Her legs ached, her clothes were soaked through, and her glasses kept fogging up with every labored breath—but none of that mattered.

She’d found him.

He stood at the edge of a cliff, silhouette stark against the bruised sky, his single eye fixed on some distant point she couldn’t perceive.

He didn’t turn when she approached, didn’t acknowledge her arrival with so much as a twitch.

Classic Sasuke.

“Took you long enough to need me, Sasuke-kun!” she called out, forcing brightness into her voice despite her exhaustion.

“I brought supplies from Orochimaru’s old network.

Medical kits, intel on some of the remnants still causing trouble in the southern territories.

Not that I came specifically for you or anything—” She was rambling now, she knew it, but she couldn’t stop.

“I mean, I was already heading in this direction anyway.

The network needed someone reliable to make the delivery, and Suigetsu’s useless, and Jugo’s too erratic, so obviously it had to be me—” “Karin.” His voice cut through her word vomit like a blade.

“The cave.

Now.” Thunder rolled across the mountains, the first fat drops of rain splattering against the rocks around them.

Sasuke was already moving, his long strides eating up the ground toward a narrow opening in the cliff face she hadn’t noticed.

Karin scrambled after him, heart hammering against her ribs.

The cave was small—barely wide enough for two people to sit without touching, with a low ceiling that forced even Karin to hunch slightly.

Water dripped from somewhere deep within, and the air smelled of damp stone and mineral deposits.

Outside, the storm unleashed its full fury, rain hammering the mountainside in sheets.

Sasuke settled against the far wall, back pressed to the cold stone, and began methodically checking his weapons.

Kunai, shuriken, his sword—the familiar ritual of maintenance that had always been his way of retreating from the world.

“I mean it, you know,” Karin said, dropping her pack with more force than necessary.

“I didn’t come just because of you.

There’s actual work to be done.

Intel that needs delivering.

I have responsibilities now, Sasuke-kun.

I’m not just some lovestruck girl who follows you around anymore.” Silence.

He didn’t even look at her.

“I’ve been doing really well, actually,” she continued, hating how desperate she sounded.

“Orochimaru’s network is a mess, but I’ve been organizing it, making it useful.

People respect me now.

I’ve even led a few missions myself—” “Your chakra sensing has improved.” The words were so quiet she almost missed them.

Karin’s breath caught in her throat.

She stared at him, waiting for the punchline, the dismissal, the cold indifference she’d learned to expect.

Instead, he finally turned his head to look at her.

“The range, the precision.

You tracked me across three territories through a building storm.

That’s not luck.” Something warm bloomed in Karin’s chest.

She hated how much his approval meant to her, how a few words from him could undo weeks of carefully constructed walls.

But before she could respond, another thought struck her—the realization that this was the most words he’d spoken to her since she’d arrived.

“Was that a compliment?” she asked, unable to keep the giddy edge from her voice.

“Sasuke-kun, was that actually a compliment?

Should I write this moment down for posterity?

Because I don’t think you’ve ever voluntarily acknowledged my existence before—” “Shut up, Karin.” But there was no real venom in it.

If anything, he sounded almost…

tired.

The storm raged on outside, trapping them in their tiny sanctuary, and something shifted in his expression.

She knew that look—the one he got when he was thinking about things he didn’t want to think about.

“What is it?” she asked, scooting closer despite herself.

“What’s wrong?” “Nothing.” “Sasuke-kun.” She said his name softly, a genuine question wrapped in it.

“I know what that look means.

You’re thinking about something.

Something you don’t want to say.” The silence stretched between them, filled only by the howling wind and battering rain.

When Sasuke finally spoke, his voice was flat, carefully controlled, as if he were reciting a mission report.

“Sakura and I are…

something.

When I return to the village, there are expectations.

Things she’ll want from me that I can’t—” He stopped, jaw tight.

Karin’s heart cracked a little.

Of course.

It was always Sakura with him.

But she pushed the hurt down, because this was Sasuke opening up to her, and she’d take any fragment of him she could get.

“You’ve never been with anyone,” she said softly.

It wasn’t a question.

“No.” Her mind raced.

