Golden light flashed, and Minato appeared at the entrance of Konoha Hospital with Yuto and Rin, who was still maintaining her medical ninjutsu.

Not long ago, Minato had deliberately placed a Flying Raijin formula at Konoha Hospital.

Most likely, Kushina had scared him that badly.

She had once left him with a massive wound, an injury even more severe than Yuto’s current one.

Minato had almost died at his girlfriend’s hands, so he had left a Flying Raijin formula at Konoha Hospital.

He rushed through the entrance with Yuto, while Rin’s face was flushed red.

After maintaining medical ninjutsu for so long, her chakra was nearly exhausted.

She shouted to everyone inside the hospital,

“Someone help!

The patient is fading fast, and I can’t hold on much longer!”

To raise money for the orphanage, Nono Yakushi came to Konoha Hospital for work almost every day.

When Rin and Minato carried Yuto into the hospital, Nono happened to be busy in the first-floor lobby.

The moment she clearly saw that the injured patient was Yuto, her pupils contracted sharply.

He had gotten hurt again, and this time it was this serious.

Everything she had said to him before had been wasted.

That boy was still risking his life like this.

She quickly walked to Yuto’s side and took over with her own medical ninjutsu just as Rin was about to collapse.

“Minato, help me.

Carry Yuto to the operating room.”

Minato nodded at once and rushed into the operating room with Yuto in his arms.

In the hospital lobby, Rin finally breathed a sigh of relief.

With her chakra nearly drained, she almost sank straight to the floor.

“I hope Mr.

Yuto will be all right…”

When Yuto woke up again, he painfully closed his eyes.

Above him was a familiar ceiling.

He had seen this type of ceiling many times, and every time had been after getting injured.

In other words, someone had saved him.

Damn it.

Which bastard had stuck their nose into this?

He had already worked so hard, yet he still had not managed to collect the compensation money.

Combined with the sharp pain coming from his wounds, Yuto felt utterly hopeless.

It hurt.

It hurt so much.

How was he supposed to get back to his old world?

Without realizing it, a strange chakra flowed from deep behind his eyes, pouring through his optic nerves and into his eyes.

If Yuto had a mirror in front of him, he would have seen that his eyes had already turned into the Sharingan.

And not just one-tomoe Sharingan.

Two-tomoe Sharingan.

“Damn it…”

Yuto could not help cursing in a hoarse voice.

The sound woke Tsukimi beside him.

Ever since returning to the village, Tsukimi had stayed at Yuto’s side the entire time.

Even when Nono offered to bandage her wounds, the girl refused to leave.

At that moment, Tsukimi’s left arm and lower leg were wrapped in bandages, and her head was resting on her arm.

When she heard Yuto’s voice, she blinked in confusion at first.

Then she said in delight,

“Yuto, you’re awake!”

After the relief came fear.

Tears immediately welled in Tsukimi’s large eyes.

She sobbed and said,

“Idiot.

I thought I would never see you again!”

Yuto calmed himself with some effort and forced a smile onto his face.

He struggled to raise his bandaged hand, wanting to wipe the tears from Tsukimi’s face, but the movement pulled at his wound and made him suck in a sharp breath.

Seeing that, Tsukimi quickly pressed his arm back down.

More tears spilled from her eyes as she said, heart aching,

“Lie still, idiot.”

Yuto said hoarsely,

“Why are you crying?

I’m still alive, aren’t I?”

Tsukimi refused to let it go.

“If you dare do that again, I’ll burn all your novel drafts with Fire Release!”

Yuto’s pupils shrank, and his wounds suddenly hurt even more.

When had this girl found out?

He had clearly hidden all his drafts.

How had she discovered them?

Yuto wanted to die all over again.

Someone had found out he was writing that kind of thing.

This was public humiliation.

Good thing he had not died.

Otherwise, his reputation in the shinobi world would have been ruined forever.

After returning to Konoha, Tsukimi had gone to Yuto’s house under Nono’s instructions to bring him some clean clothes.

By accident, she discovered Yuto’s drafts.

Out of curiosity, she glanced through them and only then realized Yuto had secretly been writing such strange material.

At first, she had wanted to burn them on the spot.

But she was afraid Yuto would be upset, so she endured her embarrassment and preserved them for him.

Those drafts were still safely tucked inside the drawer of Yuto’s desk.

After the shock passed, Yuto suddenly thought of a question.

His injuries had been that severe, so which expert had saved him?

He turned to Tsukimi and asked,

“Tsukimi…”

Before he could finish, Tsukimi interrupted him, looking a little unhappy.

“Idiot.

Why are you being so polite?

Just call me by my name.”

Tsukimi turned her head slightly, avoiding Yuto’s eyes.

“For example…

you could call me Tsukimi-chan…”

“Okay, Tsukimi.”

Tsukimi puffed up her cheeks and glared at him.

This clueless guy.

How obvious did she have to be before he understood?

“Tsukimi, who treated me?

At the time, I really felt like I was about to die.”

Tsukimi had just been about to answer when the door to the hospital room opened from outside, and a familiar person appeared.

“Yuto, seeing you awake puts my mind at ease.”

The person who came in was Nono Yakushi.

She carried an insulated lunch box in her hand, specifically to bring food to Tsukimi.

After all, Tsukimi was also her patient now.

On top of that, Tsukimi had stubbornly stayed at Yuto’s side the entire time and refused to leave.

Nono was afraid she would starve herself, so she brought food every mealtime.

Yuto should have thought of it sooner.

Nono was probably the one who had saved him.

In his previous life, he had once heard people say that Nono Yakushi’s medical ninjutsu was second only to Tsunade’s.

If not for the orphanage’s lack of funds, she would probably have become wealthy long ago.

Even now, she was still living a poor and simple life.

However, Yuto believed that poor life must have started only after she became an adult.

Otherwise, there was no way her figure would be this overwhelming.

Nono pulled the small bedside table closer and placed the lunch box on it.

“I didn’t expect you to wake up this soon.

I thought you wouldn’t wake up until tomorrow.”

“I only brought enough food for one person, so the two of you can make do with this for now.”

“After I get off work later, I’ll go out and buy you both something else to eat.”

When Tsukimi heard that, she quickly waved her hands.

Nono had saved Yuto’s life, which already meant they owed her a huge favor.

How could Tsukimi let Nono go buy food for them too?

“Dr.

Nono, please don’t trouble yourself.

I’m not hungry right now.

Let Yuto eat this.”

Afraid Nono would insist on buying more, Tsukimi quickly opened the lunch box, picked up the chopsticks, and began feeding Yuto.

What else could Yuto do?

He obediently opened his mouth and started eating.

Right now, his whole body was wrapped in bandages.

Even the slightest movement brought unbearable pain.

After chewing twice, Yuto immediately frowned.

“Big Sis Nono, don’t buy food from that place again.

This tastes awful.”

“If I could sit up right now, I would definitely spit it out.”

At those words, Nono’s forehead practically pulsed with anger.

“I am so sorry my cooking is not to your taste, Lord Yuto.”
