It has been decided that each apartment unit in the East Block must be occupied by at least two residents, and because of this, it has also been decided that residents who live alone in their units must move in with other residents who also live alone.

In the case of Building 46, I checked the residents’ data and found that three residents live alone in their apartment units, namely Louis Posh, Julian Bruce, and Luca Weisman.

Within a week, the three residents must move in together so that the two apartment units can be used by other residents.

Regards,

Building 46 Manager, Marie Lionel.]]

“What kind of bullshit is this?” Luca gritted his teeth angrily after reading the writing on the paper that was previously in Finn’s pocket.

“That’s why I refused to leave right away even if you didn’t want to see me here,” Finn responded to his angry question.

“I knew the announcement was important to you, and I also knew you hadn’t gone downstairs to read the announcement posted at the entrance of the building.”

Luca finally managed to tear his gaze away from the paper in his hand and look at the blonde.

“So, this announcement was posted at the entrance, and you happened to see it when you got here?

Why didn’t the manager tell me anything about something this important?” He asked, sounding even more annoyed.

He was in a different state than Finn’s usual easygoing self, and the blonde even shrugged nonchalantly before replying, “If you want to know the answer to your question, then you should go down and knock on the manager’s door.

Luca didn’t want to go down because it wasn’t Friday, and he didn’t want to see anyone either.

However, his name was on the announcement, and he had no choice but to go see the female manager.

He had made up his mind, and he closed the door behind him silently, wanting to meet the female manager immediately so that he could fight for his right to live peacefully in Building 46.

However, before he could leave his residence, he heard someone speak.

“Can I come with you to meet the manager?”

Luca turned to the person who had just asked him, and it turned out to be the delivery man from the Food Supply Department who had asked him the unexpected question.

“Why would you come with me?

It’s none of your business,” Luca firmly rejected the request.

“It’s none of my business, but I’m the one who delivered the news to you, right?

So, I want to know how this drama will end,” Finn grinned happily at him, and Luca felt like he was wasting his time talking to a weirdo.

“It’s not a drama at all, and this is about my personal life!

You should just go and mind your own business!” Luca glared at the blonde one last time, but he didn’t want to waste any more time, choosing to quickly leave the man in front of his door.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t easy to get rid of the weirdo because the weirdo stubbornly followed him like a stalker.

Even when he glared at the blonde weirdo walking behind him, the blonde didn’t stop following him, and he pulled at his black hair in frustration before deciding to give up.

He finally arrived at the ground floor, and he stood in front of the manager’s door.

The first thing he did was take a deep breath to calm his enraged heart, and then he raised his hand to press the doorbell next to the door.

He could feel how the annoying delivery man was standing slightly behind him, but he ignored it and chose to see the man as his shadow.

She even looked back and forth between him and the annoying delivery man before focusing her gaze on him again.

“Are you two going to bicker in front of my door again?

Are you two really an old married couple?” She asked innocently.

The question only added to Luca’s annoyance today, but he tried hard to swallow his anger and said to the woman, “I’m here to talk about the new housing regulations that the Department of Home Affairs has just decided on.”

Luca didn’t beat around the bush, and the manager, Marie Lionel, blinked innocently at him before replying, “It’s good that you read the announcement.

I was just about to go to your unit to let you know, just remember that you won’t bother going to the ground floor unless it’s Friday.

So, you’ve prepared yourself to start living with the other two residents, right?”

“Why should I move out of my own house?

It was given to my family when they were still alive, and even if I’m the only one living there now, the property is still mine.

I’m not moving out!” Luca firmly voiced his rejection.

Unfortunately, his opponent didn’t seem to be intimidated by him, and the woman calmly replied, “The property isn’t yours at all, Weisman.

Your parents didn’t spend a single penny on the place you’re currently living in.

It belongs to the East Block, and when the East Block wants to take it from you, you have to let it go.”

“…” Luca couldn’t argue anymore after hearing the woman’s reasoning, and that was probably because the woman was simply stating the facts.

He and his parents could live in the building without paying a dime, and it wasn’t his at all.

He suddenly became less confident than before when he asked, “So, do I have to move out if I don’t want to live with the other two residents?”
