Chen Feng, Chen Ling, and Qin Su arrived at the library.
Chen Feng looked at Qin Su.
Chen Feng said, “Qin Su, you can wait outside.
We will be back in a little while.”
Qin Su replied, “I will go in with you.”
Chen Feng frowned.
“You can’t go inside because you are not a disciple of the sect.”
Qin Su smiled.
“After dinner, I went to see Master and showed her my talent.
I have now become her disciple, so I can enter the sect library.”
Chen Feng looked at her in surprise.
“Okay.”
The three of them entered the library.
Inside, Elder Zhou Fan was sitting on a chair.
One hand rested on the armrest while the other held a gourd filled with wine.
Chen Feng, Chen Ling, and Qin Su greeted the elder before exploring the library.
However, the library was extremely vast.
After a while, Chen Feng approached Elder Zhou Fan.
“Elder, can you tell me where I can find books about arrays?”
Elder Zhou Fan pointed toward a bookshelf.
“In the second row, the fifth book is called Ten Thousand Arrays.
It is a very difficult book to learn from, but it contains almost everything you need to know about arrays.”
Chen Feng thanked the elder and walked toward the bookshelf.
He took the book and read through a few pages.
Some time later, he returned to Elder Zhou Fan with another question.
“Elder, may I ask you something?”
Elder Zhou Fan nodded.
“When will I be able to look into my Sea of Consciousness by myself?”
“You will be able to do so once you reach the Foundation Establishment Realm.”
Chen Feng cupped his fists.
“Thank you, Elder, for clearing the doubts of this junior.”
Elder Zhou Fan simply nodded.
Soon, Chen Ling and Qin Su returned, and the three of them headed back to their peak.
After saying goodbye to them, Chen Feng entered his hut and began studying arrays.
As he read through the book, he realized that his understanding of arrays was very different from that of ordinary cultivators.
Chen Feng thought to himself,
“These arrays are like circuits.
The energy source provides power, and everything is connected internally like a machine.
If the source is destroyed, the entire array stops functioning.”
Chen Feng took out the storage bag and carefully examined the array engraved on it.
He attempted to break the array protecting the storage bag.
However, even after trying for the entire night, he failed to open it.
The next morning, Chen Ling and Qin Su arrived at his hut, and the three of them attended the lecture together.
The lecture passed peacefully.
After it ended, Chen Feng and the others were walking back toward their peak when they heard several disciples discussing something.
Curious, Chen Ling went over to ask what had happened.
A few moments later, she returned.
Chen Feng asked, “What were they talking about?”
Chen Ling replied, “The Azure Sect doesn’t have only four peaks.
There is actually a fifth peak.”
“The fifth peak is called Dragon Peak.
It was home to body cultivators.”
“During the war between humans and demons, the Peak Master died, and all of his disciples left for the battlefield.
Dragon Peak was abandoned after that.”
“There is even a rumor that the peak is haunted.”
Chen Feng became interested.
“They were body cultivators, right?
Then they should have a special training hall.”
Chen Ling nodded.
“Yes.
There is a Gravity Training Hall on Dragon Peak.
However, it has also been abandoned.
Ordinary cultivators cannot use it.”
“Body cultivation is extremely difficult.
Most breakthroughs can only be achieved through life-and-death tempering.
That’s why very few people choose this path.”
She waved her hand.
“Forget about it.
Let’s go back.”
The three of them returned to the peak.
After dinner, everyone went back to their huts and rested.
However, in the middle of the night, Chen Feng quietly got up and headed toward Dragon Peak.
Soon, he arrived at the main hall of the abandoned peak.
A massive gate stood before him.
Two giant dragons were carved on both sides of the entrance, making the gate appear ancient and imposing.
Chen Feng stepped forward and pushed against the gate.
It did not move.
He circulated the Qi of the Fourth Layer of Qi Refinement and pushed again.
The gate still did not move an inch.
Suddenly, an idea appeared in his mind.
The disciples of Dragon Peak were all body cultivators.
Perhaps the gate could only be opened through body cultivation.
Chen Feng activated his Bronze Body Art.
Immediately, the massive gate began to tremble.
Slowly, it opened.
Chen Feng stepped inside.
The hall was enormous.
At its center stood a gigantic dragon statue that seemed to overlook the entire hall.
Chen Feng raised his head and stared at the statue.
Suddenly—
A dazzling white light erupted from the dragon statue.
