Jon was now in his castle at the very center of the city, sitting alone in a personal living room, massaging his forehead with a mixture of frustration and exhaustion.

“This is going to be a huge trouble,” I muttered to myself.” Just the first day of ruling, and now I’m facing this?”I sighed deeply, leaning back in a comfortable chair.

“Finally, I understand why Robert hated ruling so much—he just left everything in the kingdoms hand, Jon Arryn…” Tsk, tsk, tsk.Full novel: Ninja System in GOT/SOIAF-fanfic — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

I shook my head, trying to clear my thoughts.”Lucky I have clones.

I’ve been relying on them from the very beginning.

But a kingdom run solely by clones…

That’s hardly a true kingdom at all.” ” I looked out the window, gazing over the city below, Now its not emty but it still lack people, just the South and East district had the capability to house more than a million people so i need more.

If only those wildlings isn’t so stubborn they are a good addition to my people but of course there are some wildlings i will never accept.

And the giants.

I still don’t know what to do with them, there is also the children of the forest And the blood raven, that guy!

Im sure his trying to find ways to infiltrate this place but unlucky for him his crows could never pass the barriers” I walk back to my comfy chair and sink my back on it, thinking about .”Training servants, treasurers, blacksmiths, caretakers, doctors, teachers, traders—and of course, ninjas.” I paused, rubbing my chin thoughtfully.

“And I’ll also have to train warriors — warriors for frontal assaults and ninjas for silent missions.” Glancing up at the ceiling, lost in thought.

Too many things to do, too many responsibilities piling up.

I almost felt like procrastinating today and just start tomorrow.

But,,, No.

!!!!!

I slapped my cheeks three times, determined.

Gotta move now.

All my clones are busy assisting the newly arrived Altherians, so I have to do things myself.

I reached into my jacket and threw a kunai out the window, aiming at the rooftop of a nearby building.

With a flash ,I activated Flying Thunder God Technique.

with a grin, I disappeared in a flash, reappearing on the rooftop with a smooth landing.

“I love this technique…

Damn, it’s so cool,” Jon took a deep breath, feeling the rush of adrenaline.

Flickering from rooftop to rooftop, I arrive at the north district inside the city.

I took a moment to observe the area where the children are being helped to get used to living here.

Their faces are filled with a mixture of hope and uncertainty.

I remember my days in the orphanage.

I was just like them once—lost, searching for a way out.

That was the time I desperately wanted to be someone else, to have a different life—to escape reality.

I watch as a group of kids play, some pretending to be ninjas, their laughter echoing through the streets.

Some of these kids, I’m sure, will want to be ninjas someday.

But for me, I think it’s better if they become warriors—warriors with ninja techniques, blending strength and stealth.

Hmmmmmp, what would I call them then?

Ninja warriors?

Nope.

Elemental warriors?

Nah, that’s lame.

Fuck it.

I’ll think of a name next time.

In the north district, I built a huge cube-shaped metal structure.

This time, unlike in Winterfell, where I hid the entrance, I’ve decided to make it visible to everyone.

No point in hiding it now.

A lot of people will be coming in and out daily, and hiding it would just be a hassle.

Still, I built it with security in mind.

The outside of the structure is made of pure steel—completely closed, with no windows, and only one entrance.

Inside, there is a golden pyramid.

The surface of the pyramid is smooth on all sides except for the front, which has a staircase—exactly 100 steps leading up to the top.

At the summit, I placed a TORII red gate at the top of the pyramid.

In my previous world, Passing under a torii gate marks the transition from the everyday world into a sacred space, most commonly associated with Shinto shrines.

So i borrowed the concept from this world traveling to another dimension of naruto training grounds, for that reason i choose the torii gate for the 2nd entrance.

The pyramid is surrounded by sakura trees, their delicate blossoms adding a touch of serenity amid the steel and gold.

The entire place is illuminated brightly by diamonds embedded into the ceiling.

These diamonds contain seals that convert natural energy into a radiant light—similar to what i did to the street lamps that glow at night.

The walls are filled with seals that form a four-layer barrier.

Only those who are registered can enter.

The barrier checks for chakra signatures—each one unique, like a fingerprint.

Everyone’s chakra signature is different.

If someone is entering for the first time, they must register.

On the right side of the entrance, there’s a hole where they insert their entire arm.

Then drop blood into it, after pour some chakra.

I have to approve the registration—only then can they enter.

‘AN’…..

(If you ask whether normal people can enter, the answer is no.

Anyone who does not possess chakra cannot be registered) Climbing the stairs, I can’t help but admire the grandeur of this place.

It’s a true symbol of the power this kingdom wields.

I made the entire pyramid out of gold, shining brilliantly in the light.

