As soon as Sarutobi Hiruzen finished speaking, Koharu Utatane immediately responded with anger.
The Medical Department was under her management. Although Tsunade had taken away most of her authority, that was Tsunade—the granddaughter of two Hokage. But the Uchiha? She would never allow Uchiha members into the Medical Department.
"This... Did Madam Mito really say this?"
Unlike Koharu Utatane’s intense reaction, Homura Mitokado seemed more surprised and taken aback.
"It was indeed Madam Mito herself who came to speak with me. She said it was Tsunade’s suggestion."

Sarutobi Hiruzen furrowed his brows. He had a feeling that Tsunade’s plan to have the Uchiha learn Medical Ninjutsu had some other purpose, but he couldn’t quite figure out what his student was thinking.
Just as Koharu Utatane had said, the Uchiha... didn’t seem to have any connection to Medical Ninjutsu.
"Training every medical ninja requires a significant amount of time and resources. Tsunade is simply being reckless, Hiruzen! You must rein in your student."
Upon hearing that this was Tsunade’s suggestion, Koharu Utatane immediately flared up and angrily addressed Sarutobi Hiruzen.
Previously, she had no issue with Tsunade, but that was solely because of Tsunade’s status. Now that Tsunade had done something completely unbecoming of her position, her grievances immediately surfaced.
She didn’t dare to question Uzumaki Mito, but as for Tsunade, she believed that as an elder, she could still speak a few words.
