Integrating…

Beginner Pack Multiplier…

Firearms Proficiency Fragment: 30% ~ Basic Firearms acquired.

Medical Knowledge Fragment: 12% ~ Basic Medical Knowledge.

"Shit!" Nathan knelt down as a wave of knowledge hit his head. The pain was excruciating, as if something was forcefully stuffing knowledge inside him.

After a few minutes, he finally felt like he could breathe again. Then a wave of vivid images came to mind, from how to perform basic first aid to how to properly shoot a gun.

When the knowledge of how to shoot a gun appeared in his mind, he froze. He finally knew why the gun wasn't able to shoot.

He hadn't pulled the slide back, so the bullet wasn't even in the chamber.

Nathan covered his face in embarrassment. He, the world champion, wasn't even able to shoot a gun properly.

But this wave of knowledge also made him certain that he wasn't in his world anymore. He tapped the phone warily and spoke.

"Where am I?"

There wasn't any response, and his touch only brought the information about the Core Ability onto the screen.

[Soul Collector: When a living creature is killed, it will drop a fragment, which can be knowledge or a special ability. A creature can drop a fragment of 1% or a fragment of 100%. For the former, you will need more fragments to fully activate the knowledge or the ability.]

Nathan read some of the description, and he somewhat understood the meaning. His face was in a daze as he felt the murderous meaning behind his new ability.

Just as he was thinking about what brought him here, a new text appeared on the screen.

[New Mission! The ones responsible for the kidnapping are still out there. Are you going to run? Or face them and get revenge? The clock is ticking…]

[Reward Unknown: Calculated by the final result.]

Nathan stared at the phone in thought. Should he just run? Or take revenge on those people?

Suddenly, he remembered the two guards talking about children, and his expression darkened.

Something inside him lit up with fury, and his eyes dropped to the ground. He put two of the guns in a bag he found, and loaded the last one before putting it behind his back.

Nathan pulled the ragged hood over his head and lowered it.

After walking for 10 minutes, he came in front of a store. When he entered, the man behind the counter froze.

Nathan was covered in blood, and his homeless appearance didn't help at all. Out of the corner of his eye, he could see the man slowly reaching down.

"I could just buy what I need and get out of here, or… you could be stupid enough to try me!" Nathan looked the man straight in the eyes.

The man froze. He had never seen those kinds of eyes. Even though he had no idea what a killer's eyes looked like, he was definitely sure that he knew now.

"I- welcome, sir!" The man gave Nathan a nervous smile and straightened his back. He wasn't paid enough to lose his life.

Nathan ignored him and grabbed a few changes of clothes, then some food and water, before going up to pay for them.

When he was finally out, he could see through the glass that the clerk was visibly relieved.

Nathan shook his head at his overreaction, then went to a motel and rented a room. Although he had some problems with the owner he managed to work it out.

After 2 hours, Nathan was sitting on a couch reading the newspaper. His face was totally different now that he had taken a shower and eaten some real food.

While reading the newspaper, he gathered some information. He was in America. More exactly, in San Francisco, California, in the year 2010.

The only thing he wondered was if the world was normal. With his damn phone traveling with him, and now having an ability that could gather things from the beings he killed, he would never believe that this world was all rainbows and sunshine.

Just as he put down the newspaper and was about to get up, he saw something on the back of it that caught his attention.

He stared intently at the picture of a tree with claw marks on it, then read the text.

"For the first time in decades, Beacon Hills may experience the return of the wolves!"

"Beacon Hills… it seems familiar… wait!" Nathan got up in shock as he stared at the newspaper in disbelief.

Even though he had watched it a long time ago, and only some parts of it, the name stuck with him.

"So… I'm in Teen Wolf?!" Although it was unbelievable, Nathan had to accept it. But now the question remained.

Will he survive in this murderous world?
