“Ethan, your luck is unbelievable!”

He’s predicting the outcomes!”

“Honestly, I never believed in fortune-telling before, but now I’m starting to.

How can someone get every prediction right, even calling triples?

That’s practically supernatural!”

“Ethan, let me place a bet too!”

With their classmates cheering every time Ethan won, the commotion soon drew nearly everyone in the room.

Even Claire Bennett, who had initially paid little attention to the gambling, found herself watching with interest.

“This Ethan is rather interesting,” she remarked.

Claire wasn’t someone who readily paid attention to other people, especially men.

She came from an extraordinary family whose financial empire was even more powerful than Adrian Cross’s.

Unlike young women easily impressed by a handsome face, a tall figure, or a wealthy background, Claire had exceptionally high standards.

People who could genuinely capture her interest were few and far between.

For now, however, her interest in Ethan amounted to little more than curiosity.

Watching him correctly predict one gambling outcome after another had simply caught her attention.

Unfortunately for Adrian, even that little bit of interest was enough to send his mood plummeting.

“Ethan…”

Adrian’s gaze darkened.

The stemmed glass in his hand suddenly cracked beneath his fingers.

If he hadn’t been desperately maintaining his composure as the heir to a powerful business empire, he would have lost his temper long ago.

Meanwhile, Mason stared at Ethan in disbelief.

“Now I finally understand how you made so much money over the past two years!

You weren’t just earning money through business.

You’re practically predicting the future!”

“Predicting the future is beyond me,” Ethan replied calmly.

“But here’s some advice: stay away from gambling from now on.

Otherwise, you’ll end up like the other people in these groups, endlessly pouring money into the dealer’s pockets.”

He paused, noticing something on the screen.

“Hmm?

They’ve stopped accepting bets.

The game is closed.”

The others immediately looked at their phones.

Sure enough, the dealers had announced that the tables were closed and all betting had been suspended.

The room erupted in an uproar.

“They actually shut the game down!”

“Ethan’s won so many rounds!

The individual bets might not have been huge, but they’ve added up to hundreds of thousands of dollars.

If he kept winning and everyone else started following his predictions, the dealer could easily be looking at millions in payouts.

Of course they’d shut it down!”

“Look!

The dealer just sent him a private message!”

“Let me see!”

Someone leaned over to read the message aloud.

‘Bro, here’s fifty thousand dollars.

Do me a favor and stop playing.

Take your winnings somewhere else!’

The room burst into laughter.

“Ha!

The dealer has actually paid him to leave!”

The message left everyone with a completely different impression of Ethan’s supposed fortune-telling abilities.

Until today, none of them had imagined that someone could use fortune-telling to predict gambling outcomes with such accuracy.

No wonder Ethan had made so much money in the two years since graduation!

“Ethan, I’ve been watching a few stocks.

Can you tell me whether they’re worth buying?”

“Ethan, when am I finally going to get rich?”

“Ethan, I’m still single!

Can you tell me when I’ll find a girlfriend?”

In an instant, Ethan found himself surrounded by classmates eager to have their fortunes read.

The commotion drew in even more people, each hoping to discover something about their future.

Unfortunately for Adrian Cross, the gathering around Ethan only grew larger, leaving him sitting almost alone with Frank Doyle.

“When did Ethan learn to tell fortunes?” Frank muttered, looking utterly bewildered.

“It’s nothing more than a cheap parlor trick,” Adrian replied coolly.

He appeared perfectly composed, but beneath that calm exterior, his displeasure was reaching its limit.

“Exactly!

Fortune-telling is nothing but superstition.

What century are we living in?

Who still believes in this nonsense?” Frank quickly echoed.

Their dismissive remarks made little difference.

The classmates remained thoroughly entertained, eager to see what Ethan would predict next.

Ethan glanced around the room and began answering their questions one by one.

“Brian, those stocks you mentioned are fine, but you also own shares in Horizon Steel, don’t you?

Sell them immediately!”

He turned to another classmate.

“Peter, forget about finding a girlfriend for the moment.

Go downstairs and have your car’s braking system checked.

Do it right away.”

Then he moved on to the next person, offering one prediction after another.

Every time Ethan spoke, the classmate in question immediately reached for their phone to verify the information or hurried downstairs to check something.

Before long, their expressions changed from curiosity to disbelief.

Horizon Steel really was facing serious internal problems.

Several senior executives had already left the company, taking important projects with them.

The situation had deteriorated so badly that the news was on the verge of becoming public.

And Peter’s car?

Its braking system really did have a fault.

It wasn’t yet severe, but if the problem worsened while he was driving, the consequences could be terrifying.

Those weren’t isolated cases, either.

One classmate after another discovered that Ethan’s warnings had genuine grounds.

Every prediction he made seemed to uncover a problem they hadn’t even known existed.

“Ethan…

You’re unbelievable!”

The teasing expressions on their faces had vanished.

In their place was genuine shock, accompanied by a new sense of respect.

“You’re exaggerating,” Ethan replied with a faint smile.

“I’m just making a living.”

He certainly wasn’t about to explain that his abilities came from JARVIS’s extraordinary computing power and analytical capabilities.

With an AI capable of gathering and processing information on such a massive scale, the world held very few secrets Ethan couldn’t uncover if he truly wanted to find them.

“Ethan.”

A pleasant voice interrupted his thoughts.

Claire Bennett had risen from her seat and was now standing in front of him, her beautiful eyes studying him with curiosity.

The classmates immediately stepped aside to make room.

Several glanced at Ethan, then looked toward Adrian, their expressions carrying a barely concealed hint of schadenfreude.

Adrian’s face had grown noticeably paler.

His eyes were filled with barely restrained hostility.

Claire, however, paid him no attention.

“Could you read my fortune, too?” she asked with a smile, extending her delicate right hand.

It had to be said that Claire possessed the sort of beauty that seemed flawless in every detail.

Even her slender fingers were exceptionally elegant.

“Of course,” Ethan replied, nodding calmly.

Unlike his classmates, who had become nervous or excited under his attention, Ethan remained completely composed.

Instead of immediately examining her palm, he looked directly at her.

“Claire, is the Bennett Group currently working with the Whitmore family of Grayhaven on a real estate development project?”

Claire’s eyes widened slightly, and her lips parted in surprise.

“Yes.

That’s right.”

“Then I suggest you call your father immediately and tell him to terminate the partnership with the Whitmore family.”

Ethan’s expression remained serious.

“And make sure he examines the contract carefully.

It contains several hidden legal loopholes that could cause the Bennett Group enormous losses if the project proceeds.”
