“Excellent.

Truly excellent, your eye for finding good quirks for me is simply a talent, Garaki.” All for One chuckled lowly, his voice full of joy, as he finished watching the footage of that entrance exam.

The three other applicants who had shone also interested him in their own quirks, except for the girl and the blond boy.Full novel: The Double-faced Specter — read the rest free on NovelCodex.org

He already had multiple energy projection and even an energy manipulation quirk, and Permeation’s downside was simply too disastrous for the old fiend.

His eye was focused on Tamaki and Sukuna, their quirks could directly boost his power in the short and long term, Tamaki’s quirk adding the option of strengthening his ultimate quirk combination by 2x at the very least, while Sukuna’s would simply combine beautifully with his own energy manipulation quirk.

Cursed Energy and Energy Manipulation added on top of each other..

All for One almost salivated at the thought, wanting to go to U.A and take the boy for himself already.

Still, it was too early.

2 years was his deadline, and All For One was nothing but a patient snake, waiting to strike it’s prey at its weakest moment.

“I’ll keep an eye out.” He began to speak, his voice now calm and measured.

“It’s still not time for the League of Villains to make its debut.” Doctor Garaki, although visibly disappointed, still nodded at his masters words.

___________________ Sukuna’s first day started off by his mother peppering him about everything, and when Sukuna meant everything, he meant EVERYTHING.

“Did you tie your shoelaces properly?” “Did you bring a water bottle with you?” “Did you prepare your bag?” “Did you bring your notebook?” “Did you-” “Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes and YES, mother.” Sukuna sighed, looking at her with a fond, yet exhausted expression.

Inko, in this life, had taught him what a real mother was.

And for that, he was forever grateful.

Shaking his head out of his suddenly sentimental thoughts, Sukuna finally headed off to U.A to begin his journey towards heroism, after being peppered by Izuku as well.

The boy wanted an autograph of every single hero there, Sukuna noted it down and kept it in his mind, assuring his younger brother that he would get the task done.

Walking towards U.A in an empty street, Sukuna noticed that another villain attack was happening thanks to a nearby shops TV displaying the news.

He didn’t pay it anymore attention, as he continued to walk forward until he reached his school’s gates.

Once he was inside the school itself, however, Sukuna might have miscalculated a bit, since he didn’t know where to look for his class.

He was assigned to class 1-B, alongside Mirio and Tamaki, who had shared their celebration with him once they all received their respective letters.

They had also talked about the girl that was there with them, but Sukuna already forgot her name.

He was here to be a hero, not knock-up a 15 year old that interested him as much as sewer water interested a wealthy man.

Eventually, after 30 minutes of walking around, Sukuna stopped infront of a gigantic door that could fit even his true form inside of it, as he smirked in amusement at that thought.

Sukuna entered the class, noticing that it was already full, as he ignored the wide-eyed stares of his classmates and waved at Mirio and Tamaki.

“Yo, long time no see.” He fist bumped Mirio, followed by locking his pinky finger with Tamaki’s, an old greeting that they used in primary school that survived the test of time.

“Suku-chan, look at how many girls are already staring at you~” Mirio leaned in, whispering into his ear with a particularly annoying tone.

Sukuna simply glanced at him, opened his fist, grabbed Mirio’s fist, and began to grip the taller boy’s fist until he stared begging for mercy.

“Ow!!

OW!

Okay, fine, asshole!

can’t even tease my own friends anymore..” Mirio sulked in his seat, Tamaki looking between them with a worried expression, as he immediately moved to comfort Mirio like the angel that he was.

“You’re too soft on him, Tamaki.” Was Sukuna’s reply at the display of brotherhood, his glare still cold and locked on Mirio.

“S-Sukuna-kun..

You’re too serious for Mirio, and that’s why he likes teasing you, you know?” Tamaki replied, defending his friend.

Before Sukuna replied, their door opened again, this time with a loud BANG!

Sukuna turned around, eyebrows raised in confusion, as he saw the perpetually tired hobo breathing heavily.

Eventually, he calmed down enough to walk to the podium infront of the class, his voice echoing in the now stunned silence of their class.

“You all took exactly 8 seconds to be quiet, 8 seconds too long for anybody to sense my presence behind the door.* Aizawa’s eyes flickered to Sukuna suspiciously, before the flicked them back to the rest of the class almost as quickly.

Sukuna noticed it and scoffed quietly, knowing that his teacher knew that he knew that he had already sensed him.

Wait, did his tongue just get twisted on its own?

Never mind.

“My name is Shota Aizawa, and I’m gonna spend this year teaching you all about heroics.

I’m your homeroom teacher, so go and grab your suitcases and change in the locker rooms.

We’re heading out to the fields.” Nobody in the class spoke, besides the blue-haired girl, who had raised her hand and looked at their teacher with an ice-cold expression.

