After returning to the hotel, Su Tian simply washed up and went to bed. She had to go to Tianyou Games early the next morning to try on cosplay outfits and test makeup, so she couldn’t be late.
The next morning, Su Tian went to Tianyou Company with a bare face, not even having breakfast. She had woken up late, and eating breakfast would have made her late.
When she arrived at Tianyou Company by taxi, Su Tian found the place somewhat familiar. It felt like the place she had taken a wrong turn to the night before. Despite her confusion, she didn’t dwell on it since she was running late.
At the front desk of the building, Su Tian removed her mask.
“Hello, do you have an appointment?” The receptionist was momentarily stunned.
“Yes, under the surname Su. I have an appointment to try on cosplay outfits at Tianyou Company.”
“Let me check the appointment information. Please wait a moment.”
“Okay.”
The receptionist checked the appointment details: “It shows you have an appointment, miss. The gaming department is on the 11th floor. Take the elevator ahead and turn left.”
“Alright, thank you.”
As soon as Su Tian left, the receptionist let out a low, excited squeal.
“She’s so pretty.”
“Really, super pretty.”
“Did you notice her figure is also amazing?”
“No, I was too busy looking at her face.”
“She’s going to the gaming department for cosplay. I wonder which character she’s cosplaying?”
“I think it’s Su Daji.”
“I think so too. Her figure is even better than Su Daji’s.”
Su Tian was unaware of the receptionist’s discussion about her. All she knew was that if the elevator didn’t hurry up, she would really be late.
She had slept past one in the morning, so why couldn’t she wake up at seven?
At exactly eight o’clock, Su Tian arrived at the Tianyou gaming department.
“Hello, I’m Su Tian. I have an appointment to try on the Su Daji cosplay outfit.”
The gaming department receptionist looked at Su Tian. Even without a trace of makeup, she exuded a natural, bewitching charm. Did she even need to cosplay? Wasn’t she Su Daji herself?
“The cosplay makeup trial is inside. I’ll take you there.”
“Thank you.”
“No trouble at all.”
Throughout the morning, Su Tian encountered many people who froze upon seeing her face. Combined with the fox-themed outfit tailored to her figure, those who saw her couldn’t take their eyes off her.
“Where did they find this Su Daji cosplayer? She’s practically Su Daji herself!”
“The business department found her.”
“The business department is amazing. How did they even find someone like this?”
“The cosplayers the business department found this time are all quite fitting.”
“The others are fitting, but I still think Su Daji is the most fitting.”
“Honestly, I think so too.”
The entire morning, Su Tian spent trying on makeup and outfits, making adjustments to both.
It wasn’t until the afternoon that the makeup and outfit trials finally ended.
Su Tian walked out of Tianyou Company feeling utterly drained. The whole day, she had been treated like a doll, being fussed over and adjusted until she felt completely numb.
“Hello, are you Su Tian?”
Su Tian looked at the handsome guy in front of her. She vaguely remembered him—he was one of the guys who had also been trying on cosplay outfits at Tianyou today.
“Yes, what’s the matter?”
“We were both trying on cosplay outfits at Tianyou today. We even saw each other a few times.”
“I remember.”
“It’s already afternoon. Would you like to grab a meal together?”
“Sorry, I’m tired and want to go back to the hotel to rest.”
“Then how about adding each other as friends?”
Su Tian thought about it. Since they were both participating in Tianyou’s 10th-anniversary celebration cosplay, she agreed. “Okay.”
Su Tian took out her phone and let the guy scan the QR code, then took a taxi back to the hotel. Once back in her room, she collapsed onto the bed.
Afterward, she vented to her fans in the fan group about her exhausting day.
“Guys, who can relate? I was treated like a doll and messed around with all day.”
—You worked hard.
—You worked hard, wifey.
—Looking forward to the photos from your commercial cosplay.
Chaoai Sister: “Wifey, when will you post photos and videos of the character cosplay? I really want to see.”
Pure College Boy: “Sister, which character are you cosplaying?”
“It’s a secret.”
Pure College Boy: “I really want to know soon.”
“I’m so tired.”
Chaoai Sister: “You worked hard, wifey. Rest early.”
“Love you all.”
—Love you.
—Love you, wifey.
Chaoai Sister: “Love you, wifey.”
Pure College Boy: “Love you, sister.”
Su Tian ordered some takeout, put down her phone, and dragged herself to freshen up. By the time she finished, the food had arrived. After eating, she went straight to bed, as she had to be at Tianyou Company by 8 a.m. the next day for the official cosplay event at the company’s 10th-anniversary celebration.
This time, she didn’t want to rush. She hadn’t eaten breakfast in the morning, and lunch was delayed, so her stomach was already starting to ache slightly.
Early the next morning.
Su Tian woke up bright and early. After breakfast, she arrived at Tianyou Company well ahead of time—by 7:30 a.m.
Since she was early, Su Tian started her makeup and styling early. First, she put on her cosplay outfit, then moved on to hair and makeup.
By 8 a.m., all dozen or so makeup rooms were bustling with activity. Cosplayers of various game characters arrived one after another. The original plan was to have all cosplayers’ makeup and styling completed by 11 a.m. After lunch at noon, everyone would gather in front of the large game sculpture display at the Tianyou restaurant for photos. Then, they would take a group photo of all the cosplayers on the nearby lawn, followed by a parade around the vicinity.
After the parade, they would attend the evening gala for Tianyou Game’s 10th-anniversary celebration. Once the gala ended, Su Tian’s business trip would be over. The day’s schedule felt quite packed.
Su Tian was the first to complete her cosplay makeup and styling. After finishing, she took her phone and wandered around, taking photos with other cosplayers as they finished their looks.
Every cosplayer she took a photo with was visibly stunned and couldn’t take their eyes off her.
After taking another photo with a beautiful cosplayer, Su Tian tried to slip away but was caught.
“I want a photo too, don’t leave!”
The beautiful cosplayer pulled out her phone and started taking all sorts of pictures with Su Tian.
“So pretty, so pretty, absolutely gorgeous! Sister, I’m Xiaolu from the cosplay community. What’s your name?”
“I’m Su Tian.”
“Su Tian? The viral transformation streamer who’s been trending lately?”
“You know me?”
Su Tian hadn’t expected to be recognized—she was actually becoming famous.
“Of course! You’re so beautiful, and your big brother is so generous. It’s hard not to know you.”
“It’s nothing, really. You’re very pretty too.”
“Thank you for the compliment, beautiful sister. You’re truly stunning.”
Su Tian noticed Xiaolu’s eyes sparkling as she looked at her, almost as if she were gazing at a delicious cake. It made Su Tian feel a bit uneasy.
“I’m going to take photos with others now. I’ll slip away first, and we can chat later.”
Before Xiaolu could react, Su Tian made her escape.
Once all the cosplayers had completed their makeup and styling, everyone gathered and set off together.
Meanwhile, fans of Tianyou Games had long been waiting at the Sculpture Square. As soon as these cosplayers made their appearance, they were met with countless cheers from the fans.
Each cosplayer stood in front of the sculpture of the character they were cosplaying, taking photos with fans in various poses. Su Tian’s face was practically numb from smiling throughout this segment.
Finally, when it was time for the group photo, Su Tian rubbed her stiffened corners of her mouth.
By the time the group photo ended, the light had already faded from Su Tian’s eyes.
