[Observation Haki: 5,000 points]
[Armament Haki: 5,000 points]
The steep price of both types of Haki made Sven suppress his urge to purchase the flying cloak.
A cloak was flashy, no doubt, but compared to Haki, it was nothing more than an external tool.
“I am going to become the strongest man in the world.
I will not end up like Crocodile.”
A former Shichibukai, yet in his obsession with Ancient Weapons, Crocodile had neglected his Haki training.
In the end, he was defeated by Monkey D.
Luffy, a rookie who had just set sail and had not even awakened Haki.
It was disgraceful for a Logia user.
“Better to train first.
If I can awaken Observation Haki and Armament Haki on my own, then I will consider buying the flying cloak and the bamboo copter later.”
There was no other reason.
Sven was simply short on points.
If he had a million points, he would have pushed all three types of Haki to their limits without hesitation and bought whatever he pleased.
But reality was different.
Being poor meant making choices.
From the transactions on the Myriad Worlds Trading Platform, Sven had gained a rough understanding of the post-apocalyptic user.
Over a month ago, that person had been desperate for food and water.
Now, he was purchasing Water Dials and Laser Dials.
Clearly, he had only recently activated the system, much like Sven.
Which meant his reserves of points were limited.
Among all users, the one with the most points was undoubtedly the Warhammer World user.
That individual casually offered tens of thousands of points for high-value bounties, including Kozuki Momonosuke, the so-called Deserter King, and others.
He spent points as if they meant nothing.
Momonosuke had not even been born yet.
As for that matter, Kozuki Oden was still alive.
Sven had already made his decision.
In four years, when Kaido executed Oden, he would go to Wano himself and eliminate Momonosuke.
Compared to ten thousand points, any connection to the Roger Pirates meant nothing.
That father and son were both unbearably foolish.
After washing up and changing into clean clothes, Sven walked toward the banquet hall with his hands in his pockets.
“A pity I do not know what the Warhammer user needs.
Otherwise, I could sell items tailored to him.”
Different worlds meant different needs.
What Sven desperately sought was abundant to others.
As for the user from Teyvat, that man lived far too comfortably.
A goddess as a wife and another as a sister-in-law, he had everything a transmigrator could want. New chapters come out on g.com first.
Sven stepped into the banquet hall.
Unlike the respectful attitude of the Skypiean warriors, some of the locals showed clear resistance in their expressions.
Sven did not mind.
In fact, he almost hoped they would act out.
If they openly resisted, he would have a reason to demonstrate his authority.
Anyone who dared to oppose him would be dealt with without mercy.
The banquet itself resembled an open-air feast, similar to barbecues from his previous life.
With Kalpa and Gan Fall leading the atmosphere, Sven naturally took the seat of honor.
“Today, we gather here.”
Sven raised his glass.
“To celebrate this hard-earned peace.
This toast is for peace.”
“To peace!”
“To peace!”
Most of the people present followed along.
Although some were dissatisfied, they were in the minority.
After four hundred years of conflict, the idea of coexistence had already taken root.
Gan Fall had spent years promoting peace, and Sven had simply stepped in to claim the result.
As the drinks flowed, the atmosphere grew livelier.
Around the bonfire, Kalpa and Gan Fall led both tribes in a traditional Skypiean dance to honor the Sun God.
When Sven took out a guitar and began to play along, Mihawk nearly choked on his drink.
He stared at Sven, clearly puzzled.
Was there anything this man could not do?
Cooking, navigation, cartography, crafting Log Poses, ship repair, music, he handled everything himself.
Aside from his inability to swim, he lacked nothing.
At the invitation of a Skypiean girl, Sven joined the dance.
The rhythm was simple, almost childish at first glance.
But once immersed in it, there was an undeniable sense of joy.
The older warriors watched with moist eyes.
Some of them eventually stepped forward and joined the dance, following the rhythm Sven set.
Peace was not built on words alone.
It had to be shown.
The doctor remained seated, though his expression revealed a hint of temptation.
Mihawk did not join either, but his foot tapped lightly against the ground in rhythm.
Then, suddenly, he stopped.
A presence had arrived. The source of this chapter is g.com.
From the distant sea below, a streak of light shot upward, crossing ten thousand meters in an instant.
Borsalino appeared.
Kizaru landed, and the scene before him caused a brief pause.
Beelzebub Sven, the man the World Government had ordered to be captured alive, was dancing alongside Skypieans as if nothing in the world concerned him.
Sven sensed the disturbance in the air and looked up.
Seeing who it was, he did not show the slightest sign of tension.
Instead, he smiled and raised his glass.
“Come down and have a drink.”
A battle was inevitable.
But before that, Sven intended to make use of the situation.
He had already instructed Gan Fall to prepare a Vision Dial.
If possible, he would capture an image of himself drinking with Kizaru.
Whether it would be useful later did not matter.
Taking the opportunity did.
Kizaru hovered in the air for a moment, surprise flickering in his eyes.
Then, after a brief pause, he descended.
He had crossed a vast portion of the Grand Line in just two days, searching near Alabasta and Jaya.
He was, admittedly, a little thirsty.
Kizaru sat down opposite Mihawk.
“Dracule Mihawk, what brings a man like you here with Beelzebub Sven?”
Mihawk calmly poured himself a drink.
“He is my captain.”
Kizaru’s expression stiffened.
“Is that so?”
The intelligence network of the Marines and the World Government had completely failed to report something this important.
From the moment he saw Mihawk, Kizaru already knew this mission would not be simple.
His primary target was Sven, a former Roger Pirates member who possessed Conqueror’s Haki and the power of the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, a force comparable to his own Glint-Glint Fruit.
The secondary target barely mattered.
The order was clear.
Capture Sven alive.
But now, with Mihawk present, combined with the high-altitude battlefield and the unfamiliar Skypiean environment, the situation had become far more complicated.
While Kizaru and Mihawk spoke, Sven had already arranged for Gan Fall and Kalpa to lead the others away.
At the same time, the Vision Dial quietly captured the image of him and Kizaru sharing a drink.
Sven sat down beside Mihawk and lifted his glass.
“A guest from afar, Borsalino.”
“I will drink to that.”
