Volume 1 Chapter 20: My Woman Is Not for You to Judge

When Xie Mingde woke up, he found himself in a dimly lit basement.

As he came to, he looked around and realized it was not a familiar scene. His usually calm heart suddenly grew uneasy.Full novel: Possessed Kiss! Clinging Hug! Husband Kisses, Hugs, and Lifts Me High! — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

He remembered that he had originally planned to go abroad to lay low for a while, but he never expected to be stopped by a group of people at the airport. After that, he couldn’t remember anything.

When he woke up, this was the scene.

Xiao Zhang noticed the man had regained consciousness and turned to inform Bo Jingci, “Young Master, he’s awake.”

Only then did the man leisurely lift his gaze.

He had an exceptionally handsome face, with sharp features, a prominent brow bone, and an aloof, intimidating presence. His aura was so powerful it was terrifying.

When he slightly raised his eyes, the cold gleam in them sent shivers down one’s spine.

Bo… Bo Jingci??

He didn’t actually know Bo Jingci, but he had heard of his fearsome reputation. Since childhood, Bo Jingci had been solitary and arrogant, and as he grew older, he became even more bloodthirsty and ruthless.

It was well known that he had lain low for many years, willing to personally eliminate his own family members to seize control of the Bo family’s assets, treading a path soaked in blood.

To achieve such heights at such a young age, everyone knew he had several lives on his hands. A man like this was a thousand times more ruthless than he was.

But few dared to challenge him.

Yet, he had no idea where he had offended him.

Moreover, this man often stayed abroad, and he had no contact with him in his daily life.

“Awake?”

The man’s slightly hoarse voice rang out, filled with mockery.

Xie Mingde looked at his bloodshot eyes, his heart skipping a beat as he nervously swallowed.

“President Bo… you…” he stammered.

“Shh.”

The man’s attractive lips curved slightly into a smile, his pale complexion making his lips appear even more crimson.

“Which hand touched her?”

His icy voice echoed as he stared sharply at him. Though a lazy smile hung at the corner of his mouth, it sent chills down one’s spine.

His cold gaze swept over him, as if intending to tear him apart bone by bone.

Bo Jingci slowly walked toward him, ignoring the turmoil on his face, and stopped directly in front of him.

Seeing Xie Mingde’s trembling legs, a flicker of amusement appeared at the corner of his mouth.

“Not saying?” he still smiled.

“Shall I guess?”

Xie Mingde watched as he pulled out a sharp knife from somewhere, its blade gleaming coldly. His legs trembled even more violently.

His mind was in complete chaos, fear spreading from the soles of his feet to the top of his head. He was too overwhelmed to think, so naturally, he hadn’t had time to process the question.

“This one?” the man’s bloodthirsty voice whispered in his ear.

In his daze, a searing pain suddenly shot through his palm!

“Ah!” he screamed, his eyes wide with shock as he looked at his right hand.

Bo Jingci had already, at some unknown moment, stabbed the knife into his hand. Hearing his scream and seeing his disbelieving, pale face, the smile on his face grew even more pronounced.

“Or this one?”

Before he could react, Bo Jingci had already, at some unknown moment, pulled the knife out and stabbed it into his other hand. And right as he let out a loud wail, he twisted it in a circle.

“Still not saying?”

He curled his lips coldly, his expression no longer as casual as before. In an instant, it had shifted to a dark, menacing look.

A deep, dark light swirled in the depths of his pitch-black eyes.

“Then you won’t need either.”

Then, an even louder wail echoed.

It was unclear how much time had passed, but Xie Mingde’s face was already drenched in sweat, and even the crotch of his pants was soaked.

Bo Jingci sneered as he looked at him. “Pathetic.”

The moment Bo Jingci stopped, Xie Mingde’s mind raced. He roughly guessed that Bo Jingci was likely avenging some woman.

But who could it be?

Then, he remembered the trending topic—the person who had remained silent for so long just to exact revenge on him.

Song Jingmian.

Impossible. How could she possibly have gotten involved with Bo Jingci?

But aside from this being the most likely possibility, who else could it be?

Even if it was hard to believe, his mind had already reached a conclusion. Only now did he realize that, although he had thought that woman was different, her methods of revenge were far from honorable.

To have gotten involved with someone like Bo Jingci—she truly was something.

He knew he was at the mercy of these people, with no way to escape. Since he couldn’t escape, he might as well make things unpleasant for them.

He suddenly burst into laughter, raising his head to look at Bo Jingci with a mocking smile. “Are you talking about Song Jingmian?”

“She was so tender back then, truly delightful.”

He sneered coldly, meeting Bo Jingci’s gaze with a defiant look. “I touched her everywhere.”

“Mr. Bo, how does it feel to have someone else’s leftovers?”

Bo Jingci suddenly smiled, but the smile didn’t reach his eyes. “Do you think I’d believe you?”

He tossed the knife in his hand aside and stood directly in front of Xie Mingde, looking down at him with disdain. “My woman is not for you to comment on.”

Xie Mingde continued to laugh. “Is that so?”

A smug smile curled at the corner of his lips as he stared directly at Bo Jingci. “Should I tell you, Mr. Bo, how hard she worked in bed?”

When Song Jingmian rushed back, this was the scene she witnessed.

She heard Xie Mingde’s lewd remarks about her and knew the bastard was deliberately trying to disgust others. She had initially thought Bo Jingci might believe him, but to her surprise, he had stood firmly by her side.

Looking at the man’s broad back, she felt truly fortunate.

Just as she saw Xie Mingde about to spew more disgusting words, Song Jingmian immediately ran to Bo Jingci, pulling him behind her.

“Xie Mingde!”

After so many years, seeing this face again, the hatred in Song Jingmian’s heart only grew stronger.

“You deserve to die.”

Song Jingmian’s sudden appearance had already shocked everyone, but when they saw her red-eyed, sinister gaze as she uttered these words, they realized just how similar Madam and the CEO truly were.

That look was filled with bloodlust and brutality.

“Everything you’ve done is enough to have you killed a thousand times over.”

Seeing the wounds on his hands, blood continuously flowing, she curled her lips into a cold smile, then bent down to pick up the knife Bo Jingci had discarded.

Her eyes swept over him, not bothering to conceal her impending brutality.

“Do you want to taste the blade again?”

Without waiting for Xie Mingde’s reaction, she plunged the knife directly into his already injured arm.

“Does it hurt?” she sneered, watching his restrained expression, yet the rage in her heart remained unrelieved.

She wished she could cut him into a thousand pieces.

Slowly twisting the knife, a thick layer of amusement filled her eyes. “Not speaking? Then it must not hurt.”

With that, she increased the pressure.

She hadn’t expected this old bastard to be so resilient.

She slowly withdrew the blade, carefully examining the blood that clung to it.

Then, he slowly brought the knife tip to the little finger of his right hand.

“This one? I think it’s better not to, don’t you?”
