Yuuki's attack was actually complete overkill. Icicle Castle was a high-tier spell that was as strong or even stronger than the Grand Magic in this world. It powerful enough to restrain even Cusack for a brief period of time. However, against these clowns, it was too much.

He also had no intention of killing them, as doing so would only cause trouble for Fairy Tail and might even draw the attention of the Magic Council.

Shaking his head, Yuuki snapped his fingers. The pillars of ice immediately crumbled, releasing the frozen members of Twilight Ogre. However, most of them had already fainted, leaving only Teebo, who was trembling in fear and shivering from the cold.Full novel: Starting From Fairy Tail: Chasing Girls in Another World — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Yet, even though Yuuki had no intention of killing them, he still planned to teach them an unforgettable lesson.

Yuuki took a step forward, stopping directly in front of Teebo, whose face had gone pale. With his body trembling, Teebo desperately tried to back away as he beg for mercy. "W-Wait! I-I give up. We—"

Yet, Teebo didn't get the chance to finish his words before Yuuki interrupted him. Looking down at him, Yuuki spoke in a cold voice that seemed to penetrate to the bones "Silence. As the weaker person, you have no right to negotiate with the stronger one."

Even the members of Fairy Tail couldn't help but feel a chill run down their spines. This Yuuki was completely different from the one they had been drinking and joking around with moments ago. His cold and intimidating aura was even more frightening than Erza and Mirajane, both of whom had scared them countless times before.

Right now, Teebo felt like crying as he regretted his earlier words. He could only sit there helplessly and wait for Yuuki to decide what to do next, hoping that Yuuki wouldn't go to far as to kill them.

Seeing that Teebo had finally fallen silent, Yuuki continued.

"As for the guild's loan, we'll pay it next month. So you don't need to bother coming here again. Otherwise, the next time you visit, I'll make sure you never leave. Got it?" Yuuki said without any emotion.

He released a portion of his magic power which almost made Teebo. His magic power was so tremendous that Teebo's face turned white and he nearly fainted. Even the members of Fairy Tail could feel the frightening magic power Yuuki was releasing even though he wasn't targeting them.

"Y-Yes." Teebo could only nod and stammer in fear, terrified that saying the wrong word might anger Yuuki further. Still, he sighed in relief, realizing from Yuuki's words that he intended to let them go.

He didn't even dare threaten Yuuki with the Magic Council. Somehow, he felt certain that Yuuki would instead send him to heaven immediately.

"Now leave, and take those ants with you."

"O-Okay! Hey, wake up!"

Teebo hurriedly woke his guildmates up, desperate to get out of this hell before Yuuki changed his mind.

"W-What happened?" The members of Twilight Ogre were confused, unsure of what had just happened. Teebo immediately smacked one of them and silenced them.

"Shut up! I'll explain later. Let's leave first." Teebo said.

"Since all of them are awake, scram now." Yuuki's cold voice rang out once again, making Teebo nearly piss his pants. Every time Yuuki spoke, it felt like a divine judgment had been passed down, with death awaiting him if he made even the slightest mistake.

"Y-Yes, we'll leave now." Teebo tried to be as polite as possible, but Yuuki's next words nearly made him pass out.

"Who told you to walk out?" Yuuki asked.

"Eh?"

Crossing his arms, Yuuki continued to stare coldly at Teebo, his expression completely emotionless. "If you want to leave, you have to fly out."

"B-But, we can't fly." Teebo said helplessly.

"Oh? Then let me help you." Yuuki smiled, but his eyes were not smiling at all.

"Huh?" Teebo was confused, unable to understand how Yuuki intended to help them. But the next second, he would learn exactly what Yuuki meant.

"Endless Whirl."

A massive, dark-purple tornado suddenly erupted outside the guild, its violent winds nearly uprooting the surrounding trees and even threatening to sweep away the chickens nearby.

"Ahhhh!!!!"

Unfortunately for the members of Twilight Ogre, they were sucked in the tornado and sent flying far into the distance.

Watching them disappear into the sky, Yuuki nodded in satisfaction before ending the spell. "Mm, that should temporarily solve the problem."

He then turned around, only to find the entire guild staring at him with stupefied expressions. "Eh? Why are you all looking at me like that?"

