loud heartbeat and in the next moment he was hit and attacked by that human till his body broke."
"He didn`t even stop despite young master begging him to until he left him in that state went back inside the mansion."
The man reported without any hint of fear telling all the details of what had happened between Arhtur and John.
"Does he possess any kind of power?" the middle-aged man, John`s father, said with quite impatience.
"No, he is a totally normal and ordinary human with no any kind of powers."
The middle-aged man gritted his teeth beforeـــــ
BOOOM!!
He hit the coffee table in front of him in a fit of anger breaking it into two along with the floor, the mansion even shook from the impact.
Then the man who was kneeling in front of him appeared again from thin air as he had anticipated his moment and moved out of the way.
’He is always angry.’ The man thought looking at the destruction.
"Gather every information about that damn human, and if you didn`t find anything useful, then you can get ride of him."
"As you wish, my lord." As the kneeling man said so, he disappeared away from the place.

Back into the human world.
The day of the meeting with Kares V. Blu had arrived and Arthur was in a tea house waiting for her to arrive in a private room that he had booked.
Ava was also with him considering her being his secretary and assistant.
"I don`t feel good about this meeting already, Arthur." Ava muttered in a soft voice that Arthur heard clearly, he didn`t mind her calling him by his name as their relationship was past that of a CEO and secretary.
"Well, considering her being that sick bastard`s sister, she may want to take revenge. But I think there is a deeper reason for the meeting other than that." Arthur said as sighed and drank his latté.
Ava looked already annoyed that a woman wanted to meet her man, she didn`t like it one bit and was ready to go and kill that bitch of a sister if not for Arthur stopping her.
’Why that damn woman of all people?!!’ She thought inwardly as she clutched her hands that her sharp nails dug into her palms.
But then, the door to the private room opened before a woman walked through with steady steps and calm authority.
This was Kares V. Blu, the current CEO of the Blue company.