The black marble stairs makes a satisfying clack-clack sound with each step—so crisp and clear, it’s almost soothing.

Reaching the top, I pause for a moment, taking in the view.

Chione , “Put the entrance to Konoha’s training grounds here.” Ding…

A soft, mechanical voice echoed in my mind.

“[SYS_NOTICE] Host command detected: initiating placement of Konoha training grounds pocket dimension entrance.

[NET_STAT] Initializing connection…

[NET_STAT] Connection established.

[EXEC] Second entrance successfully installed ” Host….

The second entrance for the naruto training grounds have been established.” “Thanks, Chione.” I said After establishing the entrance, I turn back to proceed with other things I have to do.

I didn’t come here to train, nor do I have anyone to train, so there’s no point going to the training grounds right now.

After stepping outside, I teleport to the east district.

This region is designed for the exchange of goods, so most of the buildings along the roads are large storehouses.

There are some brothels, restaurants, and a huge public hot spring bath—perfect for all the weary ships’ crews to relax while cargoes are exchanged.

At the back of the storehouses are open spaces divided by fences.

These vacant lots are designated for livestock farming.

It’s one of the most challenging areas I, along with my clones made, We set up each plot to have access to flowing water—water that comes from the dam on top of the mountains, which supplies the entire city with fresh water.

The ground is embedded with seals that convert animal manure into nutrient-rich soil for growing grass.

It’s a careful combination of Earth techniques and Uzumaki clan’s sealing techniques, designed to keep the livestock healthy and thriving.

I like to raise animals here in a free-range style, so I’ve designed it accordingly.

The animals can roam and graze naturally, which should lead to healthier meat and other products.

I proceed to a specific lot where the rabbits caught last night are kept.

I pick one, and as I hold the rabbit—which is trying to escape— I ask Chione for options on bloodlines that enhance meat quantity, promote fast growth, and encourage rapid reproduction.

And Chione did not disappoint.

I then proceed to change the bloodlines of this rabbit, adjusting its bloodline to suit my needs.

These rabbits are robust, with thick fur and muscular builds.

They reproduce quickly, with some capable of having litters of up to ten kits every two months.

Their meat is tender and rich, ideal for quick meals or trade.

Next, I do the same with the chickens and pigs.

The chickens are large, with broad breasts and rapid growth rates.

They produce high yields of meat and eggs, perfect for both sustenance and trade.

The pigs are hefty, with strong muscles and fat deposits—optimized for meat production, growing rapidly and yielding succulent pork.

The goats and sheep—these animals weren’t born here.

They were stolen, I mean, caught from the destroyed barns and farmlands in the Riverlands, then teleported here.

The goats have two bloodlines: one for high milk production, with large, udders and fast lactation cycles, and another for lean, tender meat.

These goats are hardy, able to withstand harsh conditions, and reproduce quickly.

The sheep are bred for high-quality wool and meat.

They have thick, soft wool that’s perfect for textiles, and their meat is tender and flavorful, with high yields that make them valuable assets.

The cows have two bloodlines as well: one optimized for high-quality beef, with large muscular frames and quick growth rates; and another for dairy, producing ample milk daily, with hardy bodies that resist common diseases.

Once I’ve adjusted their bloodlines, I leave them on their fences to multiply.

Later, I plan to hire people to take care of them and manage their needs.

I take a moment to watch the animals grazing peacefully, confident that given time this setup will provide a steady supply of food for the kingdom.

With mind communication, I informed my wood clones.

I task them aside from gathering information about the families they want to bring to this kingdom.

We also need a compilation of their professions so that assigning work will be easier.

Teleporting back to the castle, I head to the deeper floors.

There, a huge hall has been carved underground.

The walls are thick, and the structure is supported by reinforced steel beams.

This place is the Royal Mint.

The machinery for coin stamping is fully set up and ready to operate.

Aside from coins, I plan to introduce paper money— but not just ordinary paper with anti-counterfeit features.

To be exact, it’s a special summoning paper.

Each piece of paper will have the ability to summon 100 Altherian gold coins, anywhere and anytime.

By holding the paper and reading the incantation inscribed on it, the user can instantly summon the gold.

Soon, this kingdom will have workers.

And these workers needs to be paid, so this place must start functioning soon.

I still have a few tons of gold dust , which is why I came, to store it here.

The gold will be processed into coins, to ensure a steady supply of currency for the kingdom.

And paper money for convenience.

However, silver and copper needs to be mined.

We already know the locations where the deposits are—now, we just need workers to extract them.

Once we have sufficient manpower, the minting process will expand to include silver and copper coins as well.

I take a moment to observe the machinery and imagine the bustling activity that will soon fill this hall.

It’s a critical step towards establishing a stable economy for the kingdom’s growth.
