As we entered it was dust flying all over.
We moved ahead in the bright sun.
The land was covered with sand and reptiles roamed around.
One had spikes on his back while it had scales all over its body it moved on its two legs.
And a huge tail at the end of the spikes.
They avoided us.
Maybe it was because of Leon’s blade and other weapons.
One other member had a shield covered in nesk and a shield.
One member held a huge trident.
Other’s had other skills and mosaics on their bodies.
One of them said “Look a Lake” we were all shocked to see the lake in the desert.
We walked towards it in the hot desert.
We splashed water and saw underneath and saw floors inside.
It was deep.
Leon watching the floors decided to check the underground floors.
Lara asked to go ahead and look for more of the lakes.
“But be careful.” I was on the team with lara with the shield guy.
We walked ahead untill another strange incident occured.
We saw flames roaming around the lake.
And this lake wasn’t cool.
The group knew that the area had desert like biome but lakes were new.
I could sense nesk wavering in the ground and so did Lara.
This lake was bigger than the previous one.
Lara sent out location to Leon and contacted him.
“There are strange signals coming from the lake. ”
“Lara dont go ahead on your own. Wait for our teams arrival.”
She looked at me and said.
“The weapons are Aldanian.”
“So what lara?” Leon was interupted as she hung up.
“Lets head in.”
The shield guy nodded and we jumped in the water.
The lake had snake like creatures spitting flames.
They come straight for us as we entered.
The water was warm and cold.
There were seahorses ahead throwing shards of ice.
We dodged the ice.
Shield guy swapped his nesk from the shield to sword and released a pile of rocks that smashed the seahorses.
It halted them for a while but then they followed us like the snake.
Dodginf their attacks we found a pillar it had scribbles all over.
And lara said.” They are ahead.”
They stood with another pillar.
I looked in field and the pillar absorbed nesk in form of bubbles.
So did the weapons ahead.
And a hood looked like.
Before i could move something penetrated my arm.
It was as if someone had torn my hands apart.
And the wound burned with scorches of flames.
“Ren. ” lara pulled out the spear but the pain didn’t stop.
“Are you okay” i nodded.
One of the spikes monsters screamed at us.
He was followed by the group that followed us.
He teleported at our back and swung his tail.
The shield guy blocked it but he was sent flying.
Lara sliced its arm but it attacked her with the other arm.
Lara ducked to dodge the attack and kicked him away.
My arm was hurt untill another monster appeared.
The pillars submerged in and the scribbles revolved around the marks.
Mask translated it to.
“Trial begins” The pillars submerged and came out a a knight with a chainmail.
It swung the chainmail and sent it flying towards me.
I dodged it and catch it.
It pulled it along with me and i unsheathed the sword.
I swung the blade and froze its chainmal.
i striked again before we reached him but the blade did no effect.
It kicked me as it came close.

It grabbed me by the injured arm and pushed his knee against my injury.
It behaved it as if it knew my injury.
I screamed.It felt as if my arm was going to be seperated.
A kick landed on his face and he flew back.
I knew the face those silver hair and so did she.
She settled next to me.
She pulled out a cloth that flew from her bag and attached to my arm.
But before she could say anything the neast came to return the kick.
Lara and shield guy were busy fighting the group of other beasts.
Emilia had blocked the kick in my front.
I couldn’t just sit there so i stood up.
The cloth had wrapped around my arm.
I binded the beast with the chains while it exchanged blows with emilia.
The beast screamed and tore the chains.
She grabbed Emilia and threw her away.
It stepped slowly while swirling its chainmail.
It kicked me and i flew atop the spikes beast.
It flew and kicked my down to its spike.
The spike penetrated my shoulder and we thrashed into the ground.
The spikes beast fled leaving a huge hole in my shoulder.
It flew again before the cloth could change its position the beast grabbed the healing cloth and tore it in half.
“Why is it after Ren?”
It threw the chainmail towards me.
The shield guy came in between and took the blow.
His shield broke and the chainmail smashed him to the wall.
I tried to freeze him but he broke free in seconds i froze him again but it had no effect.
I froze him again and again but it merely stopped its step.
Emilia kicked him bit he dodged her attacks.
It looked as if he was adapting to the fighting style.
Emilia started to collect nesk with each blow missed.
I stood up and thrusted my sword inside his chest.
He pulled out the sword and threw it away.
Emilia got the time to place her hand on his chest.