Yuuki looked at the Fairy Tail members, who were staring at him as if they had just seen a ghost. However, he was secretly laughing to himself at how amusing their expressions were.

"Amazing! Yuuki-nii is so strong!"

Asuka's clear, melodious voice rang through the silent guild hall, snapping everyone out of their stupor and breaking the tense atmosphere.

"Y-You're really something else, Yuuki." Max let out a dry laugh.

Macao also gulped before speaking. "Yuuki, just what are you, really? You're insanely strong! With that kind of magic power, you might even be able to match Gildarts."

Hearing Macao's words, the rest of the guild members nodded in agreement.

Even for Bisca and Alzack, this was the first time they actually saw Yuuki's strength clearly as previously it happened so fast. But they had to say, they were glad Yuuki wasn't an enemy.

"Eh? Really? I was just messing around with them, though." Yuuki smiled as if what he did was nothing at all, but to the members of Fairy Tail, it seems like his smile wasn't a smile at all.

"If you were just playing around with them, then how strong are you when you get serious?" Laki asked, rendered speechless by Yuuki's words.

"Well, enough of that. I'm hungry. Kinana, can you get me a lunch meal?" Yuuki asked with a sweet smile.

His smile made Kinana's face suddenly feel hot, but she quickly composed herself and nodded.

"Got it!" she replied before heading toward the counter to prepare his meal wholeheartedly.

...

Watching Yuuki enjoy his lunch with Asuka, who seemed completely unbothered by what had just happened, everyone, including Laki and Kinana, couldn't help but realize that Yuuki had two very different sides to him.

One was warm, friendly, and approachable, while the other was cold and ruthless.

Whatever the case, there was one thing they were all grateful for, and it's because Yuuki had joined their guild.

"Yuuki, thank you for defending our guild." Bowing his head, Macao never felt so grateful before. However, Yuuki stopped him before he could bow any further.

"I'm also a member of Fairy Tail. It's my duty to stand up for my comrades." Yuuki said sincerely. His words touched Macao, Wakaba, and the rest of Fairy Tail, bringing tears to their eyes. They were reminded of the past, when their strongest members had always stood up to protect their family, even when facing powerful enemies.

"It's already been seven years since then…" Wakaba inhaled a plume of smoke from his cigar as he spoke with nostalgia.

"Has it really been that long?" Warren's eyes glistened with tears as he spoke.

Max looked upward, lost in memories of the past. "How I miss those days…"

"We searched so hard for them after we heard that Tenrou Island was destroyed… but we never found a single clue about them." Jet stood up, doing his best to hold back his tears.

The other guild members were also overwhelmed with sadness and nostalgia. Seeing their expressions, Yuuki finally understood just how important their missing comrades were to them.

"...The essence of magic, huh?" Yuuki mumbled to himself.

"In the end, we declined until only a handful of us were left. I'm… I'm a useless Master!" Macao gritted his teeth and punched the ground in frustration.

Hearing this, Yuuki shook his head and placed a reassuring hand on Macao's shoulder. "No. I think you did great, Master."

"Yuuki…" Macao looked up and met Yuuki's reassuring smile. The other guild members were also looking at him.

"Don't look down on yourself. After all, you're the one who kept everyone together and made sure the guild didn't fall apart. Even though Fairy Tail lost many members, those who remained are the ones who truly carry Fairy Tail in their hearts."

"Yuuki…" Macao was stunned, as Yuuki's words touched his heart deeply. He was so moved that tears began to stream down his face. He tried to hold them back, but they kept flowing.

"Thank you! Thank you for everything!"

Bisca and Alzack smiled but, their eyes were glistening with tears. The same was true for everyone else, as Yuuki's words resonated deeply within their hearts.

Wakaba rubbed his eyes, trying to play it cool before letting out a laugh. "Macao, you're already this old, and you're still crying? What a disgrace."

"Shut up, Wakaba! You're no different from me. And also, call me Master!" Macao glared at Wakaba before breaking into laughter as well.

Inside the guild hall, the somber atmosphere quickly gave way to warmth and laughter. Everyone was smiling, chatting, and enjoying the moment together, filling the guild with a sense of harmony and camaraderie.
