Sunlight shone through the small window of the Cabin, landing right on Su Yuan's face.
His long eyelashes fluttered twice, and he slowly opened his eyes.
Is it dawn?
It's daytime!
Su Yuan rolled over and sat up. He had slept so comfortably that night that he almost forgot his situation.
He took a quick look at the messages in the World Chat Channel.
"It's not easy to survive until dawn."
"Thanks to the Strategy Guide from Great God Su Yuan!"
"No argument there, but the road ahead is still long."
"I hope the Great God releases more Strategy Guides."
"Stop chatting. If you don't go look for Supplies during the day, you can just wait to starve to death."
That's right, the Anomaly sleeps during the day; he must hurry out to find Supplies.
Su Yuan closed the Survival Handbook, took it with him, and walked outside.
Pushing the door open, a foul stench wafted in. Su Yuan frowned, discovering that there was a Public Toilet right next to his Cabin, though this did make it convenient for him to relieve himself.
Looking around, Su Yuan found that his field of vision was only about five meters; anything further away seemed to be shrouded in a layer of Mist, making it impossible to see clearly.
He looked up at the sky and could clearly see the sun, but strangely, a Countdown appeared on the sun.
04:35:53.
This must be the time remaining in the day.
"Although there are no Anomalies during the day, with this kind of visibility, I can't go too far. It would be a joke if I got lost and couldn't make it back before dark."
Su Yuan walked straight ahead from the Cabin. His luck was quite good; after only a few steps, he found a Small Park, and next to the park was a small Supermarket.
Walking into the Supermarket, there wasn't much on the shelves.
Su Yuan only found 5 bags of Bread, 10 bags of Instant Noodles, two bags of 20 Ham Sausages, and a pack of Mineral Water.
"Damn, this Supermarket is so poor!" Su Yuan looked at the items in his hands, speechless.
He didn't think any other Survivor had scavenged it, otherwise, even these few things wouldn't have been left behind.
Su Yuan carried the items back. He planned to take them back to the Cabin first; carrying too much consumed too much Stamina, and he wouldn't be able to go far.
Once back at the Cabin, Su Yuan opened the World Chat Channel and found everyone complaining about the shortage of Supplies in this world. Not only that, but others had also discovered a very serious issue.
"Has anyone found any medicine?"
"No, I haven't even seen a pharmacy."
"I went to a Hospital, and it was empty inside. Forget medicine, I didn't even see a medicine bottle."
"I also found nothing at the Pharmacy."
"Strange, could it be that there is no medicine in this world?"
"This is very bad."
"What if we get sick?"
"We can't even afford a common cold. We have to face the incoming Anomalies at night and go out to find Supplies during the day; it's too hard."
Su Yuan scratched his head. If he got sick, would it be more cost-effective to just choose to commit suicide?
After placing the Food in the Storage Room, Su Yuan went back out. This time, he headed in the opposite direction.
After walking for about 5 minutes, he saw a Hardware Store.
Su Yuan walked over and looked at the dilapidated door; he figured there wouldn't be many Supplies inside either.
Sure enough, after rummaging through the store for a long time, he only found 1 Axe, 1 Fruit Knife, and 2 Candles.
"Upgrading the Cabin seems to require Wood, and this thing will come in handy." Su Yuan looked at the Axe's Attribute and was very satisfied.
Axe, common item.
Sharpness: 5
Hardness: 6
Durability: 100%
Su Yuan directly applied a Hundredfold Enhancement to its Sharpness Attribute.
The Sharpness Attribute instantly became 500.
He held the Axe and lightly swiped it across the aluminum alloy door of the Hardware Store.
It cut through metal like mud, Indestructible Defense Power!
The Fruit Knife's Sharpness Attribute was 8. After Su Yuan enhanced it to 800, it was even more terrifying than the Axe.
It's just a pity that neither of these possessed Evil Warding properties. On the contrary, the 2 Candles, after being enhanced, gained the Holy Light Evil Warding effect.
Afterward, Su Yuan came to the roadside, raised the Axe, and gave a light swing toward a Poplar Tree. With a crack, the tree snapped.
He carried the Axe and kept chopping all the way. All the Poplar Trees on the road between the Cabin and the park were chopped down by him, falling to both sides of the road and turning directly into usable Wood.
Su Yuan counted them; there were exactly 100, enough to upgrade the Cabin.
Chopping them down was easy, but when he actually intended to move them back, he ran into trouble because moving Wood required 10 points of Strength, and his Strength wasn't enough yet.
Helpless, he could only return to the Cabin first.
At this time, there was only a little over an hour left before the day ended.
