.

Soon, night arrived in Foosha Village.

The entire village had become lively because of Ramon’s third birthday celebration.

Villagers gathered together happily while food and drinks filled the tables.

Children ran around laughing while adults chatted loudly.

Meanwhile, Monkey D.

Garp sat proudly beside Ramon while stuffing food into his mouth nonstop.

“BWAHAHAHAHA!!”

“Eat more, brat!”

Ramon immediately replied while devouring another plate of meat.

“KUHAHAHAHA!!”

“You’re the one eating the most, Grandpa!”

The villagers watching the two monsters compete could only laugh helplessly.

Nearby, the Marines who arrived with Garp had already left the village temporarily under the leadership of Bogard.

The vice admiral’s right-hand man understood very well that Garp wanted private time with his grandson.

So the Marines willingly went to patrol nearby areas and hunt pirates instead.

Tonight—

Was family time.

Hours passed.

The party became louder and more chaotic.

At some point, both Garp and Ramon started competing in eating again.

Then eating became drinking.

Then drinking became shouting.

Then shouting somehow became arm wrestling.

Eventually—

THUD!

THUD!

Both grandfather and grandson collapsed onto the floor asleep.

One giant.

One tiny child.

Both snoring loudly in identical positions.

The villagers instantly burst into laughter after seeing the ridiculous scene.

“They really are family.”

“Even their sleeping poses are the same!”

“Poor Woop Slap…”

Meanwhile, Ramon slowly drifted deeper into sleep.

Then suddenly—

DING!

A mechanical voice echoed inside his mind.

[Hello, Host.]

[I am the System assigned to you by God.]

Ramon’s eyes instantly snapped open internally.

‘…System?’

For a moment, he almost thought he heard wrong.

‘Wait… really?’

‘But I never asked for a system.’

The voice calmly replied,

[Do not worry, Host.]

[I do not possess any dangerous functions.]

[My primary purpose is only to deliver the gifts prepared for you by God.]

[Including your Starter Pack.]

[A personal storage space.]

[And a basic status-scanning ability.]

Hearing this, Ramon became stunned.

‘Seriously?’

‘An actual system?’

[Yes, Host.]

Ramon remained silent for several seconds.

Then slowly—

An excited grin appeared on his sleeping face.

Inside his mind, only one thought echoed repeatedly.

‘This is getting way more interesting.’

After a few moments, Ramon slowly fell asleep once again.

…

The next morning arrived peacefully.

For once, Monkey D.

Garp was actually spending proper time with Ramon instead of immediately rushing back to Marine Headquarters.

The two were currently sitting outside near the house while eating breakfast.

Well—

More accurately, Garp was eating enough food for ten people by himself.

“BWAHAHAHAHA!!”

“This meat is good!”

Ramon rolled his eyes.

‘This old man really eats like a monster.’

Suddenly—

PURU PURU PURU!

PURU PURU PURU!

A loud ringing sound interrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

Garp paused mid-bite before reaching into his coat pocket.

From inside, he pulled out a small Den Den Mushi.

The snail’s face had a serious expression.

The moment Garp saw it—

He sighed.

“…Sengoku.”

Ramon immediately became interested.

Meanwhile, Garp picked up the call lazily.

“Yo, Sengoku.”

“What happened now?”

“Why’re you calling me during my vacation?”

The moment the call connected—

“GARP!!”

A furious voice exploded from the Den Den Mushi.

The snail itself started yelling with Sengoku’s expression.

“WHERE ARE YOU?!”

“The Marines need you immediately!”

Garp instantly frowned.

“Hah?”

“Seriously?”

“Right now?”

“You know I’m on leave for a few days, right?”

But Sengoku continued shouting angrily.

“Shiki is attacking Marine bases again!”

“We need your help in the New World immediately!”

Hearing this, Garp scratched his head irritably.

“Can’t you send the Admirals instead?”

“Zephyr should still be around too, right?”

Sengoku immediately replied,

“Zephyr is currently stationed in the New World!”

“One Admiral was sent to protect Mary Geoise!”

“And another is monitoring the situation between Whitebeard and Big Mom!”

Ramon’s eyes narrowed slightly after hearing that.

Meanwhile, Sengoku continued,

“The New World is complete chaos right now!”

“Charlotte Linlin tried fighting Edward Newgate directly!”

“And Whitebeard smashed her ship and knocked her into the sea!”

“Right now the Big Mom Pirates are trying to recover her!”

Garp immediately facepalmed.

“…Seriously?”

“To watch over those monsters, you people sent an Admiral to Mary Geoise?”

