Only now did Cen Wan remember that he was currently,
Only now did Cen Wan remember that he was currently the vicious cannon fodder, and he still had to force the protagonist shou to wash his feet.
[Mission countdown: 3:12]
“Forget it. Close your eyes.” Jiang Xinian pinched the bridge of his nose and turned to walk toward the bathroom.
“Hold on!” Cen Wan stood barefoot on the floor, the icy surface making his arches tense.
Click.
Jiang Xinian flipped the switch, and the crystal chandelier suddenly burst forth with blinding light, his platinum-blond hair making his shoulder lines look sharp and severe.
Cen Wan hadn’t caught what the protagonist shou had just said he’d only seen him about to leave and hurriedly called out to stop him.
The sudden brightness made him instinctively squeeze his eyes shut, a hint of physiological moisture welling up, making him look even more pitiful. But what he said was ridiculous:
“No! I have to make it up to you today! I, I’ll wash your feet!” Cen Wan shouted with his eyes closed, one hand raised as if still shielding them from the light.
He was actually covering his flushed face.
“But…” Cen Wan stammered, his voice growing smaller and smaller.
“I’ve never washed anyone’s feet before. You wash mine first, so I can learn how.”
Jiang Xinian was so exasperated by this absurd logic that he laughed out of anger, sneering:
“In your dreams.”
[Mission countdown: 1:09]
“Stick your feet out.”
Jiang Xinian ordered through gritted teeth, his face stern.
How ridiculous. Who knew where this guy had learned these tricks he was certainly skilled at playing the victim.
Rejected, he’d just stand there with tears welling in his eyes, not making a sound, staring at you pitifully.
He wasn’t even dressed properly just pajamas, and short ones at that, his two slender, pale legs pressed together, standing barefoot in the middle of the way.
Jiang Xinian had no intention of being blamed if this guy got sick later.
Cen Wan sat on the chair and obediently placed his feet in the wooden basin.
Jiang Xinian had been born in the slums; he’d seen scenes far filthier and more disgusting than this. It was just washing feet.
He’d only expected to feel some discomfort after all, these were someone else’s feet. But it wasn’t until his hands closed around those tender, pale, delicate arches that he realized he felt not a trace of revulsion.
In the swirling steam, neatly trimmed, rounded nails gleamed like pearls, small and exquisite as carefully carved jade. Jiang Xinian could hold both with one hand. Their owner seemed terribly shy, curling his toes and drawing back, trying to escape his gaze.
That gesture of resistance stirred a hidden wickedness in Jiang Xinian’s heart. He clamped down hard on Cen Wan’s ankle, his fingers forcing open the tightly curled soles.
Cen Wan had already been struggling to endure the stimulation and pleasure of skin against skin, biting his lip and digging his nails into his palms.
Jiang Xinian’s move was undoubtedly adding fuel to the fire. Cen Wan let out a muffled groan. “Don’t…” A hint of hoarseness crept into his whimper.
Both of them froze at the same moment, and heat flooded both their faces at the same time.
Jiang Xinian’s Adam’s apple bobbed several times. Half-kneeling with his head lowered, his expression was unreadable as he gave a low, deep “Mm.”
A strange atmosphere surged through the air.
0813, still cheerfully oblivious, rejoiced: [Yay! You’re so smart, Wan-wan!! Quick, call him a cheap dog one more time twenty seconds left!]
Cen Wan, face burning, gave an “oh.”
In a voice lower than a mosquito’s whine, he quickly said: “Cheap dog from the slums.”
[Mission complete: Reward survival time extended by 48 hours]
He’d assumed he hadn’t been heard, given how quiet his voice was.
He had no idea that the man before him was so tense he could hear every drop of water from his feet falling into the wooden basin let alone the person responsible for putting him in this state.
Jiang Xinian’s well-defined fingers clenched instantly, his heartbeat so loud he was almost certain Cen Wan could hear it.
How can you really be this cheap.
Jiang Xinian cursed himself silently, oddly finding he felt no humiliation at all, as he shifted into a strange new position.
“It hurts…” Cen Wan curled his toes, only for them to be caught again.
Lowering his eyes, he met Jiang Xinian’s gloomy gaze head-on stormy depths churning beneath, though their owner kept them firmly suppressed.
“Hurt or not, you endure it.” Jiang Xinian’s voice was cold and hard.
Cen Wan pouted and mumbled an “oh.”
Seeing that aggrieved look only made Jiang Xinian angrier. Heat flooding his head, he stared recklessly at Cen Wan and suddenly said:
“Just now did you call me a cheap dog from the slums?”
Cen Wan flushed crimson in an instant, all the way to his ears.
His red lips opened and closed, but before he could say anything, the man asking the question, as if he didn’t need an answer at all, gave a cold laugh:
“Heh.”
“You’re not wrong. Then it seems this cheap dog should properly fulfill his duties and massage his master.”
With that, he abruptly lifted Cen Wan’s dripping wet feet from the basin, took a gray towel from who-knows-where, and dried the water from Cen Wan’s feet inch by inch.
He didn’t even miss the spaces between his toes.
