Tsunade lifted the second page.
"He also wants information about your childhood."

"Yamanaka and Akimichi witnessed every relevant event. They can answer any additional questions about the mission. I'll go collect my pay at the administration floor."

Kaito walked toward the door.
"Good work on your first mission under my command."

Ino stayed pointing at him with one finger.
"He just abandoned us."
Tsunade took a clean sheet and pulled the inkwell closer.
"Yamanaka. Akimichi."
Both of them straightened.
"Since your sensei considers that you can answer every relevant question..." Tsunade set the pen on the paper. "We're going to start from the beginning."
Ino went pale.

"From when you left Konoha."
Tsunade wrote the date at the top of the sheet.

Ino turned slowly toward the door Kaito had escaped through.

Almost an hour later, after relaxing, he came out with a towel wrapped around his waist. He walked toward the bed but then felt a soft knock at the door.
He stood with the smile of someone who already knows something is about to happen and opened it.
