The double entendre left Xia Wanzhi flustered and uneasy.

Two neat rows of people stood behind the car, dressed in black suits with stern expressions.

Her heart pounded. What exactly did this man do? He didn’t seem like an ordinary person—either extremely wealthy or utterly insane. How dare he kill someone right on the street…

Lu Zhuojin spoke to a man beside him: “Handle the rest.”

The man bowed and opened the car door: “Yes, Mr. Lu.”

Lu Zhuojin got in and crooked a finger at Xia Wanzhi.

Xia Wanzhi’s steps were weak and slow as she reluctantly climbed into the car.

Like a little lamb willingly walking into the tiger’s mouth as a sacrifice.

The car drove off, heading to a place Xia Wanzhi didn’t know, making her anxious and tense.

The car window was half-open. Lu Zhuojin lit a cigarette, took a deep drag, and handed it to Xia Wanzhi. His voice was low, like a pleasant cello, but his words were: “After killing someone, having a smoke feels great. Want to try?”

Xia Wanzhi trembled in fear. Did this mean he killed people often?

Her mouth opened slightly, and before she knew it, the cigarette was placed between her lips—damp and choking.

Lu Zhuojin held the cigarette between his fingers: “Take a drag.”

Xia Wanzhi’s gaze fixed on the cigarette with its glowing red ember, held between his distinct knuckles. She took a drag and immediately choked: “Cough… cough, cough…”

Tears welled up in her eyes.

Lu Zhuojin chuckled softly, withdrew his hand, and took a drag from the same cigarette. He sighed leisurely in a low voice: “So obedient…”

He smoked slowly, saying nothing, and looked out the window.

Only the low hum of the engine filled the car.

Outside, the scenery streamed past in swift, fluid lines.

Xia Wanzhi grew increasingly tense, her breathing nervous, her nostrils filled with Lu Zhuojin’s scent.

Even though Lu Zhuojin remained silent, the oppressive aura around him made it hard to breathe. A sense of danger lingered about him, carrying a dark, stifling presence.

Lu Zhuojin took another drag of his cigarette, turned to look at Xia Wanzhi, his gaze sweeping over her twice. He finished the cigarette, closed his eyes, and leaned back against the seat.

Only then did Xia Wanzhi dare to study him.

He wore a high-end black shirt of exceptional quality, revealing forearms with firm, well-defined muscles and visible veins. His fingers were slender with distinct knuckles.

His features were handsome yet wild and untamed, with high cheekbones and sharp, three-dimensional contours. His Adam’s apple… was prominent… His lips were thin and relaxed, the corners of his mouth carrying a mocking chill. His eyes…

Xia Wanzhi’s breath hitched as she met Lu Zhuojin’s suddenly opened eyes.

Sharp and profound, like a bottomless pool or a whirlwind ready to surge at any moment, sweeping people in without restraint.

Xia Wanzhi’s eyes darted around like a frightened deer, filled with the embarrassment of being caught.

Lu Zhuojin suddenly smiled, the deep-pool-like gaze rippling slightly. He stretched his limbs and closed his eyes: “Go ahead and look. It’ll be awkward if you feel too unfamiliar later…”

Xia Wanzhi bit her lip, thinking about what would happen next, and grew even more flustered.

Still, wasn’t this better than being with those three lecherous men?

But this man… seemed very strong… Would he be particularly rough? She’d heard the first time was always painful…

Lu Zhuojin opened his eyes again, looked at Xia Wanzhi, and smiled at her anxious expression. She was quite amusing.

Her face was pure and lovely, her skin fair, her neck so slender it seemed as if it could be snapped with a bite. Her skin looked white and soft—he wondered how it would feel to touch.

Lu Zhuojin gently rubbed his fingers together, feeling a growing impatience.

His gaze roamed over Xia Wanzhi without restraint, filled with predatory intent and deep desire.

It made Xia Wanzhi press back tightly against the chair, frozen and afraid to move. She knew what that look meant.