“Why do the Celestial Dragons even need that much protection?”

“They already have Cipher Pol agents everywhere.”

The Den Den Mushi instantly yelled again with Sengoku’s furious expression.

“GARP!!”

“You know it’s our duty!”

“Stop complaining and get over here immediately!”

“Fleet Admiral Kong is already furious because of your constant disappearances!”

Garp groaned loudly.

“…Yeah, yeah, I’m coming.”

Then he paused briefly before asking,

“So you’re saying Whitebeard and Big Mom actually fought directly?”

Hearing Garp’s question, Sengoku fell silent for a moment before replying seriously,

“Yeah.”

“According to our investigation, the fight started over territory.”

“Charlotte Linlin wanted one of the islands under Edward Newgate’s protection.”

“She apparently wanted a rare species living there to join her collection in Totto Land.”

“But Whitebeard refused.”

“And you know how monsters like them are.”

“So Big Mom directly declared war.”

Ramon listened quietly from nearby while eating.

Meanwhile, Sengoku continued,

“The battle didn’t even last that long.”

“Whitebeard directly crushed her forces and punched Big Mom straight into the sea.”

Garp immediately burst into loud laughter.

“BWAHAHAHAHA!!”

“That sounds exactly like Newgate!”

“But then things became even more troublesome,” Sengoku added tiredly.

“I originally planned to let the Admirals intercept the Big Mom Pirates while they were retreating…”

“But before they could move—”

Sengoku paused briefly.

“…Roger appeared.”

The moment those words entered Garp’s ears—

Silence.

Then suddenly—

“WHAT?!!”

Garp instantly stood up so fast that the chair beneath him shattered into pieces.

“Roger was there?!”

Even Ramon’s eyes widened slightly after hearing that name.

Gol D.

Roger.

The future Pirate King himself.

Meanwhile, Sengoku continued speaking from the Den Den Mushi.

“Yes.”

“The Roger Pirates suddenly appeared near the battlefield.”

“We still don’t know what Roger was planning.”

“But his presence forced the Admirals to stop advancing.”

Garp grinned wildly.

A dangerous excitement appeared in his eyes instantly.

“BWAHAHAHAHA!!”

“Why didn’t you say that earlier?!”

He immediately grabbed his Marine coat.

“I’m leaving right now!”

Sengoku shouted angrily through the Den Den Mushi,

“THAT’S WHAT I’VE BEEN TRYING TO TELL YOU THIS ENTIRE TIME, IDIOT!!”

But Garp had already stopped listening.

His fighting spirit had fully awakened the moment he heard Roger’s name.

Nearby, Ramon watched the scene silently.

Then inwardly, he muttered,

‘So Roger and Garp are already rivals at this point…’

Honestly—

Seeing legends move around in real time still felt surreal to him.

After ending the call, Monkey D.

Garp immediately stood up and grabbed his Marine coat.

“Alright, brat,” he said while stretching his shoulders.

“I have to leave.”

“The New World is getting chaotic again.”

Then he looked at Ramon seriously.

“Take care of yourself while I’m gone.”

Ramon nodded silently for a moment.

Then suddenly—

“Grandpa.”

“Hm?”

“Can I come with you?”

Garp blinked once in surprise.

“…What?”

Ramon clenched his tiny fists tightly before looking directly at Garp.

“I want to fight the Roger Pirates.”

His eyes burned with excitement.

“They’re strong, right?”

For a brief moment—

Garp fell silent.

Then suddenly—

“BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!”

He burst into loud laughter.

“That’s my grandson!”

The villagers nearby sweatdropped helplessly.

‘As expected of the Monkey family…’

Meanwhile, Garp grinned proudly at Ramon.

“But sorry, brat.”

“You’re still too young.”

“I’ll take you with me once you become strong enough.”

Hearing that, Ramon immediately asked,

“How strong?”

Garp smirked.

Instead of replying immediately, he pointed toward the harbor outside the village.

Ramon turned his head.

Near the coast rested an old damaged Marine battleship that Garp had brought years ago from Marine Headquarters.

The ship was massive despite being broken.

Ramon looked back at Garp curiously.

“That ship?”

“Yeah.”

Garp crossed his arms proudly.

“Punch it.”

“…Huh?”

“When you become strong enough to damage or bend that battleship with your fists…”

“I’ll take you with me.”

The moment Ramon heard that—

His eyes widened instantly.

He immediately remembered the future training method Garp used in canon.

Battleship Bags.

Training by punching warships without using Haki.

