The movement was too fast to follow clearly, but something about him felt familiar.

“That red figure…

isn’t that Yuu-kun?” “What?” Aizawa and the students looked at her in disbelief.

They turned toward the battlefield, but the red figure flashed like lightning, too fast for anyone to see his face.

“You must be seeing things.” “There’s no way.” “Ochaco-chan, are you sure?” Boom.

Another explosion shook the USJ.

Yuto and All Might slammed Nomu into the ground together, and a huge plume of dust rose from the impact.

When the dust rolled away, a crater dozens of meters wide had been carved into the floor.

Smoke and sand blanketed the USJ.

After this fight, not a single zone in the facility looked intact.

Yuto and All Might had destroyed nearly everything.

When the exchange finally slowed, Yuto was breathing hard.

Even with Tremor Drive – Gear Second active, he could feel the difference between himself and All Might.

All Might was still stronger.

Even so, Yuto was strong enough to stand beside him for this moment.

Blood marked the corner of All Might’s mouth.

“Is it over?” he asked.

“Young Kanzaki, fighting beside you was truly reassuring.” Yuto’s body was starting to feel the cost of the skill.

“Not bad,” he said.

All Might’s expression grew serious.

He bowed slightly.

“Thank you, Young Kanzaki.

My body is no longer what it used to be.

I truly can’t keep pushing it recklessly.” His voice lowered.

“Without you, this battle might have been my last.

It might have been the fight that ended my career.

You saved my life and my career as a Pro Hero.” Yuto looked at him for a moment.

“All Might, if you want to thank me, buy me a meal sometime.

You don’t need to be that serious.” All Might blinked.

Yuto looked toward the crater.

“Do you know what a hero is?

A hero is someone who can break through despair whenever it appears.

So you are still far from retirement.

Miracles do happen.” Warmth spread through All Might’s chest.

“Is that so?

You really are an interesting person.” He understood better now why Yuto drew people in.

During the entire fight, Yuto had been giving directions.

All Might was stronger than him, yet without realizing it, even he had trusted the boy’s judgment and followed his timing.

The smoke finally began to clear.

Two figures appeared before the students: All Might and the red figure.

Aizawa and Class 1-A stared.

As Yuto’s features became visible, their jaws nearly dropped.

It really was him.

Todoroki, who had stayed silent through most of the fight, finally lost his calm.

“What’s going on?

Kanzaki is that strong?” Bakugo’s face twisted.

“Damn it.

Damn it!

When did he get that strong?” Mineta pointed with trembling hands.

“Someone slap me and tell me this is not real!” Aoyama slapped him.

“Does that feel real?” Mineta’s face swelled red as tears filled his eyes.

“It’s real!

Damn it!

Why is Yuto so strong?

Why is he so cool?

I’m jealous!” Aizawa’s expression became complicated.

Earthquakes.

Tidal waves.

Fighting Nomu beside All Might.

Nomu was the monster that had crushed him before he could react.

No matter how much time passed, the students could not fully process what they had seen.

Shigaraki, however, looked ready to burst with hatred.

Yuto had ruined his perfect plan.

Nomu, their strongest weapon, had been defeated.

Everything had been decided.

All Might had been one step from death.

If Yuto had not appeared…

Hatred flooded Shigaraki’s face.

He clawed at his neck, voice grinding between his teeth.

“Why is it always Yuto?

Right now, I only want to kill him.

All Might?

I don’t even care anymore.” Nomu was down.

Staying any longer would bring no advantage.

Kurogiri said, “Tomura Shigaraki, you need to calm down.” Shigaraki’s gaze cooled, which somehow made it worse.

“You’re really something, Yuto.

We’ll meet again.

Next time, I’ll kill you and All Might together.

Kurogiri, we’re leaving.” Kurogiri looked at Yuto in disbelief for half a beat before answering.

“Understood.” His body spread into a warp gate, and Shigaraki stepped into the mist.

It was over.

Mineta and the others exhaled like they had escaped death.

Yuto did not relax.

His body was exhausted, but Tremor Drive – Gear Second had not ended yet.

Seven seconds remained.

His gaze went cold as he looked at Shigaraki.

Seven seconds?

Enough.