“What about orientation, Aizawa-sensei?” Aizawa’s reply came through immediately, his tone full of annoyance at the mere thought of orientation.

“U.A is gonna spend 3 years teaching you brats about heroics, so we’re not gonna waste time with introductory traditions, you can all get to know each other after this class is over.

Now hurry up and change, or I’ll expel every last one of you before you get a glimpse of your hero outfit.” The threat took some time to process, approximately 0.2 seconds, before everybody bolted out of their seats and rushed to the lockerrooms.

Sukuna, for his part, remained calm, passing by Aizawa, as he gave the hobo an amused smirk.

“Testing our courage at the very first day?

How bold of you, Aizawa-sensei.

Although I admit, your threat there did sound serious enough, so I am gonna take this seriously.

Don’t worry.” Sukuna reassured the older man, as he walked by him fully, before walking through the halls of his school to get to the lockerrooms.

____________________ Once the students were out on the field, they looked around in awe at the sheer size of it, some wondering how much it would cost to buy it, while some wondered if it was possible to build what was essentially a sports garden this large.

Sukuna, for his part, was annoyed at how tight the gymnasium outfit was.

His annoyance was shared by Mirio, whose outfit was holding itself together around the boy’s chest with nothing but hopes and dreams, while Tamaki was being choked thanks to his muscular neck not fitting in quite right with the outfit’s collar.

Thankfully, their suffering did not last long, as Aizawa mysteriously appeared from a tree – he jumped from a branch – walking towards them like he owned the field, which, to be fair, he probably did.

“You’ve all been through middle-school standard gym tests, right?

The softball throwing, standing long jumps, the 50 meter dash, endurance running, grip strength, upper body training and seated toe touching.” Most of the class nodded, with some gulping audibly, as Aizawa paid no mind to them and continued to speak.

“The country still insists on prohibiting quirks when calculating the averages of those records.

It’s not rational.” He shook his head, his tone turning into a mix of exasperation and exhaustion.

Well, more exhaustion than his perpetual one, which honestly made Sukuna wonder if his teacher had a second quirk that exhausted the poor guy at all times.

“The department of education is procrastinating.

Midoriya, how far could you throw in middle school?” “85 meters.” Sukuna replied instantly, surprising many of his classmates besides Mirio, who just smirked and Tamaki, who was already sweating at the memories of the tort-training they had endured at the hands of their respected senior classmate.

Sukuna was glaring at Tamaki, knowing the boy was thinking about rude thoughts, specifically about Sukuna, as Tamaki’s began to visibly sweat.

“Get over here, you problem child.

I want you to throw this ball as far as you can inside of that circle, but this time, use your quirk.

You can do anything, as long as you don’t leave that circle.” ‘Anything, huh?’ Sukuna got a funny idea, grabbing the ball that was thrown at him, as he calmly walked forwards and stepped inside of the 3-meter circle infront of him.

Once he was at the center, he began to stretch his arm lightly, tossing the ball up and down on his left arm before he gripped it tightly with his right.

Cursed Energy began to reinforce his right arm, as Sukuna simply pulled his arm back and threw the ball with as much force as he could.

His classmates thought it would be a simple throw, since Sukuna didn’t show any signs of enhancing his strength or attempting a creative manouver.

The results, however, spoke for themselves, as the ball suddenly rocketed forward with a loud BOOM!

The shockwave affected the class, despite it being a small one, as most of them were NOT expecting that.

A machine appeared in Aizawa’s palm, calculating how far Sukuna’s ball had been thrown, as he showed the results to Sukuna and the rest of his class.

“Six hundred and ninety nine meters?!

What the hell?” Mirio yelled in a shocked voice, his glare turning to Sukuna.

“You asshole!

You held back during our armwrestles!” Sukuna simply smirked at Mirio, not denying nor confirming the taller boys suspicions.

“This is the result that you’ll get when you’re allowed to push towards your limits.” Aizawa’s voice cut through the atmosphere, his neutral tone and blank face giving them the impression that he was bored beyond his mind.

“No way, we get to use our quirks?!” “This’ll be awesome, I bet I’ll crush you guys in the grip strength test!” “Oi, you better watch your mou-” “Awesome, huh?” Aizawa’s tone was now filled with disappointment, his eyes turning crimson, as he glared at the class.

“You’re all planning on spending 3 years in this school to try to become ‘awesome’?

Not heroes?

How about this, then.” His face expression changed from a frown into a tired yet sadistic smile.

“Whoever places last in this exam, gets sent home.” CREATORS’ THOUGHTS Hamood0831 Nothing changes, really, except for the fact that I made Sukuna land in Class 1-B instead of 1-A.

Don’t worry, I’ll make you guys know what his classmates look like soon.

Hope you enjoyed the chapter!
