Upon returning, Rex looked at the world that was being rebuilt from the ruins of its former empire.

The flood had receded, leaving behind a land both broken and reborn.

The once grand kingdoms had vanished, replaced by scattered settlements, fragile hope, and a deep-rooted faith.Full novel: Reality Reset: The Sandbox Sovereign — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

The scars of destruction were still visible.

Yet… life persisted.

With the lessons from the past the humans had begun to live again.

Slowly and cautiously, they began to reform their civilization with what remains after the disaster.

Rex stood silently, observing everything from beyond.

To Rex, it had barely been time enough to take a breath.

But in the sandbox almost 4 years passed by.

“Alice, slow the time,” he said calmly.

[TIME FLOW ADJUSTED TO MATCH REALITY.] The rapid movement of the world gradually stabilized.

The rushing rivers calmed.

The skies slowed.

The movements of the people became natural once again.

Rex nodded slightly.

“Now… it’s time to take the next step.” With a thought, he opened the system shop interface.

A familiar panel appeared before his eyes, glowing faintly.

His gaze shifted toward the numbers displayed.

[Shock Points: 106,257,355] For years, he had accumulated these points without spending much.

Every action, every emotional ripple he created in both worlds had been converted into value.

He had been patient and careful.

Waiting for the right moment to arrive, but now things were different.

“The sandbox has stabilized… humans have survived… but they are still too weak.” His eyes narrowed slightly as he looked at the world below.

“They survived because I allowed it… not because they were strong enough.” That wasn’t enough for what he had in mind for them.

“If they are to grow… they need direction.” “Not just survival… but strength.

A direction towards extraordinary and leap beyond potential.” He scrolled through the system shop slowly.

Countless options appeared- skills, abilities, creatures, enhancements, subordinates, and more.

Then… He opened the Novel Character Section.

Rows upon rows of powerful beings appeared before him.

Characters he had once read about- legends, warriors, kings and monsters.

Some names he recognized instantly while many were rather unfamiliar.

Each one had different potential and each one carried a different price.

Rex observed carefully and did not rush.

His eyes moved from one character to another, calculating and analyzing their usefulness.

“What I need is not just strength…” “They need someone who can shape them.” “A warrior… who understands evolution through battle.

One who is capable of going beyond limit.” Time passed as he searched.

Then- He stopped.

His gaze locked onto one figure.

Saiyan Ancestor.

A warrior known for overwhelming strength, endless battle instinct, and an indomitable will that only grew stronger through combat.

A warrior who forged the path of limit breaking for his entire race.

Rex’s eyes flickered with interest.

“This one…” He tapped the panel and two options appeared instantly.

[DO YOU WISH TO MAKE A PERMANENT PURCHASE OR TEMPORARY PURCHASE?] Rex paused for a moment.

This was his first time using this section.

He didn’t know such an option existed.

“What is the difference?” he asked with curiosity.

[PERMANENT PURCHASE: THE CHARACTER WILL BECOME A PERMANENT SUBORDINATE OF THE HOST.] [TEMPROARY PURCHASE: THE HOST MUST ASSIGN A TASK.

ONCE COMPLETED, THE CHARACTER WILL DISAPPEAR.] Rex nodded slowly.

He looked at the pricing, permanent purchase was expensive….very expensive.

Temporary- far cheaper.

But temporary wasn’t what he needed.

“This is not a short-term investment…” “If I want to build something lasting… I need someone who can stay.” He looked once more at the Saiyan Ancestor.

Then- he gritted his treth and without hesitation- “Purchase permanently.” [DING!

PURCHASE CONFIRMED.] [50,000,000 POINTS HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED.] For a brief moment- he went silent.

His heart ached as he looked at the points that was deducted.

This was his savings for almost 4 years and now almost half of it was gone.

Then- The space around Rex distorted.

A heavy pressure filled the air, it wasn’t violent, but it was overwhelming.

As if something powerful had entered existence itself.

A figure began to materialize.

Step by step A man appeared tall and broad-shouldered.

His body was sculpted like steel- muscles perfectly defined, radiating explosive power.

His presence alone made the air feel heavier.

His eyes were sharp, but carried a calm demeanor.

Yet… was filled with a quiet intensity, not arrogance nor aggression, but absolute confidence.