Ramon slowly grinned.

‘So it starts now, huh…’

Then he pointed directly at Garp confidently.

“You said it, Grandpa.”

“Don’t forget your words.”

Garp smirked proudly.

“BWAHAHAHA!

I won’t!”

Ramon immediately stood up excitedly.

“KUHAHAHAHA!!”

“Just wait for me, Grandpa!”

“One day, I’ll punch that thing apart!”

“That’s the spirit, brat!”

Soon, both grandfather and grandson started laughing loudly together.

“BWAHAHAHAHA!!”

“KUHAHAHAHA!!”

The villagers nearby could only sigh helplessly while watching the two monsters laugh like complete maniacs.

A few hours later, Monkey D.

Garp finally prepared to leave Foosha Village once again.

The villagers had gathered near the harbor to see him off.

Meanwhile, the Marine battleship slowly moved away from the shore as the sea wind blew strongly across the ocean.

Standing at the front of the ship, Garp crossed his arms proudly while laughing loudly toward the village.

“BWAHAHAHAHA!!”

“Take care of yourselves while I’m gone!”

Several villagers waved helplessly.

“Don’t destroy too many islands!”

“No promises!!”

Soon, the massive Marine battleship fully departed from the harbor and sailed toward the open sea.

Its destination—

The Grand Line.

And beyond that…

The chaotic New World.

A sea ruled by monsters.

A place where legends like Kaido, Edward Newgate, Shiki, and Gol D.

Roger fought for supremacy.

Meanwhile, Ramon stood silently near the shore while watching the ship disappear slowly into the distance.

The sea wind brushed against his face gently.

His fists slowly clenched.

Then, staring toward the horizon, Ramon quietly muttered,

“…Just wait for me.”

One day—

He would also sail those seas.

And when that day arrived—

Even the monsters ruling the New World would know his name.

The moment Monkey D.

Garp’s battleship disappeared into the distance, Ramon suddenly turned around.

His eyes were burning with motivation.

Without wasting even a second, he looked toward Woop Slap and shouted,

“Grandpa Woop Slap!”

“I’m going to train!”

Before the village chief could even respond—

BOOM!

Ramon kicked off the ground and started running at full speed toward the old broken battleship resting near the shore.

Dust flew everywhere behind him.

Woop Slap stared blankly for a moment.

Then veins instantly bulged across his forehead.

“HEY!!”

“At least wait for me to reply first, you little monster!!”

But Ramon had already disappeared into the distance.

The villagers nearby could only laugh helplessly.

“That kid really is becoming more and more like Garp.”

“Poor Woop Slap…”

Meanwhile, Ramon continued sprinting excitedly toward the abandoned Marine battleship.

His small fists clenched tightly.

Inside his mind, only one thought echoed repeatedly.

‘Strong enough to damage a battleship…’

‘Then Grandpa will take me to the sea.’

A fierce grin slowly appeared on his face.

“KUHAHAHAHA…”

“Then I’ll destroy it.”

Soon, Ramon finally arrived before the gigantic broken battleship.

Standing in front of it made his small body look tiny in comparison.

The enormous ship towered above him like a steel mountain.

Even though the ship was not made of sea stone it’s still not something to be underestimated.

But instead of fear—

Excitement filled Ramon’s eyes.

He slowly cracked his knuckles.

Then he took a fighting stance before the battleship.

The sea breeze blew past him quietly.

And for the first time—

The beginning of Ramon’s true monster training had officially started.

But before Ramon could start punching the battleship, the System’s voice suddenly rang inside his head once again.

Ding!

[Host, I think you should first accept the gifts and starter packs.]

[They will help you become stronger faster.]

Ramon paused for a moment after hearing that.

Then he nodded slightly and replied inwardly,

‘Alright.’

‘Claim the rewards then.’

Ding!

[Congratulations, Host.]

[You have received:]

• Absolute Breathing Technique

• World Breaking Fighting Style

• Steel Heart Technique

• Superbody Technique

• Steel Balloon Physique

• Absolute Haki Body

• System Scan Ability

• Small Space Inventory

The moment the rewards were claimed—

BOOM!

A huge amount of information suddenly flooded Ramon’s mind.

Countless breathing methods, fighting stances, body training techniques, and combat instincts appeared inside his head as if he had practiced them for years.

At the same time, a strange warmth spread throughout his entire body.

His muscles tightened.

His bones became denser.

Even his skin felt tougher than before.

Ramon’s eyes widened slightly as he felt the changes happening inside him.

Then slowly—

A grin appeared on his face.

