Сhаpter 8: I’m Unсоmfоrtаblе, Help Ме
Noticing Сhi Heng’s stiffnеss, Shеng Shurаn tiltеd hеr hеad аnd lооked dоwn at him, оnly to disсоver whаt she hаd inаdvеrtentlу еxроsеd…
Shе gаsреd sharрly, fоrgеtting she was perсhed оn the еdgе оf thе balcоny, and strugglеd tо рrеss down thе hem оf her clоthеs bеtwееn her lеgs.
“Don’t move!” Сhi Неng tightеnеd his grip around hеr wаist, nеarlу losing his bаlancе.
“Yоu… lеt mе down, quicklу.” Shеng Shuran’s voiсe was а sоft murmur, tingеd with shаme.
Likе thе sound of a kitten, it crept intо Chi Неng’s еаrs, sеnding a tingling, itсhy sensatiоn through him.
“Lеan сlosеr.” Chi Heng guided Sheng Shuran toward him, then released his hold on her waist, lifted her up, and carried her inside.
Sheng Shuran wrapped her arms around his neck, her legs encircling his waist, clinging to him like a human pendant.
From her neck to her ears and cheeks, a flush of red gradually spread across her skin.
Just then, the sound of a key turning in the lock echoed from the dormitory door.
Someone was about to enter!
While Sheng Shuran was still in a panic, Chi Heng had already pulled her down onto his wooden bed, yanked the bed curtain shut, and sealed them inside completely.
The dormitory door swung open, and in walked the tall Zheng Hao and the short Xu Junjie.
The two, who had been laughing and joking moments before, froze when they saw the bed curtain drawn over Chi Heng’s perpetually unmoving bed. Their scalps tingled in unison, and they held their breath.
Behind the curtain, however, the scene was anything but still.
Sheng Shuran, having been lifted and tossed onto the bed, found her hem riding up again. She desperately tried to tug it back down.
Chi Heng pinned her beneath him, her smooth legs pressed against the thin fabric of his pants. The friction from her squirming was like sliding the valve of a lighter.
With a “click,” a fire ignited, spreading instantly throughout his body.
He reached out to cover Sheng Shuran’s mouth, afraid she might make an untoward sound, and leaned close to whisper in her ear:
“Don’t move. I’m uncomfortable.”
With her mouth covered, only Sheng Shuran’s almond-shaped eyes were visible, wide like a startled deer as she stared at Chi Heng.
The blush that had risen when Chi Heng carried her inside hadn’t yet faded, and now it burned even brighter, a crimson flush tinged with desire.
How stirring that red was…
How…
Familiar…
He stared blankly at the person beneath him, his hand unconsciously loosening its grip and sliding down from her chin. His thumb brushed over her lips, unable to resist pressing against the soft, rosy flesh.
Moving lower, his fingertip pressed against her pointed chin, applying enough force to part her red lips slightly, revealing the tempting, honeyed depths within.
Sheng Shuran gazed at the young man before her, watching as his expression grew increasingly complex. His peach-blossom eyes couldn’t contain the turbulent emotions swirling within them, and the flames blazing in his gaze were fierce and fervent…
As if they could scorch her, she instinctively pushed him away, but this seemed to anger him. He pressed even closer, their noses almost touching.
His clean, refreshing scent and the warmth of his body triggered that strange dream in Sheng Shuran’s mind.
How could it feel so real?! How?!
“Chi… Chi… Chi…”
From outside the curtain came Zheng Hao’s trembling, tentative voice.
Chi Heng was pulled back from the throes of desire and, before the word “Heng” could escape, he cut in sharply:
“Zhou Hao, why are you back? Don’t you have class?”
Zheng Hao and Xu Junjie exchanged puzzled glances. There was no one named Zhou in their dorm. As they were wondering how to respond, another voice came from behind the curtain.
“Forgot your books, right? Grab them and leave quickly. Being late would be… not… good.”The last three words were spoken with a bit of emphasis.
Zheng Hao was still too frightened to react when Xu Junjie pulled him, signaling him to look toward the bedside, where a white long dress had been taken off and left there.
“Yes, yes, yes! We’ll leave right away!! We have classes all day!! We definitely won’t come back!!” Zheng Hao and Xu Junjie didn’t care who Zhou Hao was—they just needed to get out. Scrambling frantically, they even forgot to close the door.
Inside the bed curtain, Sheng Shuran heard no movement outside and tried to push Chi Hen away to get up, but Chi Hen, who had been lying down, pulled her back, wrapping an arm around her waist.
The two of them were squeezed together on the small bed board. Chi Hen, nearly 1.9 meters tall, already made the space cramped, and now he pressed against her back.
“Shh, I didn’t hear the door close. They probably haven’t left yet,” Chi Hen coaxed her.
“But there’s no sound anymore,” Sheng Shuran said uncertainly, lowering her voice to match his.
“Really? Let’s listen a little longer.”
Chi Hen and Sheng Shuran fell silent, straining their ears to listen. Aside from each other’s increasingly erratic heartbeats and heavier breathing, they couldn’t hear anything else.
“Sister…” Chi Hen suddenly called out to her in his normal volume, but his voice was low and hoarse, lacking its usual cool clarity.
Chi Hen rarely called her “sister.” This single word, accompanied by his warm breath against her ear, was clear and intense, making Sheng Shuran’s ears flush even redder, almost as if they were about to bleed.
Only then did she realize her smooth legs were pressed tightly against Chi Hen’s pants.
“Sister…”
Another call sent a shiver through Sheng Shuran.
“W-what is it?” Sheng Shuran tried to subtly shift her legs forward to create some distance.
But the fabric followed closely, pressing even tighter against her.
“Chi Hen, don’t press against me. Your pants are too rough; they’re digging into me,” Sheng Shuran tried to move forward again but was firmly held in place by the hand around her waist.
“It’s not just that, sister…” Chi Hen’s low voice trembled with suppressed emotion.
“I’m uncomfortable. Help me…”
