The Shandians slept deeply.

After being knocked unconscious multiple times by Conqueror’s Haki over the past two days, the Skypiean warriors, led by Kalpa, only began to wake when the sun was already high in the sky.

One by one, they stirred, their bodies still heavy from the lingering effects.Full novel: One Piece: The Weakest Chef of the Roger’s Pirate — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Not far from them, Sven and Mihawk were locked in a duel.

They did not use Haki or any flying slash techniques.

Instead, their blades met in pure, precise clashes.

Clang, clang, clang.

Each strike was sharp and controlled, the sound echoing through the air.

Kalpa watched the two figures and let out a quiet sigh.

“No wonder Sven has become so strong.”

While they had been unconscious, Sven had continued training without pause.

From this moment forward, the Skypiean warriors could not afford to fall behind.

If they wanted to follow Sven, they had to match his pace.

It was time to push themselves harder.

Noticing that the warriors had awakened, Sven stopped his sparring session with Mihawk.

Without wasting time, he gathered the Skypiean legion and began moving toward the region ruled by Gan Fall.

His goal was simple.

He would claim the position of God of Skypiea as quickly as possible.

Only by doing so could he unify resources and continue growing stronger.

It had been over a month since he activated the system, yet he had only obtained a single Masira Fruit worth 1,200 points.

The efficiency was far too low.

Gan Fall, the current ruler of Skypiea, had long attempted to ease the hatred between the Skypieans and the Shandians.

He wished for peace between the two sides.

However, his strength was not enough.

Without overwhelming power, he could not force unity.

Sven was different.

If someone refused to submit, he would beat them until they did.

He was not a compassionate savior.

When he first arrived in this world, he viewed everything as if it were part of a story, like characters on a screen.

That arrogance had nearly cost him his life.

Only after struggling to survive did he understand the truth.

This world was real.

His reason for bringing peace was not kindness.

Skypiea was rich in gold and filled with various types of Dials.

It was the perfect place to develop his strength and earn points.

When Gan Fall heard Sven’s intentions, he did not agree.

Instead, he led the Skypiean warriors in resistance.

“Skypieans will never be slaves!”

Negotiations failed.

Sven drew his blade.

Thunder roared across the sky as red and black lightning surged, the manifestation of Conqueror’s Haki spreading outward.

As the two forces clashed, the Skypiean soldiers fell one after another, their consciousness swallowed by the overwhelming pressure.

Only Gan Fall remained standing.

His body trembled, smoke rising faintly from the lightning that had struck him.

Moments later, he dropped to one knee.

“Sennosuke, you hit far too hard.”

Sven paused, then replied, “Sorry.”

Only then did he realize that Gan Fall had deliberately taken the blow, allowing his people to witness the difference in strength.

It was a warning, one meant to crush any future thoughts of rebellion.

“I hope you can become a worthy God.

Otherwise, even if I cannot defeat you, I will still lead my people in resistance.”

Allowing an outsider to rule Skypiea was not his preference.

It was a compromise forced by reality.

If the Skypiean warriors had been able to defeat Sven, things would have ended differently.

But they had not.

The gap between them was overwhelming.

With just a glance, Sven had brought an entire army to its knees.

Gan Fall understood clearly.

If they chose to resist to the end, Sven would not hesitate to show them what a true pirate was capable of.

Pirates were not saints.

Sven smiled slightly.

“I have always believed in democracy.”

To him, democracy meant something simple.

Those above him were equals, those below had their place.

Gan Fall gave a slow nod.

“I hope your actions reflect those words.”

The root of the conflict between the Skypieans and Shandians was land.

In a place where land was scarce, inequality was inevitable.

How to solve it?

Sven did not have a clear answer yet.

Even if he did, he had no intention of handling the details himself.

That responsibility would fall to Gan Fall and Kalpa.

For now, there were more immediate matters.

Food.

If one meal could not settle tensions, then two would.

As preparations began, cattle and sheep were brought forward, and the smell of cooking soon filled the air.

During this time, Sven requested various types of Dials from Gan Fall.

“Dials?” Gan Fall looked puzzled.

“Lord Sven, do you still need such external tools?”

Even so, he complied and ordered his men to gather dozens of different Dials.

“This one is a Laser Dial…”

As Gan Fall explained each Dial, Law quietly approached Sven.

“My Lord, what will your divine title be?”

Sven’s eyes flickered briefly as a memory surfaced, a figure with only a silhouette and sharp presence.

A faint smile appeared on his face.

“Ogosho, the Narukami Gongen.”

“Divine Title, Thunder God.”

Gan Fall nodded.

“I will have the priests spread your title across Skypiea immediately.”

Later, under the excuse of bathing, Sven took the Dials and entered a private room.

After traveling from Loguetown all the way to Skypiea, it was finally time to profit.

Dials were reusable combat tools.

Pricing them too high would make them difficult to sell, but pricing them too low would be a loss.

After some thought, Sven used the 1,000-point flying cloak as a reference and began listing items on the system marketplace.

Laser Dial, 1,000 points.

A hidden blade capable of cutting down a giant tree in one strike.

Flash Dial, 1,000 points.

Emits intense light to disrupt vision, ideal for ambushes.

Impact Dial, 1,000 points.

Absorbs and releases force.

Reject Dial, 10,000 points.

An extinct Dial, far more powerful than the Impact Dial.

Axe Dial, 1,000 points.

Releases a slash with a simple swing.

Jet Dial, 1,000 points.

An extinct Dial combining mobility and attack.

Water Dial, 500 points.

Stores and releases water.

Heat Dial, 500 points.

Absorbs and emits heat, useful for cooking.

Flame Dial, 1,000 points.

A source of fire-based attacks.

Octopus Balloon, 1,000 points.

A lifesaving tool for high-altitude travel.

Since Dials were rare on the Blue Sea, Sven deliberately set higher prices.

This was a test.

There were only a few days left in the month anyway.

The system’s consignment limit would refresh soon.

And perhaps, somewhere, someone needed exactly what he was offering.

Then, the notifications began.

“Ding.

Your consigned item, Water Dial, has been purchased by an Apocalypse user.

You gained 450 points.

Current balance, 716.”

“Ding.

Your consigned item, Laser Dial, has been purchased by an Apocalypse user.

You gained 900 points.

Current balance, 1,616.”

“Ding.

Your consigned item, Flame Dial, has been purchased by a Naruto user.

You gained 900 points.

Current balance, 2,516.”

“Ding.

Your consigned item, Flash Dial, has been purchased by a Naruto user.

You gained 900 points.

Current balance, 3,416.”

Sven froze for a moment.

Then he burst into laughter.

“So it shows the buyer’s world…”

That meant his previous purchase had likely exposed him as well.

“Not bad.”

His mood lifted instantly as his points surged past 3,000.

For a moment, he even reconsidered his pricing.

“Maybe I priced them too low.”

He thought about the buyers.

“That Naruto world user clearly needs elemental Dials like the Flame Dial.”

A faint grin spread across his face.

“Next month, I will double the price.”
