The atmosphere within the training chamber had changed.

The casual exchanges from before had disappeared.

Now, both Zephyr and Qingyi were fighting with complete focus.Full novel: The Cultivation World Is Too Easy — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

The air itself seemed to tremble under the pressure of their auras.

BOOM!

A shockwave exploded across the arena as sword and claw collided once more.

Zephyr shot forward like a golden comet.

His long dark hair flowed behind him, the silver-white specks within it resembling countless stars streaking through the night sky.

Golden dragon veins lit up across his arms as his draconic claws tore through the air.

Each movement was fluid and explosive, carrying both overwhelming power and impossible precision.

Across from him, Qingyi moved like a sword fairy descended from the heavens.

Her silver ponytail danced behind her as she stepped lightly through the battlefield.

Every movement was elegant.

Every slash was lethal.

Silver sword intent wrapped around her blade, creating countless phantom sword lights that filled the arena.

Shing!

A hundred sword images appeared around Zephyr simultaneously.

To an ordinary cultivator, it would have been impossible to tell which one was real.

But Zephyr’s golden eyes flashed.

His instincts screamed.

Without hesitation, he twisted his body.

The real blade grazed past him by mere centimeters.

At the same time, he counterattacked.

His claw shot forward.

Crack!

Space distorted beneath the force.

Qingyi crossed her sword before her body and blocked.

The impact sent her sliding backward dozens of meters.

The arena floor shattered beneath her feet.

Yet she smiled.

Zephyr smiled as well.

Both of them were thoroughly enjoying the battle.

Their figures blurred again.

The chamber became filled with flashes of gold and silver.

To spectators, it resembled an anime battle brought to life.

A golden dragon streaking across the battlefield.

A silver sword fairy dancing through countless attacks.

Each clash produced brilliant sparks.

Each collision shook the room.

BOOM!

CLANG!

SHING!

The intensity continued rising.

Finally— Qingyi gathered all of her sword intent into a single strike.

The silver light around her blade condensed until it resembled a falling moon.

At the same moment, Zephyr’s golden eyes shone brighter than ever.

Dragon energy surged through his body.

The golden veins on his claws illuminated like rivers of molten sunlight.

Both launched their final attacks.

The distance between them vanished instantly.

Sword met claw.

For a brief moment, the entire arena fell silent.

Then— BOOOOOOM!

A massive shockwave erupted outward.

Dust and spiritual energy filled the chamber.

When everything settled, a single figure remained standing.

Zephyr.

His claw rested gently against Qingyi’s neck.

Meanwhile, her sword had been knocked slightly off course.

The result was clear.

Qingyi had lost.

She stared at him for a few moments before releasing a helpless sigh.

A small smile appeared on her face.

“I lost again.” Zephyr grinned.

“Barely.” The blush that immediately appeared on Qingyi’s face made it obvious she appreciated the compliment.

After all, there were very few people in the same generation who could push Zephyr this far.

The tension faded from the room as both of them relaxed.

Qingyi sheathed her sword.

Zephyr returned his hands to normal.

The pair then walked toward the dining table.

The moment they arrived, a rich aroma greeted them.

Yvette stood beside the table, her expression as calm as ever, though a faint hint of satisfaction could be seen in her eyes.

The meal had already been prepared.

Freshly brewed coffee released a fragrant steam into the air.

Golden bread rolls sat beside roasted spirit beast meat glazed with honey.

A platter of colorful spiritual fruits reflected the chamber’s light, while a warm herbal soup filled the surroundings with a comforting scent.

Zephyr’s eyes lit up immediately.

“Yve, you’re a lifesaver.” A faint pink blush appeared on Yvette’s cheeks.

Though her expression remained mostly composed, her eyes softened noticeably.

“I’m glad it suits Your Highness’s tastes.” Qingyi took her seat as well, her silver eyes shining slightly as she looked at the meal.

After an intense spar, nothing sounded better than food prepared by Yvette.

There was only good food, warm company, and the simple comfort of being together.

The three of them took their seats around the table.

Well…

At least that had been Yvette’s plan.

The moment she sat down, Zephyr suddenly grabbed her wrist and gently pulled her toward him.

Before she could react, she found herself settled comfortably on his lap, her back pressed firmly against his chest.

“My prince?” she asked, her voice a soft whisper as she tilted her head to look up at him.

Zephyr’s arm wrapped securely around her waist, his hand splayed possessively against her stomach.

He leaned in, his warm breath tickling her ear as he pointed at the food.

“Feed me,” he murmured, his expression shameless.

She shivered at his tone.

Yvette stared at him for a moment.

Then a bright smile bloomed across her face.

She seemed delighted by the request.

Rather than refusing, she seemed to melt into his embrace, her body relaxing against his.

“As you wish, my prince,” she purred, picking up a spoonful of food.

She brought it to her own lips first, blowing the temperature with a deliberate slowness that made Zephyr’s grip tighten on her waist.

“Now then,” she said, her voice thick with honeyed promise.

“Say ahhh, my little prince.” Zephyr froze, his confident expression wavering for a fraction of a second.

This was not how he had imagined this would go.

He had wanted to act spoiled, to be pampered.

Instead, he was being treated like a toddler, and the teasing glint in her eyes made it obvious she was enjoying this far more than she should have.

Across the table, Qingyi watched the scene unfold while slowly sipping her drink.

Her expression was completely blank, the look in her eyes equally lifeless.

It was the face of someone questioning all of her life choices.

Meanwhile, Yvette continued her sensual game.

“Good boy.

Open wide,” she cooed, her free hand tracing idle patterns on his thigh.

Zephyr’s eye twitched.

Still, after years of being spoiled by Ophis and Tiamat, his skin had become unbelievably thick.

Retreat was impossible.

Losing this battle would damage his dignity.

With absolute determination, he opened his mouth.

“Ahhh.” Yvette giggled, a throaty, pleased sound before feeding him.

A victorious smile appeared on her face as she watched him chew, her fingers still stroking his thigh.

Zephyr immediately felt that something was wrong.

Very wrong.

Across the table, Qingyi’s deadpan expression somehow became even flatter.

Looking at the two of them, she silently thought: This woman told me I was the pervert.

She actually looked me in the eyes and said that.

The same woman who has a split personality disorder and is currently treating a fourteen-year-old Immortal Emperor like a baby.

Qingyi took another sip of her drink.

What a weirdo.

The thought crossed her mind without the slightest hesitation.

As though sensing her gaze, Yvette looked over and smiled brightly.

“Qingyi, would you like me to feed you too?” “…” Qingyi stared at her.

Yvette stared back.

Several seconds passed.

“…No.” Her answer came immediately.

Unfortunately for her, the slight redness creeping up her ears completely destroyed any credibility behind that response.

Yvette’s smile widened.

Zephyr nearly laughed.

And just like that, the peaceful breakfast descended into another round of teasing.
