It hurts!

Jiang Li woke up groggily, clutching her forehead.

“I never expected Miss Jiang to be so shameless in private.”Full novel: Open Your Eyes! Return to the Possessive Tycoon’s Youth — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

A woman held a video camera pointed at her, letting out a low, sinister laugh.

“Shameless your ass!”

Though her whole body felt weak and limp, Jiang Li instinctively retorted.

She slowly lifted her head, surveying the dim, abandoned classroom.

Had she been kidnapped?

The air was thick with the pungent smell of cheap chemicals.

Sensing another gaze fixed on her from the corner, she turned her head and immediately met a pair of scorching yet restrained eyes.

Jiang Li froze for a second.

Something flashed through her mind.

The drug in her system began to take effect, her mind gradually growing sluggish.

Jiang Li struggled to prop herself up, her beautiful eyes icy cold. “Kidnapping me for money?”

“Money is boring,” the other sneered arrogantly. “Watching a cold, aloof flower like you get ruined by someone disgusting is much more fun.”

The woman’s eyes suddenly turned vicious as she roughly grabbed Jiang Li.

Jiang Li was shoved awkwardly onto the man.

“Shen Muran, go on, tear her skirt, and I’ll reward you with the antidote.” The woman toyed with the syringe in her hand, deliberately shaking it.

Jiang Li shook her head.

Huh?

The man was curled up, hunched over, biting his lip as he endured and tried to move away, a thin layer of sweat beading on his temples.

“Stay away from me!”

His restrained voice sounded slightly younger than she remembered. Jiang Li leaned closer to confirm his identity.

“Husband?”

The woman crouched down, looking at her with disdain. “Heh, so eager already?”

By the light, Jiang Li could clearly see the woman’s face—Zheng Shuman.

Wait!

The familiar-looking classroom, the terrible lines, the broken cello bow nearby…

After her hand was injured, anything related to the cello had disappeared from her life.

And her own extravagant performance outfit, along with Shen Muran’s plain white T-shirt.

So.

Had she been reborn seven years ago, during the era of pure hatred with her husband?!

Damn!

Amid her shock, Jiang Li regained her senses and frantically searched her memories.

Zheng Shuman harbored a hatred for the wealthy.

She had brought Jiang Li here to force Shen Muran to assault her.

Why choose Shen Muran?

Because he was the son of a murderer.

Jiang Li’s older sister had been killed by kidnappers.

The culprit had never been caught.

So she hated all murderers in the world, including the “evil fruit” born from such villains.

But Shen Muran was innocent!

The verdict pinned on his father was utterly baseless.

Others might not know the full story, but Jiang Li, reborn, knew it all too well.

“Zheng Shuman, do you really think doing this will ruin me?” The young woman’s slightly red lips curled into a cold smile. “Give up your foolish, malicious thoughts!”

The next moment, she reached out to undo the man’s pants.

“Relax, let me help you.”

The effects of the drug didn’t necessarily have to be relieved that way.

The dose injected into Shen Muran was clearly much larger than hers.

Jiang Li could still endure for now, but he was already drenched in sweat from the waist up!

Her voice was sweet as honey, sending a surge of tremors through him. Shen Muran pushed her away urgently.

“Miss Jiang, do you even see who I am?!”

In the depths of his eyes, shrouded in an impenetrable haze, there was a flicker of confusion as he stared intently at Jiang Li.

“A lowly, worthless person like me—how could I possibly trouble you?”

The drug was eroding his willpower.

Even the slightest touch of skin was deadly to him!

As Jiang Li drew near, her uniquely sweet scent enveloped him tightly, forcing him to desperately suppress the desire raging inside.

Jiang Li: “?”

“Are you sure you can handle it yourself? What if you end up breaking down?”

Shen Muran couldn’t understand why someone who had led the bullying against him would suddenly change her attitude.

Her abrupt and unusual behavior tangled his thoughts into a mess.

In the end, he could only attribute it to the pressure of the situation.

The man closed his eyes slightly, his ears flushed crimson and his involuntary swallowing betraying the calm on his face.

Shen Muran ignored Jiang Li’s curse-like words and looked up to warn Zheng Shuman, “What you’re doing is illegal.”

His disordered breath was as cold as an ice blade, almost bursting the confines of the dilapidated classroom.

Zheng Shuman flipped the camera lens around, pointing at the screen with a malicious grin. “Tch, look at the two of you, flushed and flustered. Who wouldn’t say it’s consensual?”

Jiang Li watched Zheng Shuman’s smugness coldly but could only roar silently in her heart!

Damn it!

Even a jinxed bear wasn’t as unlucky as her.

Why did she have to return to this critical moment?

The air was so stiflingly hot it felt like it was about to catch fire.

Jiang Li felt as if she were being refined, tears uncontrollably streaming down her face.

Zheng Shuman pointed at Jiang Li, who was nearly delirious. “Any normal man would struggle to control his instincts. She’s willing—are you sure you want to hold back?”

The girl wore a tight-fitting blue-pink halter performance outfit, her ink-black curls disheveled over her shoulders. With every breath, her alluring youthful scent wafted toward Shen Muran, ensnaring him.

He lifted his gaze to meet her hazy, glistening eyes.

Suddenly.

The man couldn’t help but pull her into his arms, turning to Zheng Shuman with a hoarse voice. “Give me the sedative.”

“Sure, you know what to do.” The woman’s face immediately twisted into a venomous smile.

Shen Muran fell silent for a few seconds, the darkness in his eyes receding like a tide.

As he leaned closer, Jiang Li’s breath hitched.

“Don’t… don’t listen to her.”

Even her resistance was feeble and weak.

Shen Muran’s hand had already reached the hem of her skirt.

His fingertips were slightly cool, the thin calluses brushing against Jiang Li’s thigh.

Zheng Shuman grew increasingly excited, her camera lens fixed firmly on the two. “Yes, just like that—”

Just as the man was about to tear the skirt.

Shen Muran abruptly looked up.

Using the momentum of his crouch, he kicked backward at the camera.

Bang!

The lens crashed against the wall, shattering with a crisp sound.

Memory card fragments scattered everywhere.

Zheng Shuman stomped her feet and screamed, “You tricked me?”

Shen Muran moved swiftly, rolling low to snatch the sedative she clutched tightly.

He aimed steadily at Jiang Li’s vein and injected it.

The cool medication flowed into her body.

Shen Muran stared coldly at Jiang Li’s teary-eyed appearance.

His jaw tightened almost to the point of spasming. He picked up the fragments from the floor, clenched them in his palm, and forcibly suppressed the haze in his eyes, not touching Jiang Li again.

The woman’s tender skin was an intoxicating poison.

He couldn’t touch her!

Shen Muran reminded himself over and over.

“Jiang Li, do you think just because the recording is gone, nothing happened?”

Zheng Shuman had lost all reason, her eyes red with rage. “Just wait for your reputation to be ruined!”

As she spoke, the sound of police sirens grew closer.

The classroom door was kicked open with a bang, rusted iron flakes from the frame scattering everywhere.

Zheng Shuman frantically tousled her hair and pinched her thigh hard, forcing out two tears.

As soon as the police burst in, she immediately wailed and shifted the blame.

“It’s him! It was Shen Muran who kidnapped Jiang Li here.”

“He drugged her and tried to force himself on her.”

“I was here to stop him!”
