The next morning.

Taking advantage of the gap while Hancock was learning administrative affairs from Elder Nyon, Jellal took the log pose for Jaya Island from the treasury and then found Marigold.

To go to Sky Island, he still needed her help.Full novel: One Piece: I Helped Boa Hancock Become Pirate King — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

“Jellal, is what you said true?

Are there really lots of gold there?” In a hidden corner, Marigold looked at Jellal excitedly.

“Of course!

But we have to go quietly.

It’s best if we can return by tonight.

We’ll give Hancock a surprise then!” Jellal whispered.

He didn’t tell Marigold that they were looking for the Goro Goro no Mi, only that they were going to Sky Island to find gold.

It was not yet appropriate to let them know that he could eat two Devil Fruits!

Jellal himself planned to normally only use the Cold-Cold Fruit’s ability, and only use the Goro Goro no Mi at critical moments!

Marigold nodded quickly, agreeing to Jellal’s plan!

“Then let’s set off quickly!

Otherwise, Sister and the others will find out in a bit!”

“Let’s go!

Set off!”

Jellal and her quietly ran into the forest, and then Marigold carried Jellal and flew towards Jaya Island.

After several hours of flight, the two finally reached the Sky Island above Jaya Island.

Compared to the islands down in the Blue Sea, Sky Island was simply a paradise on earth!

Sky Island

“God!

They’re here again!”

The anxious voices of the Sky Island’s Gods Guard reached the Divine Palace.

Hearing the report, Gan Fall’s brow furrowed, his expression helpless.

It had only been three days since the last time the Skypieans came to attack God Valley.

If possible, he really didn’t want to fight the Skypieans anymore.

The two peoples had been fighting for hundreds of years, and he was tired too!

Gan Fall let out a long sigh and stood up.

“Let’s go, Pierre!”

Hearing the call, a horse with wings immediately flew over, carrying Gan Fall towards the White-White Sea.

…

“Jellal, is that an angel?”

Marigold, amidst the clouds, looked at the Sky Islanders below and exclaimed.

“They aren’t angels; they’re Sky Islanders.

And look, their wings are so small, how could they fly?” Jellal said indifferently.

“I thought they were angels.

These people feel like an army.

What are they going to do?”

Below the two of them, Gan Fall was leading the guard towards the White-White Sea.

This should be the Sky Islanders and Skypieans going to war, right?

Jellal thought to himself.

Let’s find a hidden place to go down first.”

It was for the best that Gan Fall wasn’t at God Valley; it would be easier for them to act.

“I understand!”

Marigold carried Jellal and landed directly on the island clouds on the outskirts of God Valley.

“So comfortable.

Is this an island cloud?”

Stepping on the soft island cloud, Marigold was somewhat excited.

“Stop playing for a moment.

While they’re not around, let’s find the gold first.”

Watching the jumping and hopping Marigold, Jellal stopped her; now was not the time to play.

Jellal drew the snow drinker sword and walked towards the Giant Jack.

“Jellal, wait for me!”

Marigold quickly caught up.

Arriving near the Giant Jack, Jellal looked up at the top and said, “It should be here.

We’ll go down from here!”

“Go down?”

Marigold was a bit confused.

Jellal didn’t respond, using the snow drinker sword to cut an opening that led to the lower level!

“Let’s go!”

Sheathing the snow drinker sword, under Marigold’s surprised gaze, Jellal was the first to jump down.

“This is it!

As expected of the Golden City!”

Looking at the city made of gold, Jellal couldn’t help but get excited.

A city built entirely of gold!

The Skypieans really are rich!

Thanks to the Knock Up Stream blasting this half of Jaya Island into the sky, otherwise, if that Norland had brought his country’s army to Jaya Island back then, there definitely wouldn’t be a single hair left!

In Jellal’s eyes, Norland was no good person.

The Skypieans showed him the Golden City not for him to go back and show off.

To show off and then bring people back—isn’t that bringing disaster to the Skypieans?

And the simple Skypieans actually still kept that ridiculous promise.

Thinking of this, Jellal couldn’t help but sneer.

Thump.

At this moment, Marigold also jumped down, kicking up quite a bit of dust.

“Where?

Jellal, where is the Golden City?”

Marigold excitedly came to Jellal’s side.

Jellal raised his hand and pointed in a circle.

“All of this is gold!”

Golden City

“What?

She looked at these golden-yellow houses and at first thought they were painted; she hadn’t thought about gold at all.

Who would have thought someone would really use gold to build houses!

“That’s right, these are all gold!”

Having received Jellal’s affirmative response, Marigold excitedly ran toward the largest golden building!

“Jellal, we’re rich!

It really is all gold!”

Marigold scratched the wall of the golden building with an arrow, revealing a glittering golden light!

“That’s right!

These are all ours!

It’s just that transporting them back is a bit of a problem!”

Jellal looked at the largest golden building in front of him, pondering how to move all this gold back.

“Right!

There are only two of us now, and there’s too much gold here.

We can’t move it!”

Hearing this, Marigold was also dumbfounded, looking at the gold before her with a feeling of not knowing where to start.

Hiss!

Hiss!!

“Jellal, watch out!” Marigold cried out.

A python comparable to a large Sea King emerged, its bloody maw opening wide as it quickly bit toward the dazed Jellal!

“Beat it!”

His train of thought interrupted, Jellal’s brow furrowed.

He looked up and roared, glaring at the giant python!

The giant python immediately braked with its belly in fear, beads of sweat as thick as buckets appearing on its head!

As if seeing some terrifying creature, its whole body shrunk together, and finally, it slunk back toward the forest.

“Scared me to death.

This snake is too big!

It’s even bigger than our Pirate Crew’s Sea Snakes!”

After the giant python ran away, Marigold patted her chest, easing her tense emotions.

“This is a type of ancient giant python.

Its name seems to be the Master of the Sky.” Jellal said, walking to Marigold’s side.

“Master of the Sky?”

Marigold recalled the giant python just now; it seemed this name was quite suitable.

“Forget about the Master of the Sky for now.

Let’s head out first.

There’s too much gold here for us to take away.

We have to go back and think of a way before coming again!” Jellal walked below the opening, gathered strength in his legs, and jumped straight up.

Marigold looked back at the massive golden building and then flew up as well.

Seeing Marigold come out, Jellal blocked the opening again to avoid being discovered by the Sky Islanders.

Now Jellal suddenly thought of Golden Lion Shiki’s Float-Float Fruit; he felt that the Float-Float Fruit was truly convenient!