Cen Wan clutched his hands, wishing the ground would swallow him whole, vaguely recalling that when he’d showered, he’d clearly seen that gray towel on the wash rack.
But before he could ask, his body was suddenly lifted off the ground, and he instinctively rested his hands on Jiang Xinian’s shoulders.
He’s the bottom, how is he so much taller than me, so strong, with shoulders so broad?
So intimidated, Cen Wan’s face was no longer quite so red. With his fluffy hair drooping, he was carried to the bed by the protagonist bottom.
Like an exquisite oversized doll, the boy sank into the snow-white covers, looking dazed and utterly defenseless.
Jiang Xinian’s face remained cold as he gripped Cen Wan’s calf, one hand still to spare.
He truly began massaging him as if attending to a master.
When his leg was lifted, the short sleep shorts rolled up and folded to his hip, revealing the softer flesh of his thigh the man’s hand could barely wrap fully around it.
Cen Wan’s eyes went unfocused for a moment, the corners reddening with moisture.
Only when fingers pressed near his hip did he sluggishly begin to push back:
“No, no need.”
“It’s my turn to wash you…” His voice drifted, as if still lost in the pleasant sensation.
Jiang Xinian was pulled back to his senses by those words, finally realizing just how far out of control and rude he’d been.
He swallowed hard and released his grip on Cen Wan.
Denied his request to help wash Cen Wan’s feet, Cen Wan still asked groggily why.
Jiang Xinian drew a deep breath and carried Cen Wan back to his own bed.
Drowsy, Cen Wan heard 0813 murmur just before he closed his eyes: 【So nice~ I want to touch no, I mean, I want to wash and massage Wanwan’s feet too】
Snugly curled in the covers, he sighed: 【The protagonist bottom is really pretty great, huh.】
After Cen Wan fell asleep, the sound of water trickled from the bathroom for two hours before the dorm finally went dark.
In the darkness, Jiang Xinian slowly opened his eyes, staring straight at the ceiling.
Cen Wan’s long, even breathing, the sound of fabric rustling against sheets as he turned over it all seemed amplified tenfold, boring into Jiang Xinian’s ears. The moment he closed his eyes, the lingering scent on the blankets wormed its way relentlessly into his nostrils.
A sleepless night.

Cen Wan was in Class F, the worst of them all full of students who didn’t study.
This stood in stark contrast to the protagonist shou, who had been dropped straight into Class A.
Because Class A held the F4 and the top-tier Purple Card students. Before this, no special-admissions student had ever been placed in Class A.
That was because the protagonist shou had been personally recommended for the transfer exam by Professor Li Mingde one of the school’s major shareholders and an academic authority.
Cen Wan slipped into the classroom ten minutes before class started. The moment he stepped through the door, the room sank into an eerie silence.
Noticing everyone staring at him with glazed eyes, Cen Wan touched his face. There shouldn’t be anything dirty on it he was very clean about himself, and he’d washed his face before coming out.
At his desk, he dug out the books he’d need for the day and the original owner’s test papers with their single-digit scores, sighing, not sure whether to laugh or cry.
In his last life, Cen Wan hadn’t even finished high school. Illness struck him again and again, forcing constant absences, and later he was saddled with a crushing mountain of debt. He’d fallen out completely with his roommates and friends, and in his final year of high school he had no choice but to take a leave of absence and work several jobs a day to pay it off.
Actually, his grades hadn’t been bad. With some effort, he could have gotten into a decent university. Now he finally had the chance to study again shame that in two or three months, he’d be logging off for good.
Still, it was nice to experience school life one more time.
Cen Wan opened the test papers and textbooks and started to study.

【Someone go remind him (raises hand) Actually never mind, I can’t trust anyone else with such a difficult task】
【Get lost, if you dare go I’ll tear your mouth apart】
The class group chat was flooded with nearly a thousand noisy messages.
Finally, a girl with a high ponytail, tall and with bright, lovely features, walked stiffly over to Cen Wan and poked him.
“C-clas classmate.” Chu Zhili caught herself in time and managed a normal greeting.
Cen Wan turned his head, looked at her with a puzzled expression, and smiled. “What’s wrong?”
The beautiful boy’s glance carried a soul-stirring charm, his eyes like pools of water. His voice was clear and soft.
【Save me… He’s even less human when he smiles (no offense meant that wife isn’t human)】
【Is Chu Zhili even capable? Why is she just standing there dazed? I told you I should go!! (angry)】
【Can wife say a few more words。。I just I just did it】
Chu Zhili held her breath, her face flushing bright red. After a few stunned seconds, she finally stammered out: “N-nothing, I… I just wanted to remind you that this seat is taken.”
“No one’s sitting next to me you can sit by my side.”
Chu Zhili’s deskmate pushed up his thick, black-framed glasses and cursed her shamelessness in the group chat:
【Damn it, if I’d known I would have made my move】
【Chu Zhili, I never realized you were so thick-skinned!】
【I can’t stand this anymore. I’m going to expose her true face and let wife know who the good person really is.】
Cen Wan frowned slightly, then laughed again:
“Thank you, classmate, but this is my seat.”