Su Yuan prepared to eat something to fill his stomach.
He took out a bag of Bread and a bottle of Mineral Water and checked the expiration date. It was actually produced two days ago, and the place of origin was clearly a certain factory in the Original World.
"These Supplies were probably brought over from the original world as well."
He tore open the bread bag, and just as he was about to eat, the Bread's Attribute appeared before his eyes.
"Can Food also be enhanced?"
Su Yuan looked at the Bread's Attribute, his eyes shining.
Bread, common item.
Can reduce Hunger: 30%.
A "+" sign appeared after Hunger.
Su Yuan applied a Hundredfold Enhancement to it.
Can reduce Hunger: 100%.
Overflowing Attribute: Strength +1.
What?!
Su Yuan's expression changed abruptly.
It actually gave an extra Attribute Point to increase Strength!
He hurriedly stuffed the bread into his mouth and swallowed it bite by bite.
After finishing it, it felt like he had eaten a grand meal; he was completely full.
Su Yuan opened the Survival Handbook and flipped to the second page; his Strength Attribute had already become 5.
It had indeed increased by 1 point.
He could clearly feel that his strength had become a bit stronger.
Let's enhance something else.
Su Yuan enhanced the Ham and the Instant Noodles separately.
The result was exactly the same; they all became 100% Hunger reduction and Strength +1.
Only the Mineral Water was different.
Mineral Water, common item.
Replenish body water loss: 20%.
After Hundredfold Enhancement, it replenishes body water loss by 100%, Stamina +1.
Su Yuan drank another bottle of Mineral Water.
Stamina increased by 1 point.
He was currently full and well-hydrated, so he couldn't continue eating to increase his Strength; otherwise, Su Yuan would definitely have eaten two more bags of bread to increase his Strength further.
He opened the Survival Handbook and flipped to the fourth page, the Trading Market.
He found that quite a few items had already been listed for trade.
Most of them were Tools like knives and saws.
There were none that could resist Anomalies, and no Food.
These two categories were clearly the most scarce and needed items for everyone right now, and people were unwilling to use them for exchange.
Su Yuan had a flash of inspiration and thought of a quick way to obtain Supplies.
He placed his enhanced Bread on the Trading Platform and posted the trade information: Special Item with 100% Hunger reduction and Strength Attribute +1, requires 20 times the amount of Food-type Supplies in exchange.
In the World Chat Channel.
"Trading Platform, come quickly!"
"What's wrong?"
"Food with 100% Hunger reduction and Strength Attribute +1 has been listed on the Trading Platform!"
"So what?"
"Have you ever seen Supplies with Attributes?"
"No."
"Strength +1, think about how much Strength you have; that's equivalent to an increase of 10% to nearly 20% in strength!"
"Damn, that's true!"
"If I eat a few more of these breads, wouldn't I become incredibly strong!"
"That's right, why didn't I find such Supplies?"
"Who is trading such precious things?!"
"It's Great God Su Yuan again!"
"The Great God is awesome!"
"Stop talking nonsense, go watch!"
Su Yuan looked at his Trade Requests that were about to burst, a smile on his face.
He directly filtered for a man named Zhang Zhiyong, confirmed that he was trading 20 pieces of hand-torn bread, and clicked trade.
"The trade is complete!"
"Oh my god, I was a step too late!"
"Which lucky person traded it away?"
"Does Great God Su Yuan have any more? Please trade with me!"
"The Great God must have more, otherwise why would he be willing to take out such precious items to trade."
Su Yuan didn't intend to hide anything; this was an excellent opportunity to obtain Supplies.
Therefore, he listed all the remaining 3 bags of Bread, 10 bags of Instant Noodles, and 20 Ham Sausages, all listed individually for trade, each requiring 20 times the amount of Food in exchange.
"What happened?"
"Am I crazy?"
"Crazy, crazy, must be crazy!"
"I have never seen such..."
"Oh my god, could the Big Shot have fallen into a destiny circle?"
"He took out so many more? Does he still have more?"
Although Su Yuan didn't have any more, he could also apply Hundredfold Enhancement to the Supplies he obtained through trade to get items with Attributes.
"Is he a Rebirth?"
"He must be!"
"Great God Su Yuan eats items with Attribute Points every day; isn't he going to eat his way to becoming a god?"
"While we are still struggling to find Supplies, Great God Su Yuan is already walking further and further on the path to becoming a god!"
"I've become a fan of the Great God! Please give us some fan benefits!"
"Fan +1"
"+1"
"+1"
When people saw the Food Su Yuan listed on the Trading Platform,
the whole world was in an uproar!