This was Sasuke—cold, untouchable, emotionally constipated Sasuke—admitting a vulnerability to her.

An intimate deficit.

She could see the tension in his shoulders, the way his hands had stilled on his weapons, waiting for her judgment.

“I don’t want to look like a fool,” he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

“When I go back.

When I’m with her.

I need to know what to do.” Karin’s pulse quickened.

A wild, impossible idea formed in her mind.

The kind of idea she’d fantasized about during lonely nights, never daring to voice aloud.

“I could teach you.” The words hung in the air, charged with electric possibility.

Sasuke’s eye snapped to her face, searching for mockery, for a trick.

She held his gaze, letting him see her sincerity.

“You know what women want,” he said slowly.

It wasn’t quite a question.

“I know what I want,” she corrected, her voice dropping to something lower, more intimate.

“But I know about bodies, Sasuke-kun.

About pleasure.

About what makes a woman respond the way you want her to.” The storm outside seemed to hold its breath along with her.

Sasuke stared at her for a long moment, that intense gaze that made her feel like she was being dissected, examined, judged.

“Show me,” he said finally.

“Teach me.

Everything.” The air in the cave grew heavier.

Karin’s hands trembled slightly as she reached for the collar of her shirt, but she forced herself to move slowly, deliberately.

This was the moment she’d dreamed about—and it needed to be perfect.

“The first thing you need to understand,” she said, her voice steadier than she felt, “is that every woman is different.

What works for one might not work for another.

You have to read the signals.” She guided his hand to her shoulder, bare now that she’d shrugged the damp fabric away.

“Watch how my skin responds.” Sasuke’s fingers were warm against her, calloused from years of weapon training.

She saw him analyzing the contact, studying her reaction with that same intensity he’d give to a battle strategy.

“Soft,” he observed.

“Warm.” “Touch is about pressure,” Karin explained, her breath hitching as his fingers traced down her arm.

“Light touches feel different than firm ones.

This—” She demonstrated, dragging her own fingers across her collarbone.

“This teases.

It makes the nerves stand up, makes the skin hypersensitive.” She unbuttoned her shirt slowly, letting it fall open to reveal the simple bra beneath.

Sasuke’s eye tracked the movement with laser focus, his expression unreadable but intent.

“You can touch me,” she offered, heart racing.

“It’s okay.

This is practice.” His hand came up slowly, palm resting against the curve of her breast over the fabric.

Karin bit back a moan, forcing herself to maintain her instructional composure.

“Notice the weight,” she said.

“How the flesh gives under pressure.

Now feel what happens when I–” She reached back and unclasped the bra, letting the garment fall away.

“When there’s nothing between.” Sasuke’s breath caught almost imperceptibly.

His hand settled on her bare breast, thumb brushing across the nipple.

Karin gasped, her body betraying her instantly.

“See how it hardens,” she managed, her voice strained.

“That’s arousal.

The blood rushes, the nerves become more sensitive.

Some women like gentle touches here—” She pressed his hand into a light circling motion, her eyes fluttering closed.

“And some like firmer pressure.” He applied more force, rolling her nipple between thumb and forefinger.

Karin’s hips bucked involuntarily.

“Like that,” she panted.

“Exactly like that.

That’s…

that’s a good technique.” But instead of continuing, Sasuke pulled back, studying her like a puzzle he was solving.

“You’re aroused,” he stated.

“Already.” “Yes,” Karin admitted, mortified and aroused in equal measure.

“Because you’re touching me, and I’ve—” She stopped, shook her head.

“It doesn’t matter.

The point is, arousal makes bodies respond.

A wet—” She caught herself, remembering from experience that men appreciated directness, but still.

“Aroused bodies are ready for more.” The cave had grown warmer despite the storm.

Or maybe that was just her feverish skin.

Karin had lost track of their lesson plan, her thoughts dissolving into sensation as Sasuke explored her body with that methodical intensity.

“Here,” she gasped, guiding his hand down her stomach, past the waistband of her pants.

“Feel how wet I am?” Sasuke’s fingers brushed through slick heat, and something flickered in his expression—surprise, perhaps, or fascination.

“You’re…” “My body preparing itself for sex,” Karin finished, her cheeks burning.