Like a wild beast sizing up its prey, his mind must have been circling around where to bite and tear.

And she was the captured prey, dragged back to the beast’s den.

Now there was no retreat, no escape. She was terrified and uneasy.

The car finally stopped.

It halted at the entrance of a villa.

Lu Zhuojin said softly, “We’re here.”

Xia Wanzhi’s body trembled along with his words. We’re here… what… Her mind roared, her face flushed from pale to pink, her palms grew damp, her breathing quickened… she even felt a slight sense of weightlessness. She had no idea how the night would unfold…

Fear mingled with… a strange, secretive feeling…

Lu Zhuojin pushed open the villa’s carved rosewood door. A crystal chandelier spiraled down from the high ceiling, past the winding marble staircase.

The decor was cold and hard, serene and dignified, yet devoid of any emotion.

Any painting here could cost millions to tens of millions.

The floor was black marble tiles adorned with golden threads, casting faint, indistinct reflections of the figures on the ground—luxurious yet unclear.

The crystal chandelier lit up, shining directly on Xia Wanzhi. Her face grew even paler, her lips returning to a bloodless hue. The black suit jacket draped over her torn cream-colored dress.

The door closed with a “thud,” shutting the outside world away.

Inside, it felt like a sanctuary where beasts could run wild.

Only she and him remained.

Xia Wanzhi stood awkwardly by the door, flustered and wanting to flee. She pressed against it like a delicate ink-wash painting of a beauty—ethereal, pale, and faintly outlined.

So obedient it made one want to… torment her mercilessly.

Lu Zhuojin’s breath brushed past her ear as he coldly uttered two words: “Take it off.”

Xia Wanzhi shuddered, shame washing over her. Tears welled in her eyes, her breath hitched. Her pale fingers clutched the black suit jacket tightly. Take it off here? Could he possibly mean to… here?

The front hall was vast, the crystal chandelier shining brightly upon her, making Xia Wanzhi feel utterly exposed, as if even her pores were laid bare under the all-encompassing light.

Mustering her courage, she whispered, trembling, “Not here.”

Lu Zhuojin’s metallic voice pressed again, carrying an overwhelming sense of danger: “Take it off.”

Xia Wanzhi gripped the suit jacket tightly, her palms dampening the edges of the black fabric, the cream-white clashing with the deep black.

Lu Zhuojin’s hand rested on hers, his large, knuckled fingers rubbing against hers, the heat making Xia Wanzhi’s fingers burn. Slowly, she loosened her grip.

With his other hand, Lu Zhuojin gave a gentle tug, and the black suit jacket fell to the floor. Xia Wanzhi stood exposed under the crystal chandelier, her torn dress barely covering her. Her shoulders were snow-white, her figure half-concealed, half-revealed.

Black hair cascaded over her creamy skin, like milk being stirred, swaying gently. It made one want to place fingers on those snow-white shoulders and caress the smooth skin.

The torn collar revealed half of her gleaming white collarbone, enticingly beautiful. What would it feel like to bite it with teeth?

The sense of fragility was just right, tempting one to ravage.

He whispered softly into Xia Wanzhi’s ear, coaxing her: “Baby, so good, keep going…”

Warm breath tinged with an electric current blew into her ear.

The praise made Xia Wanzhi blush crimson, as if she had truly undressed herself.

Lu Zhuojin turned and sat on the black sofa, languid and unrestrained. He lifted his gaze to Xia Wanzhi, leisurely lighting a cigarette with an air of ease and comfort, like a large cat before a meal. His voice was magnetic and husky: “Baby, keep taking it off.”

Yet his eyes swept over her inch by inch, like a beast savoring the panic of a small creature trembling with fear yet unable to escape.

Xia Wanzhi clutched the tattered fabric at her chest, retreating until her back pressed against the door. Her voice was soft and pleading: “Don’t…”

A slow wave of shame washed over her.

Lu Zhuojin took a deep drag from his cigarette, the crimson tip glowing. His tone carried a sense of pressure as he slowly uttered: “Take it off.”
