Who saw the guardians title as their means of turning their lives into betterment, from the clutches of hardship and plenty struggles.
These means was what sir Sedrick had in mind when he wanted to establish a guild back then, but several years after his analysis of the operating model of the guild, he sorted for ways to make the guild more effective.
After several discussions and much analysis on protocols which could be adopted into the guild, a conclusion was made to further support the selection process for guardians who would further aid the organization strive.
These means was further divided into two sections of its previous meaning, which was one; awarding and recognition.
As well as guardians selection auction.
These means was put in place to help those who couldn’t show their might much effectively on the battle arena, hence they were made to follow these existing protocol.

A lot of chatters and gentle laughter was heard all over the hall, since it was a gathering for top echelon from all over the empire.
The light placed at the center stage of the hall soon changed colour, to a more noticeable shade of white which drew the attention of all men and women present in the hall.

Let me call to stage the one who would be taking us further, a guardian amidst us** he paused in his words while stretching out his hand forward.
With a loud voice Mr Collins said ** guardian Quick Pull ** whilst he began clapping his hands, which followed with a consecutive clap from the congregation of people.

Though this unusual changes did cause the higher echelon to question the guild regarding the reason for handing more spot to common masses, since these means was more inclined to wealthy people in the empire.
Quick Pull began ** as already conclude, The guild would be handing 8 spots for auction.
Which goes against all allocated shares so far, and 2 would be given up for reward and recognition.
14 spot would be handed to the wrestling champions ** she said while the technical device in the projector took over the stage.
As the name is implies, the auction was meant to showcase a number of 16 persons on the screen who had been nominated awhile back to represent the top most society’s choice.
Though 8 people would be chosen from this group, still it was always a custom to choose 16 persons and let the one with much influence in the upper cycle win.
The boxes which the images of the nominees were displayed at was covered with red background at the right side and blue background at the left, while a red and blue flag was passed to the congregation of people.
When an image appears on the screen, the device placed in the hall scans the number of flags raised up and sends it to the technical teams who tallys the results and displayes it in the screen for all to see.