“Now this…”

“…This is what I’m talking about.”

He clenched his fists tightly.

Crack!

Crack!

The air around his fists trembled slightly from pure physical strength alone.

Ramon then slowly raised his head and looked toward the gigantic battleship standing before him.

Excitement burned fiercely inside his eyes.

“Alright then…”

“Let’s begin.”

Without wasting any time, Ramon walked toward the battleship and threw his first punch.

THUD!

A heavy sound echoed across the shore.

Then another punch followed.

THUD!

THUD!

THUD!

Punch after punch, Ramon continuously slammed his fists against the massive hull of the broken Marine battleship.

Despite his small body, every punch carried shocking force.

The entire ship trembled slightly with each impact.

Dust and small pieces of wood slowly started falling from the damaged areas.

Ramon completely ignored the pain in his fists.

Instead—

His eyes burned with excitement.

The more he punched, the more excited he became.

Sweat covered his body while his breathing gradually became heavier.

Yet he did not stop.

THUD!

THUD!

THUD!

Time slowly passed.

The loud noises coming from the shore eventually attracted the villagers.

Curious, many of them walked toward the harbor to see what was happening.

But the moment they arrived—

They froze.

Everyone stared at the scene with wide eyes.

A three-year-old child…

Was repeatedly punching a giant battleship.

And the terrifying part—

The ship was actually shaking.

The villagers looked at Ramon with mouths hanging open in shock.

Even Woop Slap was speechless.

Someone among the crowd suddenly muttered in disbelief,

“…Is he even human?”

Another villager swallowed nervously.

“No…”

“That kid is definitely a monster.”

Meanwhile, Ramon continued punching the battleship nonstop while laughing excitedly.

“KUHAHAHAHA!!”

“This is amazing!”

Soon, the villagers slowly started leaving one after another.

Some shook their heads helplessly.

Others still looked at Ramon like he was some kind of monster.

But Ramon himself completely ignored them.

THUD!

THUD!

THUD!

He continued punching the giant battleship nonstop.

Again and again.

His fists turned red.

His arms started trembling from exhaustion.

Sweat covered his entire body while heavy breathing escaped his mouth.

Yet—

He still refused to stop.

The sea breeze blew strongly across the shore as the sun slowly disappeared beyond the horizon.

Eventually, night arrived.

Only the sound of Ramon’s punches continued echoing through the dark harbor.

THUD!

THUD!

THUD!

Then finally—

THUD!

Ramon threw one last punch before his exhausted body gave out.

He collapsed onto the ground while breathing heavily.

“Hah… Hah…”

His entire body ached painfully.

Even lifting a finger felt difficult.

Yet despite that—

A grin remained on his face.

After resting for a few moments, Ramon suddenly spoke inwardly,

‘System.’

[Yes, Host?]

‘Can you explain these techniques?’

‘Especially Absolute Breathing, Steel Heart, and Superbody Technique.’

Ding!

The System immediately replied.

[Absolute Breathing is a special breathing technique.]

[By mastering it, the Host can greatly enhance physical strength, speed, senses, stamina, and recovery rate.]

[The deeper the mastery, the greater the enhancement.]

Ramon’s eyes narrowed slightly.

‘A breathing technique that strengthens the body…’

Honestly—

It sounded terrifying.

The System then continued.

[Superbody Technique is a body-enhancement method.]

[It focuses on improving the Host’s muscles, organs, bones, nerves, and overall body functions.]

[After reaching high mastery, the Host’s body can surpass normal human limitations.]

Ramon slowly nodded.

Then he asked,

‘And Steel Heart?’

For the first time, the System paused slightly before answering.

[Steel Heart Technique is a heartbeat-control technique.]

[It allows the Host to consciously control the rhythm and power of the heartbeat.]

[By doing so, the Host can temporarily increase body performance beyond normal limits.]

Ramon became more interested instantly.

But then the System continued.

[After reaching peak mastery…]

[The Host may use the heartbeat itself like war drums.]

[This can greatly amplify the Host’s Haki.]

[The principle is somewhat similar to the “Drums of Liberation” once used by Joy Boy.]

The moment Ramon heard that—

His eyes widened slightly.

‘Like Joy Boy…?’

The System calmly replied,

[Correct.]

[However, complete mastery will not be easy.]

[The difficulty level is extremely high.]

Ramon remained silent for several moments.

Then slowly—

A grin spread across his exhausted face.

“Good,” he muttered quietly while staring at the night sky.

“If it was easy…”

“…then it wouldn’t be worth mastering.”