“This is normal.

This is what you want when you touch a woman down here.

If she’s dry, that means she’s not ready—you need to spend more time on foreplay.” Skilled fingers parted her folds, finding the sensitive bud at the top.

Karin cried out, her hips jerking.

“This is the clitoris,” she gasped, gripping his wrist.

“It’s the most sensitive part.

The key to most women’s pleasure.

When you touch here—” His fingers circled experimentally, and she shuddered.

“When you touch here, you’re building her toward orgasm.” “How do you know I’m doing it right?” Sasuke asked, his voice low, almost curious.

Karin let out a shaky laugh.

“Trust me, you’d know if it were wrong.

Fast, hard pressure is usually too much too soon.

Slow, gentle—” He adjusted his approach, and white sparks burst behind her eyes.

“Yes, like that.

Exactly like that.” She was spreading her legs wider now, shameless in her need, her mind barely able to form coherent instructions.

Sasuke watched her face as he worked, cataloging every twist of pleasure, every gasp and moan.

“You like this,” he said, and there was something almost wondering in his voice.

“I love it,” Karin admitted breathlessly.

“I love that it’s you touching me, that your hands are on my body, that you’re learning what makes me—” His thumb pressed just right, and she shattered.

“Oh god, Sasuke-kun—!” The orgasm crashed over her, pleasure spiking through every nerve.

She heard herself cry out, felt her inner walls clench around nothing, her whole body convulsing with release.

Sasuke didn’t stop his assault until the waves finally receded, leaving her trembling and flushed.

“That,” she managed, panting heavily, “was an orgasm.” Sasuke looked at his hand, glistening with her evidence, something unreadable in his gaze.

“It’s powerful.” “It’s the best feeling in the world,” Karin agreed, sitting up on her elbows.

“And every woman deserves that, Sasuke-kun.

You need to make sure you give her that—either with your hands, your mouth, or your—” She felt heat creep up her neck.

“Well.

We’ll get to that part.” The storm continued its symphony outside, but Karin was oblivious to everything except the man before her.

She’d removed her remaining clothes piece by piece during their lesson, and now she was completely bare—skin flushed, nipples peaked, thighs glistening.

And Sasuke, finally, was undressing too.

She watched with hungry eyes as he stripped off his shirt, revealing the lean muscles and scars that mapped the story of his survival.

The chakra cloak he wore so often hid more than she’d realized.

Her fingers itched to trace every line, to learn every mark on his body.

“Black hair.” She reached out, fingers brushing through the hair on his chest.

“I always wondered if you were hairy under there.” Sasuke caught her wrist, a flicker of something almost like amusement crossing his features.

“Less talking.

More teaching.” “Bossy,” Karin accused, but she was grinning.

“Fine.

Next lesson: how to make a woman feel good with your body.” She guided him down onto the cave floor, settling over him on her knees.

The position gave her access to his body, and she drank him in—the hard planes of his chest, the rippling muscles of his abdomen, the way his eyes followed her movements with that same predator’s focus.

“Your hands,” she said, “are for more than just my hips.” She lifted his palms to her breasts, letting him cup their weight.

“When you’re inside her, you want to stimulate other areas.

Her breasts, her clit, her thighs.

Don’t just focus on penetration.” Sasuke’s thumbs circled her nipples in that calculated way he’d learned earlier, and Karin moaned, her hips rolling instinctively against nothing.

“Good,” she praised.

“You’re a fast learner.” “I’m motivated,” he replied, and there was the faintest hint of warmth in his voice.

Karin wanted to bottle it and drink it.

She reached behind her, fingers closing around his length.

He was hard—had been since their lesson started, she realized.

That knowledge sent a fresh rush of heat through her.

He wanted this.

He wanted her.

“When you first enter, you have to go slow,” she instructed, positioning him at her entrance.

“The angle matters.

She needs to adjust to your size.” Slowly, deliberately, she sank down onto him.

The feeling of being filled by him—this man she’d loved for so long, who was finally here with her like this—made her head spin.

She took him inch by inch, letting her body accommodate him, her walls gripping and releasing around his length.

“This is me adjusting,” she gasped, eyes locked on his face.

