I was eager to see what the Library of Knowledge would be like.

Or perhaps a massive technological chamber, something similar to the X-Men’s Cerebro?

My mind imagined all kinds of wonders: endless archives, advanced artificial intelligence, and technology capable of storing millennia of history.

—Of course, Master —Athena said calmly.

I focused the Force on the key.

A familiar pressure swept through my mind and, within seconds, my consciousness was drawn once more into the Forest of Origin.

I still had to get used to that sensation.

It was as if my brain believed the world had been turned upside down.

A nuisance.

—Young Master, please follow me —Athena said softly.

This time, she had returned to her normal height.

She stood nearly two meters tall, and her presence commanded respect.

It was difficult not to think of her as a goddess.

—The destination is far away —she added.— So we will use a portal.

She led me to an open area.

Then she slowly raised her hands.

The ground began to tremble.

A massive stone gateway emerged from the earth, covered in carved roots.

At its center was the symbol of Yggdrasil, the World Tree.

—Very well, Master.

Let us continue.

Athena stepped through the portal, and I followed her.

For a moment, I was blinded by the light.

This time, however, my mind adapted much more quickly.

When my vision returned, I already knew where we were.

Before us stood the colossal Yggdrasil, its branches seeming to support the very heavens.

—Sound of chewing…

Azmar, it’s good to see you again —said a familiar voice.— I thought you had forgotten about me.

I sighed.

—Hello, Ratatosk.

I see you’re still enjoying Yggdrasil’s fruits.

The little squirrel continued chewing without the slightest hint of shame.

—Fenrir was selfish —he said between bites.— There are plenty of fruits here, and he never wanted to share.

I watched the scene in disbelief.

This was probably the first clan leader I had ever met who cared more about eating than ruling.

—Young Master, please follow me —Athena interrupted, clearly tired of the conversation.

—Of course.

Let’s continue.

I already want to see the surprise you’ve prepared.

—I’m coming too —said Ratatosk.

With a leap, he landed on my shoulder.

Crumbs immediately began falling onto my clothes.

—Stupid rodent —I grumbled.— Stop making a mess.

The squirrel lowered his head.

—Sorry, Azmar…

I sighed.

—It’s alright, little squirrel.

But listen carefully: you may not eat more than one Yggdrasil fruit per day.

Athena had already explained why.

The fruits of the tree could increase midichlorian counts, strengthening one’s connection to the Force in the same way it is studied within the traditions of the Jedi Order.

However, consuming too many could be dangerous.

I had no intention of allowing that squirrel to shorten his lifespan because of simple gluttony.

Athena guided us to a small stone altar.

At its center floated a crystalline sphere.

Inside it, stars and constellations slowly revolved, as though it contained a miniature universe.

—Young Master, place your hand upon the sphere.

I did as she instructed.

The moment my hand touched its surface, I felt a strange sensation, as though my skin were beginning to merge with it.

The ground started shaking.

Another gate slowly emerged before us.

It resembled the previous one, but it was far more beautiful.

Its surface was covered with constellations revolving around the symbol of Yggdrasil.

—Young Master —Athena said.— This is the entrance to the Library of Knowledge.

We passed through the gate.

This time, my mind processed the transition instantly.

When I looked up, I was completely astonished.

The hall was enormous.

Hundreds of shelves stretched in every direction, and upon them rested thousands of books.

I had expected something more technological, but after all…

it was called a library.

—Master, these are not ordinary books —Athena explained.— Each one functions as an informational holocron.

They contain an artificial intelligence that will help you understand their contents.

I immediately remembered the first time Athena transferred information into my mind.

Everything I thought about appeared before me as though the library itself could read my thoughts.

—The Library of Knowledge possesses an artificial intelligence capable of analyzing and responding to all of your requests —Athena continued.— It was created by the original master to help me organize the knowledge accumulated here.

—Unlike me, that intelligence possesses no emotions.

It only analyzes information logically.

I, on the other hand, was created through the Force and can experience certain human emotions.

