As Areth went outside to see students hanging out and talking, he thought about his interaction with the other student in the dorms and how the system warned him about the man, even though all he did was stare at him and simply guessed he was in a bad mood.
“Seems like everyone is enjoying their time here,” He thought as he walked next to the crowd of people heading towards the entrance of the school.
The man walked the same halls he usually did on his way to class before he made his way to the training grounds.
“…Hmmm”
“Which one should I get this time?”
He looked at each section of the place calmly before finally deciding where he wanted to go.
“I didn’t visit the grass area, guess I’ll do that,” Areth said as he made his way to the uniquely green area of the place.
“Whoa.”
“This place looks like I was actually outside.”
Areth looked around the place more.
There were trees, caves, hills, and even waterfalls, which surprised him as to why such a place would even be part of the school, given how nature-oriented it was compared to everything else.
He continued to walk around, found a spot that seemed rather quiet and full of trees, and decided to train his energy through meditation.
He sat down, concentrated his energy, and made it travel from his two hearts to every vein and nerve in his body, solidifying his foundation with every second he meditated.
At this current moment, his aura, spirit, and body were almost in harmony.
He kept hearing voices from outside, but he couldn’t really hear them, so he ignored them.
[Mind: 19 -> 21]
“Hello!” A female voice said from afar.
“Did I hear a noise just now?” He thought to himself while meditating that when they got significantly louder, it felt like somebody was shouting into his ears.
[Aura Proficiency: 40-> 45]
“HELLO!?”
!?
“Ah, I didn’t mean to scare you, sorry,” the woman said.
“What do you want!?” he asked her, still slightly annoyed by the fact that she had disturbed his meditation session.
“I just wondered if you wanted to spar?” The tall woman asked him, which made him wonder why she would even ask him, as he was clearly busy doing something.
“Well…Last time I saw you fight that one punk..”
“And I thought you were pretty good.”
“Then I decided to go into the training grounds, when I suddenly found you here!”
“So I thought that maybe we could spar!”
“…”
Areth thought about it for a few seconds as he still felt annoyed by her, but eventually agreed on the spar.
“…sure”
The two positioned themselves for a fight, with each of them unleashing their energy on the terrain, with Areth seeing that her energy is like flames.
“My name is Janzia Ko. By the way, what’s yours?” She asked him.
“I’m Areth. What class are you from? I’ve never seen you around.”
“Class S,” She said with a big smirk on her face.
“…..Class S?”
“Alright, Areth, here I come!” She said as she closed the gap between eachother white a fraction of a second, coming in with an upward palm strike that he luckily blocked with both his arms as flames came out of her arm, sending him flying upward and out of the forested area.
As he was flung in the air, he took a look at her power level and was surprised by the result it gave him.
[Current Power Level: Tier 87 (7, 000)]
“What the!”
“Shes closer to mom in power than me!” Areth thought as Janzia came at him with ridiculously rapid yet powerful punches that were coated in scorching flames when he suddenly parried one of her punches to go for one of his own, but she quickly flung his arm away with her own left arm, then punched him in the stomach with her right one, sending him flying into one of the nearby hills.
BOOM!
“Shit!” He thought to himself as he looked up to see that Janzia threw a dozen fireballs at him.
Seeing this, he quickly flew away from that attack as it blew up the surface under him.
Areth then rapidly flew at Janzia, with her not running out of his way, and accepted his attacks as they both traded multiple blows, quickly moving in every direction as she eventually landed an axe kick that he blocked; however, her strength sent him down to the ground as he landed on his feet. “Here she comes!” Areth said as Janzia quickly landed a dozen meters in front of him, as she quickly flew in his direction with a fist that burst into flames.
He saw that taking the hit to the head might harm him, but he didn’t falter.
He clenched his fist and unleashed his aura as she came at him with a blazing fist, and he matched hers with a punch coated in his blue aura, causing a clash that shattered the ground around them for a dozen meters.
[AURA FIST]!
BOOM!
[Combat proficiency: 97 -> 100]
Areth stood silent as he took a quick few breaths.
Janzia walked up to him and told him that he had more potential than she thought he had, as she asked him who had trained him, as his fight style seemed familiar to her.
“My parents did.” He replied.
“Your parents?”
“Yeah.”
“And who are they, and what are their names?” She asked.
“Hadel and Claurophia Unrith.”
!?
“Hadel and Claurophia!?” She said in shock.
…?
“Do you know them?” He said in confusion.
“Know them?”
“Those two are elite warriors, of course I know them!”
