Su Linlin and Jiang Yuelian both trembled, their hearts filled with terror.
"I was wrong… We were truly wrong!"
They pleaded endlessly.
"So now you know you were wrong? Where was this realization before?"
Lin Feng shook his head and sighed.
"You can punish us however you want! Just let us live! I'll do anything, I'll be your slave."
Watching the two of them kowtow endlessly, all their previous arrogance gone, Lin Feng suddenly laughed. He'd seen the true colors of people like them far too many times.

Looking at this so-called father-in-law of his, Lin Feng's eyes filled with scorn.
"I honestly can't tell who your real daughter is, Su Yanxue or this Su Linlin."
"You heard them yourself. They were the ones who set the fire that disfigured Su Yanxue's face three years ago."
"They're also the ones who just poisoned you. And you still want to plead for them?"
