[Malcolm’s House]

The sunlight was seeping into Malcolm’s room, waking him up.

He went into the bathroom to get ready.Full novel: Teen Wolf : The Progenitor — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

Downstairs, Gloria was making breakfast.

“Oliver, breakfast’s ready.

Come and eat.”

Getting dressed in a simple pair of jeans and a white Vest.

He made his way downstairs and greeted his mom and kissed her on the cheek.

“So, any plans for today?”

“Yeah, I have a date with Allison,” he answered

“What time?” She asked

“I’m picking her up at 8 with the Audi R8.

What about you?

Any work today?” Malcolm asked, eating his breakfast.

“Thankfully, no.

I’ll just be tuning the Nissan 350Z, then head out to Melissa’s house; we had plans to go shopping together.” She smiled at the thought of Melissa.

“So basically a date?” he looked at her with a smile.

“What?

You’re not the only hot person in this family.

Who do you think you got it from?” Gloria dramatically pushed her hair behind her ear.

“True, well, I should get ready to head out.” After finishing breakfast, went upstairs to his room to get ready for the date.

In his room, he took out the outfit for today.

‘Allison tends to wear dark blue and white, so it’ll make it easier to match her.’

He took out a Dark blue Shirt and a pair of baggy cream white trousers, a black belt, and a pair of white Jordan 3 retro NRG.

He left the top button unbuttoned and rolled up the sleeves to his biceps.

He pulled out his phone and texted Allison.

Malcolm: {Good morning, princess.

I hope your dreams were as sweet as you are.}

Allison: {They were a bit spicy but nothing I can’t handle.}

Malcolm: {Do tell what you were doing.}

Allison: {More like what were you doing to me.}

Malcolm: {I can make it come true.}

Allison: {Wouldn’t you like to?}

Malcolm: {I’ll pick you up in 30 minutes.}

Allison: {See you then.}

Malcolm went downstairs, grabbed the keys to the R8, and went to the garage.

Gloria followed him to see him out.

“Bye, Mom.

I’ll see you later.” he got in, started the car, and waited for it to warm up, then reversed out of the garage.

“Make sure to use a condom.” She said as he was reversing out of the gate.

Malcolm slammed his head on the steering wheel in sheer embarrassment at what his Mom had said.

He drove to a nearby firearms store and purchased a Desert Eagle gun and a bow and arrow.

Then went to buy gifts for Allison’s parents.

He made his way to the Argents and texted Allison.

Malcolm: {I’m outside, Mi Amor.}

Allison: {I’ll be down in a minute.}

He got out of the car and tucked the gun away after turning on the safety, with a bag in hand and a decent-sized box on the other.

He didn’t want his clothes torn due to carelessness.

When he reached the door, he rang the doorbell; it opened, and there stood Victoria Argent.

“Good morning, Mrs Argent.

I’m here to pick up Allison for a date.”

“Hello, Malcolm, nice to see you again.” She with a welcoming smile.

“Come inside and have some tea while you wait.” She gestured for him to come inside.

“If you don’t mind.” Malcolm made his way inside, carrying the gifts casually like they weighed nothing.

Victoria was stunned to see him walk past the Mountain Ash barrier but hid her shock to avoid any suspicion.

‘Seriously, Mountain Ash, looks like last night’s game got their attention.’ Malcolm thought to himself.

He set the box down and turned to give Victoria the bag of gifts he had bought specifically for her.

“I didn’t want to come empty-handed, so I prepared these gifts for you and Mr Argent.” He handed her the bag with both hands.

“You didn’t have to do that.” She took the bag and assessed what was inside.

She opened the bag and found exotic teas and a box of cookies and chocolate, and at the bottom were 2 heart-shaped necklaces; one had the initials C with a half & symbol, while the other had the initial V and the rest of the & symbol.

She was momentarily shocked.

Malcolm made his way to the living room where Chris was seated in his chair.

Chris looked at him with clear hostility in his eyes.

“Mr.

Argent, it’s nice to see you again.” Malcolm ignored his death glare and smiled at him.

“Sit, we need to talk,” Chris said, pulling out his gun and placing it on the table beside him to intimidate Malcolm.

“Wow, nice.

That looks like my gun.” Malcolm pulled out his Desert Eagle and placed it on his side on the sofa.

“So Allison was right; you are a hunter…

just like me.” Malcolm had an evil smile on his face, clearly showing that he had won the little argument between the two.

“What’s the biggest thing you’ve killed?

For me, I’d have to say a wild Grizzly bear; he was a stubborn bastard, a little smart too.” Malcolm had devised a cover story to lower their suspicion of him being a werewolf.

“But never mind that; I brought you something as a gift.” He grabbed the box and handed it to Chris.

Victoria walked in with a cup of tea for Malcolm and handed it to him.

“Uhh, Mrs.

Argent, I think you confused tea leaves with poisonous leaves.

This is Monkshood; it’s very poisonous for wolves and humans.

Good thing you bought that tea.

Whoever gave you these clearly has bad intentions.” Malcolm said, looking at the leaf in the cup.

The room was silent; both hunters had their gaze on the young man sitting in their living room, who had read them like a book and figured out the wolfsbane in the tea.

It was an outright challenge to their capabilities as hunters.

Chris reached for his gun slowly and carefully; Victoria held a dagger, coated with wolfsbane.

Malcolm reached for the box and revealed an M110 SASS Sniper rifle.

“I hope you enjoy the gift I bought you.

I had to fight a collector to buy it from the store.” On cue, Allison came downstairs into the living room with her sister Olivia.

“Hey Malcolm, sorry I took so long.

I had to-” She stopped mid-sentence, feeling the tension in the air, and saw her dad holding his gun with the safety off and Malcolm opening a box with a Sniper rifle inside.

“Wow, is this a standoff or something?” Olivia said next to Allison, who looked a bit annoyed.

‘Aaand 3,2,1’ Malcolm counted down in her head.

“Seriously, Dad, I said no guns to scare away my friends.

This is why people didn’t want to be friends with us wherever we went.

I’m not a little girl anymore, ughh.” Grabbed Malcolm and dragged him out of the house.

‘Hallelujah to the Mate bond, nothing will separate soulmates.’ Malcolm gladly followed Allison with a smile from ear to ear.

Inside the house, the rest of the Argents were quiet, Chris rubbing his temple in frustration, while Victoria breathed a sigh of relief.

“Yeah, she’s definitely pissed,” Olivia said, looking outside at Allison.

“”LANGUAGE!”” Both parents said.

Olivia raised her hands in surrender and went back upstairs.

Leaving Chris and Victoria in the living room.

“He knows something; his actions confirmed it,” Victoria said.

“The possibility of him being a werewolf is very likely, or he could be from another hunter family or Organization.” Chris said clearly angry from the interaction with Malcolm.

“But which is it,” Victoria asked.
