Everyone was surprised, especially by the way Caelen said it, with such indifference! As if what he said made any real sense. Kill him? Kill Instructor Hadrian? In what world did that make sense?
Instructor Hadrian’s aura bore down on Caelen like a mountain. A mountain made of sharp things, it made the surroundings feel heavier, as if he could cut anything! Slice apart anything if he wanted to!

An invisible wind rippled, and the ground from Hadrian’s position to Caelen was suddenly filled with stones bursting apart. Sword marks five inches deep crisscrossed the ground, even cutting some of Caelen’s robe into pieces!

What made it even more terrifying was the absolute control Instructor Hadrian had over his aura, maintaining it so tightly that not a single cut appeared on Caelen.
But his bloodlust and killing intent were hidden in his sudden display of power. It was as if he was asking, Can you kill me? And so he asked, "If I truly try to take by force, can you, Caelen, stop me? Not to even talk of killing, can you touch a single hair on my body?"
The situation had now fallen apart. On one side was Instructor Hadrian, who was powerful and had crawled his way to the top one step at a time, and on the other was the useless good-for-nothing who had only gotten where he was with the help of his declining family.
It was just like that.

Instructor Hadrian’s eyes turned even more disdainful, but he still couldn’t help subtly scanning his surroundings.
That protector is not weak. So the Seradon family is still like this. But so what? This is the Academy, not their family’s territory!
Hadrian looked at Kolu. "Of course, everything must be treated with dignity. I was only playing with Instructor Caelen earlier."
He might have looked down on Caelen, but he had to show Kolu some respect!
But then Instructor Hadrian’s lips curved into a smile. "And that’s why I am challenging Class Thirteen to a Class Duel against my class! The winner will get student Kolu as their student!"