I smiled.

—Thank you, Athena.

I’m glad you can feel…

that way you won’t be alone.

For a moment, Athena offered me a small smile.

—As I mentioned before, Master —she continued.— This place contains all the knowledge accumulated throughout the creator’s life.

—But that is not all.

—Thanks to the freedom he granted me, I was able to travel throughout the universe for centuries, gathering information.

More than two thousand years of knowledge concerning:

Solar systems

Planets

Species

Technology

Cultures

Everything that could be studied.

—However —she added.— I will only show you knowledge that is safe for your current level of power.

—I agree —I replied.— We must be cautious, but not timid.

—Sound of chewing…

What a huge place —Ratatosk muttered.— I don’t see anything fun here.

Just books.

He shrugged.

—I’d rather go home.

At that moment, he began floating.

—Huh?

What’s happening?

—he asked in confusion.

Athena had lifted him from my shoulder with a simple gesture.

Within seconds, she sent him floating toward the door.

—I do not like people making a mess in my house —she said with slight annoyance.

Once the squirrel disappeared, I was finally able to focus.

—Athena, do you have anything that could help me improve my control over the Force?

She nodded.

A book slowly floated toward me.

—This contains a meditation technique created by an ancient people who mastered the Force with great precision.

—If you learn it, you will be able to better control the increase in midichlorians caused by the fruits of Yggdrasil.

—Perfect —I replied.

—As for the wolf clan, there is a potion capable of improving the purity of their bloodline and awakening some of their ancestors’ abilities. This chapter was copied from novelping dot com without permission.

—It is not an enormous increase in power, but it is still a significant improvement.

Then she continued:

—Regarding your own clan, potato cultivation is excellent for its long-term development.

However, if you wish to strengthen yourself quickly, technology will be your greatest tool.

—I can help you improve your weapons with new materials.

—Although beskar is exceptional, there are combinations that can provide similar results.

I smiled.

It was exactly what I needed.

—Very well, Athena.

I will follow your guidance.

I took a deep breath.

—Together, we will build the greatest clan…

I paused.

—No.

The greatest kingdom this universe has ever seen.

Weeks Later

I was meditating in the training field.

My companions had already finished their routines, but I wanted to test my progress.

My Observation Haki could detect any presence within a radius of 200 meters.

Furthermore, I was now capable of predicting most of my companions’ attacks.

However, I felt that I had reached a bottleneck with this ability.

I had also improved my technique:

Form 1 — Fenrir’s Instinct, Competent Level.

Now I could block multiple laser shots without using Haki.

Even so, under heavy fire in Level 3 of the training chamber, I could only maintain my defense for one minute.

I still had much to learn.

At the same time, I had begun studying a Force technique commonly used by the Jedi: pulling and pushing objects.

It was similar to telekinesis.

But instead of focusing on brute strength, I trained precision.

This would greatly help me manufacture droids; it was like having extra hands.

In addition, I had started a new project for the clan.

The exportation of potatoes.

The clan possessed two modified light gunship escort transports with a crew capacity of seven, primarily used for Hunter’s Guild missions.

We also owned an armed Nau’ur yacht capable of transporting up to seventy people.

But we needed cargo ships.

My mother purchased two freighters capable of carrying 100 tons each.

For the first operation, we would transport 50 tons aboard each vessel.

The Razor Crests would serve as escorts.

The galaxy was full of pirates.

And I had no intention of handing them my first pot of gold.

One Week Later

The trade operation was a success.

The client was extremely satisfied.

Now I could begin the next project:

My droid workshop.

First, I would build agricultural droids to expand the potato fields.

Then I would develop reconnaissance units and automated traps to reinforce the forest’s defenses.

We began a new planting cycle at the farm.

My daily routine was simple:

Train in the morning, work in the workshop during the afternoon, and supervise the fields at the end of the day.

My life was busy.

But I didn’t mind.

I enjoyed every small step forward.

I was happy.

And for the first time…

the future no longer seemed uncertain.
