~{JENNA’S POV}~
*
“I heard you are getting married next week and had to see for myself.” The man who went by the name, Nick, said.
I watched how his eyes dragged down my body before slowly moving back up to look at my face and he had a ridiculous smile like I will be his next treat.
He had thick curly two colored hair which consisted of blonde and brown, giving it an alluring look and his eyes were the brightest brown I have ever seen and he had tanned skin and was well built but the same height as Levi.
“Now that you have confirmed it for yourself why don’t you leave my office now,” Levi irritatedly said and I frowned.
This was the first time I was hearing Levi sound disgusted by another man.
I looked at him to see his expression and it matched his words.
“Won’t you introduce me to your soon to be wife?
I believe she will be thrilled to know our history.” Nick sexily drawled and I wouldn’t lie about the fact that he was attractive but annoying.
I prefer Carl to him.
“Introduce yourself and make it fast or I won’t hesitate to have you removed from my office.” I coldly threatened the man and his eyes lit in surprise.
“Wow, she sure do has a sharp tongue for a-”
“Hey!” I suddenly shouted and it took him by surprise at my sudden outburst.
When that caught his attention, I left Levi and went to stand before him since he had stepped away from Levi’s office chair and stood by the desk.
“Are you his ex?
Or perhaps a whining ex?
Or a dumped ex?
Oh, how sad.
If you think it would bother me that he dated a man then you are in the wrong place.
Now get out.
I don’t even care to know who you are or what standing you have to be able to freely walk into my office and sit in my chair.
The nerve you have.” I ran my mouth as I blabbered whatever came to mind and it caught him completely off guard, causing his eyes to widen.
His triumphant attitude was gone and replaced with genuine shock.
“Wait, you know about his interest in men and still want to marry him?” He asked in surprise.
“Did I burst your bubble?
Oh, how sad and it felt like you wanted to rub it in his face but look who got rubbed in the face,” I pitifully said and tsked as I shook my head at him.
“Is he an ex, babe?” I asked while glaring at Nick.
“Yes,” Levi answered.
“What else?” I asked because I could tell there was more to this.
An ex wouldn’t just come in here with confidence.
I’m sure Carl wouldn’t be able to do this.
They must’ve had something more than what he had with Carl.
“He’s my cousin.”
My eyes widened when those words left Levi’s mouth and seeing my reaction, Nick smirked because he got what he wanted.
“I guess you don’t know it all.
Miss whatever you are called.” He drawled and wanted to walk past him.
But before he could do so, I clenched my left hand to a firm fist and landed him a hard punch in the face, directly on his nose and it caught him completely off guard.
“Ah!” He yelped as he held his nose but I didn’t stop there.
I wrapped an arm around his neck from behind and brought him down to my length as I began hitting him in the head.
“JENNA STOP!” Levi shouted in horror and came to separate us but I refused as I began pulling at the fool’s beautiful hair.
With ease, Levi wrapped his arms around my waist from behind and lifted me off my feet as he pulled me away but I clawed the air as I screamed at the handsome fool.
“You better leave while I haven’t transformed yet, you built fool!”
He stood straight as he looked at me in dread while holding on to his nose then he checked to see if it was bleeding and it wasn’t.
“If you think you can come in here and do that nonsense and go scot-free then know that you are a delusional idiot.
I will come for you.
Watch your back, especially where you sleep tonight.” I threatened him.
“JENNA THAT’S ENOUGH!
YOU WILL ALERT THE WORKERS!” Levi screamed at me and it took everything in me to remain calm.
“Let’s see how you get married in peace, Levi.” Nick threatened and wanted to walk past us.
I took that opportunity to stretch as much as I could and gripped his hair once again.
“Ouch!
You fucking bitch!
How dare you!”
A well built girl!” I cussed him back as I happily tugged at his hair while Levi tried really hard to pull us away.
When he finally did, Nick froze and so did I as I looked at my hand and saw that I had pulled out some strands of his beautiful hair.
And instead of feeling sorry, I burst out laughing while Nick screamed in horror.
**************††††**************
A few minutes later…
Levi and I sat in his office in the silence of it.
Nick had angrily stormed out after threatening me but I cared less.
He could easily hit me but he knew it would affect him, especially if he was a reputable businessman.
I had my arms stubbornly folded against my chest with my face looking in a different direction instead of Levi.
When Nick left, Levi shoved me on the couch in his office while he sat on the center table so we could be closer.
“Are you hurt?” He asked.
“Yes,” I answered but refused to look at him.
“Where?” He inquired.
“My heart,” I answered and heard him give a long sigh.
When I looked at him, I found him staring at me with a stern look.
“Was it really necessary for you to act out like that?
Especially in a business place.” He asked.
“Yes it was necessary.
He’s a total douchebag.” I stood my ground.
“And you felt punching him would be better?” He asked.
“I should have punched you instead for dating such a person.
You’re the real douchebag here, Levi.” I turned the tables and his eyes widened at my sudden switch.
“You know what,” he began.
“What?” I coaxed him and noticed the fiery look in his eyes.
“Do your worst.
I’m done.”
After declaring those shocking words, he stood up and turned to leave.
