Jiаng Сi plаnnеd tо tаkе а nаp.

Shе went uрstаirs to her own roоm, laу down оn thе bеd, сoverеd herself with а thin blаnkеt, аnd clоsed hеr eyеs.

Whеn shе wоkе up, it wаs alreadу 2 р.m.

Shе gоt uр and washed hеr fасe.

Jiаng Ci сheckеd оnсе more whеthеr the curtаins on all thrее flооrs of thе villа were tightly drawn.

Not a single gаp соuld bе lеft.

Аfter сonfirming everуthing was sеcurе, she turnеd on some of the lights.

The villa’s overall decor leaned toward European style, which didn’t match Jiang Ci’s ideal preference for a rustic wood aesthetic.

The third floor had three bedrooms: the master bedroom, a secondary bedroom, and a guest room.

Jiang Ci stored all the furniture from these three rooms into her space.

Three large beds, wardrobes, nightstands, dressing tables, full-length mirrors, and more.

Inside the wardrobes were some old clothes that her parents and she had worn before, as well as down comforters and thick cotton quilts.

Her and her mother’s dressing tables still contained quite a few pieces of jewelry and accessories, along with a small amount of long-expired cosmetics.

The second floor also had three rooms.

One was a training room, filled with sports equipment: two treadmills for exercise, dumbbells, an electronic stepper, an ab roller, push-up stands, jump ropes, hula hoops, and more.

Another was a study, her father’s home office space, featuring a large desk, a guest sofa, and bookshelves filled with books on finance, management, and psychology.

But upon closer inspection, one would notice two or three cookbooks mixed in—her mother’s.

In one corner at the very bottom, there were also a few children’s books from her childhood.

The last room was her own study.

It housed an expensive white tripod piano, a desk with a chair, and a fluffy round rug on the floor.

One entire wall was lined with bookshelves, neatly arranged with all the textbooks and study materials she had used from first grade through her senior year of high school.

All of them had been organized by her mother.

The lower shelves held miscellaneous books: fashion magazines, classic novels, youth campus magazines, anime picture books, required reading for each grade, and more.

Everything on the entire second floor was stored into her space, leaving not a single item behind.

On the first floor, near the staircase, was a maid’s room containing only a bed and a wardrobe—both taken.

Under the stairs was a hidden small door leading to a storage room, which held cleaning tools and some basic repair tools. All of these were taken, as they would be useful.

The living room was spacious, with a TV cabinet, an oversized LCD TV, a projector, a large sofa, coffee tables, a tea table, a dining table, a curio shelf, and more—all stored away.

In the kitchen, there was a massive three-door refrigerator—perfect, she placed it in the kitchen of her space house.

An oven, an air fryer, an electric hot pot, a rice cooker, a dishwasher, a sterilizer, clay pots, woks, stew pots, frying pans, non-stick pans, a microwave, an induction cooker, a pressure cooker, a blender, a meat grinder, a steamer, and various other pots, pans, and utensils.

Every kitchen tool that was frequently used was available, and she stored them all into the kitchen of her space house.

Finally, after thoroughly checking the entire villa again and storing away the washing machine, dryer, and air conditioners,

the villa was completely empty.

In contrast, the kitchen in her space house was now packed full.

The curio shelf had also been placed in one of the rooms, which she decided would be dedicated to storing more valuable or rare items in the future. For instance, on the antique display shelf, there were the antiques her father had bid for at auctions—porcelain vases, jade and jadeite pieces, some limited-edition models, and so on.

There were also the photos she had taken of the prosperous and bustling era before the calamities.

The washing machine and dryer had already been placed in suitable spots.

As for air conditioning, it wasn’t really needed inside the space.

Apart from the refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, antique display shelf, and kitchenware—these few items that had entered her spatial house—everything else had been left outside the spatial house by Jiang Ci.

After tidying everything up, Jiang Ci opened the door and stepped out, locked it again, and drove away.

She was going abroad for a few days later, and she wasn’t used to foreign food, so she felt that ordering from two large restaurants wasn’t enough. She planned to find two more similar large restaurants.

There were plenty of big restaurants in the city that catered to various banquets.

Jiang Ci easily placed orders at two more restaurants, again for 200 servings per day from each.

Next to the last restaurant was a paper-wrapped fish shop.

Jiang Ci ordered one paper-wrapped fish, along with two side dishes: one portion of winter melon and one portion of instant noodles.

It was indeed delicious, and she ate until she was full.

As she was leaving, she noticed that the shop not only sold paper-wrapped fish but also charcoal-grilled fish. So, she placed an order with the owner for 50 grilled river catfish per day.

After leaving, she followed her usual route.

First, she went to the spicy soup shop, then the snack street, followed by restaurants, spicy frog and fish hotpot, barbecue joints, lamb rice noodle shops, breakfast spots, and rice noodle shops.

Finally, she returned home.

Lying on the living room sofa, she took out her phone and noticed an unread message and a missed call.

She opened the unread message.

Pharmaceutical Representative: The medicine is ready. Are you free tomorrow morning?

Jiang Ci: Yes. Let’s meet at the usual car rental place at 10 a.m. tomorrow.

The other person replied instantly: Okay.

Then she opened the missed call.

She tapped to call back.

“Hello.”

“Hello, Ms. Jiang. This is the self-heating hotpot manufacturer. I’m calling to let you know that the 400,000 boxes of self-heating hotpots you ordered are ready. Would you like to pick them up yourself, or shall we deliver them to a specified location?”

“Hmm, I’ll pick them up tomorrow at 2 p.m.”

“Tomorrow at 2 p.m., right?”

“Yes.”

“Alright, someone will be at the warehouse to assist you tomorrow. Sorry for the disturbance. Goodbye.”

After hanging up, she opened “Happy Match-3” and played for half an hour before taking a shower and going to bed.

The next morning at 6 a.m., Jiang Ci entered the space to train. She had moved all the sports equipment from the second floor of her villa into the space.

She had even cleared a dedicated area to arrange these fitness machines, making it much more convenient for exercise and workouts.

She trained inside the space for two hours.

Sweating profusely and full of energy, she felt as if her entire body was brimming with strength.

She took a shower and changed clothes.

After having breakfast, she drove the van to Linjiang Car Rental.

She arrived at 9 a.m., an hour before the scheduled time.

Not wanting to sit around idly waiting, Jiang Ci drove around the area.

Spotting a milk tea shop, she went in and ordered 100 cups of milk tea to pick up at noon.

Nearby, there was a square where someone was singing, surrounded by a large crowd.

Jiang Ci grabbed her camera, went over to listen to the songs for a while, and took a few photos.

There were children brought out to play by their grandparents, clamoring noisily for sugar figurines.

Jiang Ci scanned the area and, sure enough, spotted a sugar figurine vendor in one corner of the square.

She walked over and ordered a Doraemon sugar figurine from the vendor. While the vendor was making the sugar figurine, she raised her camera and took a photo of the sugar figurine stall, then another of the craftsman focused on his work, finally giving her Doraemon sugar figurine a close-up.

The child who had been clamoring for a sugar figurine was also led over by his grandfather and got a little rabbit sugar figurine.

After paying, licking the Doraemon sugar figurine in her hand, Jiang Ci wandered around aimlessly for a while before heading back to the car rental shop.
