Lancelot had not actually just barged through the front door of Tony’s house.
He had actually been inside the villa for quite some time, simply remaining in his Spiritform the entire time.
For the past few days, he had been stationed in Los Angeles.
Normally, he would occasionally come outside Tony’s villa to check whether there was any danger.
If everything was safe, he would head out onto the streets of Los Angeles to feast his eyes on the beautiful women walking around the city.
But now was a critical moment, so Lancelot had remained inside Tony’s villa the entire time.
He had watched Obadiah enter the villa, watched him incapacitate Tony, watched him remove the Arc Reactor from Tony’s chest and throw him into the bathtub before turning on the faucet to drown him, making it look as though Tony had committed suicide.
Lancelot did not stop Obadiah, allowing him to carry out his entire plan.
Only at the critical moment did he finally rescue Tony.
All of this was a path Tony was destined to walk.
After being rescued and waiting for more than ten minutes, Tony’s ability to move gradually returned.
Rising from the floor, he looked at Lancelot with an expression of genuine sincerity.

He intended to put on his armor.
Watching Tony slowly walk toward the workbench as a series of robotic arms emerged and attached each component to his body, Lancelot was amazed as well.
He had not expected Tony to actually succeed in bringing the design from those blueprints into reality, even if there were a few minor differences.
“Mr.
Stark, you actually succeeded in making it?”
“Yes, I succeeded, but it’s not complete yet.
I’ve only simulated it as much as I possibly can.”
“Don’t worry.
I won’t disappoint you.
Sooner or later, I’ll research every piece of technology in those blueprints, then use what I learn to beat the hell out of you!”
Although his words sounded provocative, there was no anger in Tony’s voice this time.
He was simply joking.

The reactor in his chest had been removed, so even if he put on his armor now, he had no power source.
Therefore, he needed another source of energy.

The moment he saw Tony already wearing his armor, he cried out in shock.
As Tony’s close friend, he had the same access privileges to Tony’s villa as Obadiah, allowing him to enter the villa with ease.
Earlier, Tony had repeatedly failed to answer his phone while he was in the bathtub, which had made Pepper worried.
Pepper had therefore called Rhodes and asked him to check on Tony.

Since they had never met before, Rhodes was somewhat puzzled during their first encounter.
“Hi, I’m Rhodes, Tony’s friend.
Who are you?”
“Nice to meet you.
I came to assist Mr.

Strange name.”
“Mr.

Right in front of him, Lancelot raised his right hand.
Beside his right hand, a heavy-engine Harley motorcycle suddenly appeared out of thin air.
Lancelot climbed onto the motorcycle and slowly put on his helmet until his entire body was covered in his full armor.
Both hands gripping the handlebars, bright blue engraved lines suddenly lit up across the body of the Harley.
Accompanied by the thunderous roar of its engine, the motorcycle instantly transformed into a streak of blue light and sped away at tremendous speed.
“Oh my God, that’s seriously cool!
Tony is like that, and this guy is like that too.
They’re both way too cool!”
Rhodes had first watched Tony transform into a streak of red light in his armor before disappearing, then watched Lancelot transform into a streak of blue light in his armor before speeding away.
His heart was now completely filled with envy.
Standing in front of the gate for a moment, an idea suddenly flashed through Rhodes’s mind.
He ran back into Tony’s underground laboratory and began looking around for something.
After failing to find what he was looking for, he even began rummaging through everything and searching everywhere.
“Mr.
Rhodes, is there anything I can help you with?”
As the house’s AI butler, Jarvis had been watching Rhodes’s movements and could not help but ask.

So you’re here after all.”