A warrior who had fought countless battles, who had never been broken.

Then- Without hesitation- He knelt on one knee with his head lowered.

“Saiyan warrior Saffa… greets the Master.” Rex looked at him silently.

He could feel the difference.

This was not an ordinary subordinate, this was a being forged through battle.

His presence alone made him feel the points were spent worthy.

“Raise your head,” Rex said calmly.

Saffa complied immediately.

His gaze met Rex’s- but only for a moment, before lowering again in respect.

Rex spoke slowly.

“I have a world.” “A world that I created.” Saffa’s expression did not change, but something stirred in his eyes.

Although he looked calm, beneath the calm expression he was shocked to the core.

“A world where humans exist…” “But they are weak.” “They lack strength and direction.” Rex looked directly at him.

“I want you to go there.” “And train one person.” “That child… will shape the future of that world.” “Time in that world will not affect your age you can go without any worries.” Saffa listened silently.

Every word entered his mind clearly, but his steady heartbeat skipped a beat .

A spark ignited within him.

“Apostle…” he thought.

“To serve a creator… and shape a world…” This was no ordinary mission but was … a purpose.

He knelt once more.

“I understand.” “I will not fail.” Rex nodded slightly.

“Alice, activate voice transmission.” [DING!

VOICE TRANSMISSION ACTIVATED.] In the sandbox world- The sky changed.

Clouds gathered slowly.

A golden light pierced through the heavens.

People stopped and animals froze.

The air… became still and silent.

The entire world came to a halt.

Then- A voice deep, calm and unquestionable descended.

“Archon.” The entire land trembled.

Every human fell to their knees instantly and even those who had never seen the Creator before felt it.

It could only be one being.

“The Creator…” Archon, standing at the center of the settlement, immediately knelt.

His body trembled slightly.

“Great One…” Rex’s voice echoed again.

“I am sending a warrior.” “He will teach Amal.” “He will guide him to become someone worthy to lead humanity.” “You will receive him.” The voice faded.

But the sky… remained bright.

Then- A figure descended from the center of the golden light slowly and gracefully.

It was Saffa.

As he descended, his massive form shrank, adapting to the scale of the sandbox world.

When his feet touched the ground- A low shockwave spread, dust lifted into the air.

The ground trembled slightly.

No one spoke or dared to moved.

They stared cutiosly, but looked away instantly.

They dare not look at those cold and indifferent eyes directly.

It felt as if they were looking at a battle field filled with only blood and corpses.

Archon raised his head to look at the man sent by the Creator himself.

His eyes widened.

“This… is the one sent by the Great One…” Behind him, people whispered in fear and awe.

“An apostle…” “A divine warrior…” Saffa looked around calmly.

His eyes swept across the crowd sharply.

Assessing every single person and they felt it.

That gaze was not gentle or warm.

It was the gaze of a warrior who measured strength.

And he found most of them lacking.

As the Creator had said ‘weak to the extreme’.

His eyes finally settled on Archon.

Then- He spoke.

“I have come under the command of the Great One.” His voice was steady and cold, but not a bit disrespectful- But not respectful either as his tone was distant.

“I am here to train the child.” “The one named by the Creator.” He paused.

Then added- “But do not mistake me…” “I am not his mentor or teacher.” “I only follow the will of the Great One.” The words fell heavily.

No one dared to respond or make a sound.

Even Archon felt a chill like never before.

The Creator’s words was cold but with a hint of mercy and love for his creations.

This warrior’s words were sharp and cold.

This man was different.

But still- He bowed his head.

“I am the king of Archilies, Archon.

We the people of this empire, welcome you…” “Creator’s Apostle.

” Behind him every single person knelt on one knew welcoming him.

Their voices shook the land, as if announcing his arrival.

But- Saffa did not respond, his gaze moved past them.

Toward a small figure in the distance.

Standing quietly and watching with curious eyes was Amal.

Unlike others’ He did not kneel or tremble at his presence.

He simply… looked.

Saffa’s eyes narrowed slightly.

“…This one…” For the first time- A faint hint of interest appeared in his expression.

“This child…is different.” “Has potential.” And far above- Rex watched silently.

A faint smile formed on his lips.

“The first step…” “…has begun.”
