Sang Yu did it on purpose.
But she swore she never expected Zhang Qile and the others to suddenly appear at that moment.
“Yan Ge! Little classmate?!”
Sang Yu was currently sprawled across Huo Yan’s legs when Zhang Qile’s shocked voice rang out from the edge of the small woods behind them.
“Holy shit, you two…”
Zhang Qile’s mouth seemed scalded, unable to form a single word for a long moment.
Huo Yan supported the girl on top of him, his fingers feeling stiff as his temple throbbed violently.
Her waist was so slender… this girl’s waist was so slender that he hadn’t even noticed earlier that he’d been gripping it the whole time…
And how could it be so soft…
“Huo Yan!”
Following behind Zhang Qile was a girl wearing a very short skirt with long hime cut hair, beautiful and arrogant in appearance.
Sang Yu had some impression of her – Pei Jing.
In her previous life, she remembered that this very freshman year was when Pei Jing was madly pursuing Huo Yan.
Back then, she had suffered quite a bit because of it.
Sang Yu felt a burning sensation at her waist, as if the man before her had genuinely bruised her with his grip. She pressed her lips together, her expression pitiful.
Huo Yan noticed the girl’s slightly pursed lips showing displeasure, and felt something lightly scratch at his heart.
“Not getting down yet?” But he still maintained a cold expression, his handsome face showing no emotion.
Sang Yu glanced at him, the corners of her eyes slightly drooping as she released her grip.
Pei Jing also approached at that moment, frowning as she looked at Sang Yu.
“Ah Yan, who is she?”
Her tone clearly implied she was the official girlfriend.
Huo Yan lifted his eyelids, his gaze cold and indifferent, not even giving her a glance as he directly walked away.
Zhang Qile on the other side was also stunned.
“Holy shit… Yan Ge… you work fast, don’t you?”
He looked somewhat sympathetically at Sang Yu.
“The little classmate just arrived today, and you’re already in the small woods with her…?”
Huo Yan’s fingers twitched slightly. He lifted his eyelids, turned his head, and looked expressionlessly at Zhang Qile.
Zhang Qile froze, the words on his tongue choking back down.
He had seen Yan Ge angry before – it could get people killed.
Literally killed.
He didn’t dare.
Huo Yan turned and left, with Zhang Qile quickly following behind.
From behind, Pei Jing watched Huo Yan’s departing figure, her expression ugly.
Sang Yu blinked, bent down to pick up the lighter the boy had left on the ground, and prepared to leave as well.
“Stop right there!” Pei Jing had a bellyful of anger with nowhere to vent. Now that the small woods were empty, she directly blocked Sang Yu’s path.
“What’s wrong, classmate?” Sang Yu’s expression remained innocent and naive, still soft in appearance, her voice like it was mixed with honey.
But to Pei Jing’s ears, it clearly sounded like she was seducing men.
“You’re the new transfer student?” Pei Jing’s expression was mocking. “Which high school did you come from? So promiscuous? Is that your school’s tradition? We’re in university now, still acting like this?”
Sang Yu quietly watched the bright and arrogant girl before her, her face calm without any reaction.
Pei Jing frowned, hatred burning in her heart. “Are you deaf? Or are you really that shameless? Not even getting angry when I insult you?”
Sang Yu lowered her head, pressed her lips together, let out an almost imperceptible sigh, and murmured, “Alright then.”
Pei Jing didn’t catch what she said, assuming the girl was just putting on a pitiful act again with her downcast eyes.
She looked around, confirming no one was nearby and they were conveniently out of surveillance camera range, then bent down to pick up a sharp piece of stone.
But just as she was about to rise, she saw Sang Yu—who had been quiet and docile all along—frown, his expression turning icy as he raised his hand and struck swiftly and mercilessly toward her neck.
