The Central Beastman Academy was vast and boundless, its scale comparable to a colossal city. Gu Weilan entered the grounds by scanning her digital admission notice, and a robot guide then escorted her to the freshman reception point.
A male Beastman received Gu Weilan’s digital information and couldn’t help but ask curiously, "I thought the Mole Clan would come to report at night! Is the female Gu Weilan really okay without a UV protective suit?"

An elderly silver-haired man, accompanied by two pets and wearing a polite smile, was waiting at the door of her new home!
"Greetings to the esteemed female Gu Weilan. I am the butler of your matches."
Gu Weilan raised an eyebrow. "Another one coming alone!" she thought. She immediately went to open the door, thinking, "He must be here to cancel the match and give me money!"
Seeing Gu Weilan, the silver-haired old man quickly placed his right hand over his chest and bowed slightly. "Greetings to the esteemed female Gu Weilan. My name is Zhan Ci, and I am the butler for Zhan Heng and Xie Jing, who are matched with you."
Gu Weilan hastily reached out, inviting Zhan Ci inside to take a seat. However, her eyes were already drawn to the two unknown little creatures on the floor.
They were two little furballs, not even knee-high. One was ink-black, and the other was crimson. Their bodies were covered in scales, with short fuzz growing in the gaps between them. Their little paws were fluffy, much like those of a Chow Chow puppy.
When they tilted their heads up to look at Gu Weilan, their cuteness nearly made her scream and spin in circles! Beneath the two dragon horns on their heads were short snouts and round faces. Fine fuzz clung to the tips of their noses. They pursed their pink little lips in an adorably ferocious manner, their cheek scales puffing up to maximize the cute contrast.
Gu Weilan’s hand trembled as she pointed at the two little ones. "They’re Qilins, right? Qilins? Can I hug them?"
"Uh... well, no!" Zhan Ci forced an awkward smile. "The female Gu Weilan, it’s like this: I came today because I have something to discuss with you," he added, maintaining his smile.
Gu Weilan watched affectionately as Zhan Ci lifted the two Little Qilins onto the sofa. She replied absentmindedly, "Oh. You’re also here to help your employers cancel their matches, right?"
Also? Zhan Ci was slightly taken aback. It seemed other males had beaten him to the punch in canceling their matches!
Zhan Ci quickly displayed an amiable smile. "The truth is, my Family Head’s condition is not good. They don’t want to hold the female Gu Weilan back, so they specifically sent me to cancel the matches on their behalf."
Right now, Gu Weilan’s eyes were completely glued to the red Little Qilin. It sat bolt upright, its head held slightly high, its large, silvery-white eyes half-open. It looked as though it could straighten a non-existent suit on its chest at any moment!
Meanwhile, the black Qilin lounged lazily, resting its head on its arm. Only after being stared at for a long while did it lift its eyelids and raise an eyebrow slightly to look at Gu Weilan.
Its red beastly pupils looked rather fierce, but alas, the Little Qilin was just too small! Gu Weilan felt as if her heart was melting from the sheer cuteness of this legendary juvenile divine beast.
"Okay, okay! I’ll apply to cancel the match right now!" Gu Weilan said, reaching out to turn on her Light Brain.
At that moment, the black Qilin stretched out its little paw and patted Zhan Ci’s leg.
Zhan Ci immediately changed his tune. "You could also just apply to cancel one first!"
Gu Weilan couldn’t help but laugh. "Hey! You guys are quite interesting. Cancel one match to test the waters, and if it’s good, come back for the other?"
Zhan Ci offered an awkward yet polite smile. "Not exactly. It’s just that my master, Zhan Heng, has temporarily changed his mind."
Gu Weilan watched as the red Qilin widened its silver eyes in slight surprise at the black Qilin, before turning its head away with disdainful arrogance to look elsewhere.
She really adored these two little creatures!

But as soon as Gu Weilan finished speaking, a dead silence fell over the room.
Zhan Ci looked at Gu Weilan in astonishment. The black Qilin sat up, staring at her with a slight frown, while the red Qilin suddenly transformed into the majestic, awe-inspiring form of an adult Qilin, glaring at her furiously.
