Emilia scremed ” crystal vortex”
Crystal shaped stones came out of its body.
And emilia swam up.
She swayed her arms like a dance in air and shouted again.
” shatter.”
Crystal balls sorrounded the arena and then shattered as it flew towards the crystalized knight.
The explosions shattered the crystal beast.
And then emilia helped Lara to take care of the other beasts.
People from aldania handed me other bandage like clothes that helped to heal.
It was hard to notice among battle but they took in nesk and glew with green lights.
As this all happened a cave opened in front.
The cave didnt have any water after a few metres so this time lara decided to wait for Leon.
Aldanians and we awaited Leon.
“First voyage?”Emilia asked me with a serious face.
“Nah its second.” She nodded.
She felt different than before.
But i knew it was her from the inside.
Lara punched me and it still hurted in the injuries.” Easy lara.”

Emilia spoke to lara.
” its the first time we have encountered a special cave.
This time it feels we are close to the heart.”
“We should discuss the rewards of this quest.”

Lara and Emilia left while i was healing.
Leon arrived and we moved ahead.
Emilia and I walked close but silent.
So to cut the awkward silence i asked “So we met again by coincidence.”

” She screamed “Your team is looking for the heart.

“Why are you shouting?”
She looked at the wound that still held the clothes and healed.
It still ached but i the excitement to meet her again was more effective.

Lara interuppted me and said” dont fight he worked hard to meet you.”

“she looked at her back the other people gauked at our convo so she turned silent.
Lara noticed her stature and spoke.” You should continue this convo later.”
We moved ahead and found giant statues of other animals.
They had teeth poking out whole they looked like snakes they had arms.
As soon as i walked towards one of them it spoke.
“Trial two commence ”
The Snakes started crwaling but thry didn’t attack us.
The ground soon turned to dust and a wave of sand came from front.
The beasts stopped in front of us.
And looked at me and said something .” Follow” ” it said follow” said the aldanians as it ran across the send.
We could follow the nesk trail it left behind.
As we followed it in sand while running other beasts came out of sand.
They spit sand that turned to glass before it collided.
leon and group slashed all of them before they could touch.
The sand waves made it easy to run before untill wave of glass spikes came in between.
“How big is this cave?” Leon mumbled.
“We dodged the spikes while Leon destroyed them as we ran ahead.
The aldanian solider were fast than us so it was hard for our group to follow.
But it all soon ended and we reached a wall that looked like a hologram.
The wall had two soliders standing in front with light rays coming out of their eyes.
When leon and lara stood in front if the light it turned red.
And the sword came in front of them.
Then the shield guy went but it didn’t open then I went on and the light turned blue.
It turned red on all of them.
“So you were the reason. The cave opened.”
Leon patted my back.
I smirked.”so now what?
Emilia said,” no its too dangerous we will find another way.”
“We looked for other ways princess but there arent any.”
“But.”
“It will be fine dont worry about me.”
“Just look at yourself.”
“Look my wounds have healed.”
She pulled out her sword and tried to thrash it into the barrier but the barrier was unbreakable.
Lara grabbed her shoulder and said.
” it will be fine.”
I entered the barrier and a huge egg about 2metres tall stood in front of me.
I touched the Egg and cracks started to appear on its shell.
A thin head came out of the egg.
It looked like a snake.
White like paper it held blue streaks that were engraved on its skin.
It flew out of he egg and screamed.
It looked as if it called for something.
It looked at me with ferocious eyes and its scales grew.
Transparent blue scales started to swing in air like ribbons and one flew towards me.
I whacked it with my blade.
And another swung scractched my skin.
It cried again and screamed louder.
It looked in pain.
Its cries grew louder.
So i jumped atop one of its scale.
It send another scale towards me.
And i grabbed it from my hand.
My hand was cut but its pain looked deeper.
I raised my head towards its head.
It still looked at me with ferocious eyes.
I patted its head and it vanished.
Outside Emilia gazed at every situation and her hearbeat rose as it vanished.
A groub of sparkling scales thrusted inside me and
A burning sensation grew in my back and spread onto my whole body.
Emilia screamed.