“Feel how my body is learning you?” Sasuke’s jaw was tight, his hands gripping her hips like she was the only thing anchoring him to reality.

“You feel—” He stopped, swallowing hard.

“Tight.

Incredible.” Karin’s heart soared.

“Now.

Moving.

Let me show you a rhythm.” She rose and fell slowly, letting him feel the motion.

The drag of his length against her walls was exquisite, and she let herself get lost in it for a moment, her hair falling around her shoulders like a red curtain.

“Up and down,” she breathed.

“Or forward and back.

Each feels different.

The important thing is being in tune with her reactions.” Sasuke’s hands tightened on her hips; then, with a subtle shift, he was moving with her—thrusting upward to meet her downward motion.

Karin cried out, the new angle hitting something devastating inside her.

“Yes,” she gasped.

“Like that—yes, Sasuke-kun—!” “Do you want me to go faster?” His voice was rough, strained, nothing like the cold mask he usually wore.

“Yes—please—god, yes—” His control snapped.

Sasuke flipped them with a fluid motion that left Karin gasping, and suddenly she was on her back, him above her, between her legs.

He looked down at her with that intense stare, hair falling across his face, chest heaving.

“Missionary,” Karin managed, dazed.

“Deepest penetration.

Good for eye contact.” “Enough teaching.” He thrust into her with the kind of force that wiped every thought from her mind.

“How does this feel?” “Fuck—!

It feels—!” She couldn’t articulate.

He was moving now with a rhythm she hadn’t taught him, instinct and passion guiding him better than any lesson.

His hips slammed against hers, his cock driving deep, and Karin clung to him, nails raking down his back.

“Good?” he demanded, voice guttural.

“Amazing—Sasuke-kun, you’re—you’re perfect—” He growled something she couldn’t decipher, mouth descending on her neck, teeth scraping against the sensitive skin.

Karin’s body was on fire, pleasure building rapidly in her core.

“Touch me,” she begged, moving his hand to her breasts.

“Don’t stop—please—” His fingers found her nipple, rolling it as he fucked into her, and Karin shattered around him.

The orgasm tore through her violently, cry ripped from her throat as her body clenched around his length.

She saw something raw flash in Sasuke’s eye—something primal and hungry.

He kept thrusting, using her shuddering body to chase his own release.

“Close,” he grunted.

“What do I—” “Don’t pull out,” Karin gasped, barely coherent.

“It’s okay—come inside me—I want to feel it—” Three more pounding thrusts and he was following her over the edge, a groan torn from his chest as he buried himself deep and filled her.

Karin held him through it, legs wrapped around his waist, feeling every pulse and spasm of his release.

The storm had finally begun to ease, but neither of them moved.

Sasuke lay beside her, breathing still uneven, one arm draped possessively across her waist.

Karin could feel his seed leaking from her body, and the knowledge made her flush with secret pleasure.

“So,” she said finally, her voice teasing despite her exhaustion.

“Did that cover everything on your syllabus?” Sasuke’s reply was a low grunt.

Then, after a long moment: “You’re good at teaching.” “High praise from the Uchiha Sasuke,” Karin laughed, but it died in her throat when she looked at him.

His gaze was fixed on her with that intensity that made her stomach flutter.

“What?” “You didn’t hesitate,” he said quietly.

“To do this.

To teach me.

To give me this, knowing what it’s for.” Karin’s smile turned wistful.

“I know you’ll never choose me, Sasuke-kun.

But I got to have this moment with you.

I got to feel you inside me, hear you lose control because of me.

That’s more than I ever thought I’d have.” She reached up, touching his face.

“I’ll always be here, you know.

If you need me.

Not just for this—for anything.” Something shifted in his expression, a crack in the ice he’d built around himself.

He leaned down and pressed his mouth to hers—not passionate, not demanding, just something quiet and soft and achingly tender.

“Thank you,” he murmured against her lips.

When dawn broke over the mountains, Karin was gone, taking her supplies and her broken heart back toward the network.

But she smiled the whole way, fingers idly touching her lips.

For one night, she’d had Sasuke.

For one night, she’d been his teacher, his salvation, his first.

And that would be enough.
